Second year in Ryerson Polytechnic Unversity part of the Image Arts program. I wanna get out! Anyways, during my highschool years of grade 12, I had applied to 2 other unversities; University of Toronto and 'Ontario College of Art and Design' (OCAD - it's really a university not a college). Surprisingly, both UOFT and Ryerson accepted my application whilst OCAD rejected mine. They didn't give any reasons - it really blew me away. #-o

"The same thing we do every night, Pinky: Try to take over the world!" Narf! Ok, Ok. To be more realistic. All I want is to be successful at what I love to do and hopefully earn a decent living out of it. I dont want to end up in a crummy manufactoring line or behind a boring little business desk enclosed by three white boards as my walls to society...Ok, that was alittle exaggerated... Well, my ambition is to work for the gaming industry as an art director or perhaps an animator. Either one, I would love to do! I also would like try out oil painting or any tradition painting medium and become recognized for the works like William Whitaker. But I just realized that Mr. Whitaker started painting traditionally when he was 6 years old. #-o Gosh. Therefore...Digi-painting all the way! Peace out! \ Godslayer! We're in the same boat!

Remember, remember the 11th of September. I dont think I can ever forget this day because I saw it live on TV when the second plane crashed into the other tower. I was mystified! My whole family was gathered infront of our little TV and watched it. I really cannot believe that it was 5 years ago. I was in grade 10! For all those affected by this tragedy and those who later were involved (soliders and innocent civilians of war) - you have my sympathy. Time can go by as fast as it wants but this memory will never change nor be forgotten on this day. 9/11.

Sorry for double posting but I suppose it is better than making a new topic. Anyhow. I've added a new piece. You probably wont recognize him so I better introduce him. Ahem. Tis the Duke of Lumbridge, no? XD Haha Well, I was originally practising facial anatomy when all of sudden an urge to scribble on a gotee (sp?) emerged...Then walah! The Duke of Lumbridge! I suppose this person can be anyone of the imagination but it just so happens that runescape has a character with similar features. \

^haha, yah. Pretty much what I was thinking. But baths are more relaxing than shower but it takes too long. And since I have alot of people in my family, it's really impossible to get comfortable. So shower for me.

My_Eggs, can I edit yours slightly at the border of our squares to make a transition from dirt to dessert? Or perhaps you can do it?

The flowers and butterflies especially are my favs. I guess you can't really change anything since it is a pen sketch but the only recommendation or flaw is that; the girl on the left has a squashed head so the "back of the head" could need some stretching. :) Overall, tis an awesome linear design. :XD:

I sign my work and dated them too. :) Does anyone know if there's a file size limit? It has to be in .jpeg and sent as an attachment in the email but do they restrict a certain file size? I would like to send in a larger and higher resolution of my work if there isn't a limit (of course, it won't be something like 2mbs). P.S. For the people that succesfully (no postmaster errors) sent in works. What email service did you use (yahoo, hotmail, gmail and etc.) and how did you go about sending it? I've read several complaints or problems where people got blacklisted when they encountered the postmaster errors. I would like to avoid that kind of problem... :ohnoes: Thanks.

++ I hope it is something similar to the easter and christmas special where it's like a mini-quest. Those were fun :) But in rewards given, maybe a vampire cape or a bloodie butcher knife that is usable.

I know the dwarf is dead and he's on his back except...his left leg is positioned below the right leg. And correct me if I'm wrong but when they die, don't they usually crouch? :-k

It looks like it came out of a fairy tale...a scary one :ohnoes: The darkness and crooked tower kinda gives it an eery feeling. Dark thoughts during math class huh? XD (joking) Anyways, during boring classes like lectures. I generally practise my drawings of human anatomy. If you flip through my pages of notes, the only things you'll find are arms, legs, heads, noses, ears, and other human parts. >.<

I had a science teacher in grade 10 who would go around the classroom kissing every student he sees sleeping. It's true! He has only done that once in my class though but twice in my brother's class. He's a cool teacher though :) He picks only on misbehaved kids. Making jokes about them and all. haha. Good Ole' times.

Let's see...woke up at 7 a.m. then caught a bus at 8 a.m. Arrived at the subway station at 8:20 and got myself caught in the morning rush hour... Finally, I arrived in class at 9 and sat there for a 3 hours lecture. Right after, I had to walk 10 minutes to my next class which was in a different building. There, I watched a whole 1 hour of music videos (Bjork, Radiohead, ColdPlay and some others) XD It was interesting. Met most of the people from last year and few new ones.
