If you want to put in the effort to track down and list the top 1000 f2pers, and add/remove new names each week, go for it. This list, to the best of my knowledge, will remain the top 200. I'll update this list tomorrow btw, and I'll add in those new names if I don't already have them.

Sure making money in f2p takes a lot longer, and can be much more tedious, but there isn't exactly a whole lot of options to spend money on. Buying the best armor and weapon costs like 300k, and once you have that, everything else is just extra. Sure you can put money into skills, but if people aren't interested in that, rares are the only other options.

You weren't in the top 200 f2p totals anymore. You have 1292 total, and the minimum total is now 1296.

I was put in charge to run and update the old list (clan=Nonmembers) by Aura for a few months, but when the forum was... disrupted, the pm containing the password for the list was lost. I made a new, temporary, list (clan=Topf2pers) which I update each week with new names. Once Aura returns, I'll dump this list and the old list will go back to being updated weekly. Hope that explains :)

not the updated list >.< I added him to the overall list of names, for the next update. There are more than 250 names that I have of f2pers that are in the running for the top 200 list. Only the top 200 names are displayed, however, so you don't see the other names anywhere. So if he has the necessary total for the next update (probably tomorrow), his name will be on the updated top f2p list.

I personally can't see the average total ever getting to 1400. There's a huge difference between 1300 total (ave. lvl of 86) and 1400 (ave lvl of ~93). That's an extra 4m exp in each individual skill, which can be pretty tough to get :-#

Looks like runehead has started working for me again, so expect a name+stat update within the next 24 hours.

blah i thought everyone's stats were appearing on the list now. the site still won't load for me, keep getting a "Network Timeout. The server at www.runehead.com is taking too long to respond." message. I'll ask someone else (again) to update the stats for me :oops:

Anyone that's play rs1 (or rs2 for that matter) knows that graphics don't make a game... the gameplay does. Sure the new graphics sound cool, and I'm glad to see so many people excited for them, but it's just a facelift. As someone said, those prose skirts were f2p for the first day of their release, and I had a friend buy them in p2p, and sell me them in f2p :) I've never even touched them since then, just kinda cool to have them. Yeah just cleaned out my bank :oops: Bought some new stuff, sold a lot of older stuff, and kept anything sentimental, like the r2h's that I got smithed by gasheart. I know getting the disk and easter were a waste of cash, but I've never had a disk before, and my first rare (in rs2) was an easter so there was a bit of reasoning behind it. Dunno if I'll end up getting 150m exp, I really can't stand doing anything in-game.

I do plan to stick around on the forums a bit, probably start to lurk in the Off-topic section a bit more now. Tip.it hasn't lost its fun for me, just runescape.

I started as a lowly noob on the old Scapeboard forums, where I learned so much about the RS community. It was a great experience, and Tip.it continued to bolster my interest in the game. And now it's come to this. After 6 years of playing I've finally gotten sick of Runescape... taken long enough, aye?. For the past 3 weeks, I think I've only gained 10k exp... all from clan wars. Here is my ending stat pic: (35m cook exp) And my (updated)ending bank pic: [hide=][/hide] ^previous messy bank I'm unsure of its total worth... I think around 550m It was fun while it lasted, but it in the end it's just a game and I need to move on.

For some reason runehead still won't load for me, but if it continues to not work, I'll get a friend to login for me and update all the names. :oops:

Some bad news: during the forum backstabbing, it looks like all my recent pm messages were lost, one of which included the pm from Aura which included the password for the runehead list. Therefore I cannot update the current f2p list. I did copy down all the names though, so not all is lost. I'll be making another (temporary) f2p list, kept updated as regularly as I can, until Aura is back to manage the old list. Mistake on my part for not copying the password, I know, but I'll do my best to make the temporary one as good as the current/last one. edit: here is the new, temporary list http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=topf2pers for some reason, runehead is no longer loading for me, but I think everything should be working & correct on that list
