  1. I use imageshack QuickShot, and Irfanview to mass-crop the images. :)
  2. Personally, I'd rather have the fiction. Great job again, Ami.
  3. No it's not. A server side script would be the place where our login information is sent. Eeeediot is completely correct in regards to the link he posted. Eeeediots answer is irrelevant to the question that the poster has asked for help with Merc is on crack! E's post is directly relevant. :? And Javascript isn't server-side.. :|
  4. Who else but Ami could've written that? :D Not like the previous TI-Times, but I really like it. It gives a pretty neat insight as to the internal workings of Tip.It staff. Excellent job Ami! :D

See entire above post here. It looks good for a first pixel, but you really need to learn the techniques and methods involved in making them look good. I won't rate this, but rather suggest that you call this a work in progress, and make changes and improvements as you learn. :) For more on pixelling, see: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=207080 http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=82865 http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=208856 http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=217937
  6. Cool! :) Google Search > * Gmail > * Google Maps > * Google News > * Google Images.... well... I love the Google corp..

For someone who is obviously familiar with this website, you ought to be able to find this yourself. :P http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=coordinates_list.htm 05.37 North 31.15 East Mort Myre Swamp, just North of the grotto. You must have started the Nature Spirit Quest to get into Mort Myre Swamp Cheers :D
  8. Omg omg noob FLAMEx10... I don't get it. I don't see a message. :? I give it a 10/10, because anything that you think is good enough to represent you, must be perfect in your book. :D The only criticism I'll give is... add color? I dunno.. the white background is too plain, to only be using two or three other colors, two of which are grayscale... I think you should turn this into a like.. mini environment.. make tiny little two-pixel people, and cars, and like, a really really mini miniature of a city. You could use the same boring colors, but give it a sort of story, something that's interesting to look at. honest judgement: 4/10- there's -some- concept, but it needs to be heavily developed before it can be considered final..
  9. How about an item similar to current amulets? A 1/50 chance of dropping from a monster. It could be called something like the "amulet of calling". You can only use it once every 10-15 seconds, and you can only use it say 20-50 times before it loses it's magical power. I think an item similar to this would be great!
  10. "Microsoft Works"
  11. Perhaps the kill counter could have a "total kills" and a "unique kills" That way, a person who cheated in that way might have like: Total Kills: 400 Unique kills: 12
  12. Agreed. [sarcasm]But why ignore it what you can flame the hell out of him and offer no CC?[/sarcasm]
  13. This thread is not meant to flame- it's meant to put an end to the flaming. I guess it's just unescapable with people like you on this forum, though.
  14. "Acknowledging a bad idea" is one thing. If an idea is bad, you should give CC to make it better, not do your damnedest to flame the guy as everyone seems to be doing. His ideas may not be immediately perfect, but this is a discussion forum, and what I have seen in replies tp his bad ideas is not appropriate. It really makes the whole forum look bad when people just ridicule him without trying to make his ideas better. No matter how bad his ideas are, they have the potential to be made into something better if people would set aside thier need to flame and actually discuss how to make suggestions better. It's painfully obvious that you're one of the people that make this forum look bad, by flaming at every chance you get. Also, where would I have put this topic where it would be more relevant that here?
  15. Am I the only one that thinks that some people on this forum are being too hard on TheBlazikenMaster? I mean- give him a break. He's making suggestions in a suggestion forum, and everyone decides to flame the hell out of him- even going as far as making a topic to ridicule him? Some of you need to grow up.
  16. Please.. stray away from hostdime. Get out while you can.. I was with them for a few months.. 5 or 6.. Thier support is fast, I'll give them that, but thier support is also non-existant. There were tons of problems with my server, and constant downtime. I sent several tickets to them, but they never fixed my server (I had a "silver reseller" plan). I don't know if it was just me who had a bad experience with HD, but the fact is I did.
  17. Bring Uup Mmy Ppost - from the third page :) ---------------------------------------- I've discovered that the problem is worsening, sometimes my mouse will stop for periods up to 15 seconds now, and totally "lose power" (optical mouse). On the bright side, I've discovered the problem- seems there is a short somewhere in the mouse cord, as if I jiggle it a bit, the mouse comes alive again. Think MS will give me a new mouse? :>
  18. It's not as bad as we originally thought. We did find some backups hidden away from april 21st (so a bit less than a month ago), so we didn't lose too much content on the forums, but we decided as we already have projects on the go to redo the general coding of our site, that we'd restore the forums, whilst redoing to site itself. :)
  19. step back 3weeks then, yes! This reminds me I should backup my sites too. Three weeks isn't bad. I'm going to have to roll back neodecoder 3 months. In fact, we've decided that we'll just start the site fresh :(
  20. Tennis balls are green. And so is this emoticon --> Just kidding.
  21. I'm sooooooo happy right now. After months of try over and over to get php working on my windows XP laptop, I finally got it to work. All thanks to http://www.devside.net/web/server/windows/php. If anyone is having troubles doing this like I was, check it out- it's *very* easy to follow and I got PHP working in less than an hour :)
  22. Thanks.. I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable will be able to answer this question soon... * spling goes to get Matt..
  23. I've been having a problem with my mouse for some time.. The pointer speed randomly fluctuates in the middle of doing things. I can't reproduce the problem, and I don't know what happens, all I know is that it can happen at any time. My mouse just randomly starts going slower, and then I have to go in my mouse properties (which is now permanently in my quicklaunch  ) and change the speed to something faster/slower depending. I have a "Mircosoft IntelliMouse Optical USB and PS/2 Compatible" mouse.. Help pl0x!!!11
  24. Let's do it. I'd love to take over a project like this, if you don't mind lunchbox.
