So, by complaining about people giving out their passwords via AOL or chat rooms -- are you suggesting Jagex take measures to close them down? You're right! Stupidity cannot be prevented, but it can be helped. The Ditch isn't for stupid players -- its for players who accidentally click Lvl 1 wildy and get teleblocked + ice barraged to death. And, if you're suggesting stupidity cannot be prevented, do you want Jagex to remove all of their protective measures? I mean... what's the point if stupidity isn't prevented? Get rid of Bank PINs, get rid of security questions. Throw the baby out with the bathwater, to be cliche. Stupidity cannot be prevented... so why waste the time writing about it?

I personally prefer using house teletabs, praying at my altar, and Kharyll teleporting back to Canifis each trip. The likelihood of dying is almost zero.

Ah, yes. I still have 8.9k more logs to cut, then I start to string. Oh, and if anyone can tell me how to string fast... please do. I've read a couple things, but it doesn't make sense... or maybe I was doing something wrong, lol. Anyways, I'm cutting at W132 Yanille (Fletching Guild), but I will most likely switch to CW to string, because it's a one-click bank. The conversation at the Fletching Guild for cutting is nice. Also, after I finish the 20k yew bows, I may switch to magic longs because I am more interested in speed than profit at the moment (I'd take time to do new calculations). Also I took last night off from Fletching to do the new quest and take care of some things in real life. I'll be back to fletching later on today! Sincerely, Duke!

The cutting is going fine as I can do other things (for instance I am cutting right now). It's the stringing that will be fast, but lots of clicking.

I'm sorry, but this in no way fits in with the themes of RuneScape. I do not see how it could be integrated into RuneScape. Although well thought out, it is a totally unnecessary update that would waste time, energy, and resources.

You could mention, for the wealthier players here, that bringing Guthan's to barrows could be a life saver! (Saved me when I ran out of food once).

(I haven't read ALL of the posts, so this may have been suggested) For P2P, there is the Rogue's Den which has a bank immediately next to a permanent fire. This makes cooking extremely fast.

It's not too bad. The hard thing about merchanting is that it takes a lot of time to get good deals and to sell your items.

Guthan's saved my life this last trip. Geeze! The brothers hit more powerful and more accurate than ever (didn't help that for some reason my prayer didn't activate when I clicked it, though it was highlighted for Dharok. Got a nice 28 on me). I was out of monkfish by the time I got to the tunnels, and I usually only use around 8 or 9 for the entire thing! I am interested to see if the brothers put up as much of a fight with anyone else as they have with me.

So I just used this guide and I did 2 barrows trips (got Karil's cbow on my first trip) and it works amazingly!

If people are going for low defense and high hp monsters, I don't think this beats experiments. I, for one, prefer Fire Giants.

I am 85 fletching, looking for 99 down the road... Should I buy 1k magic + 1k strings, cut, string, then sell? OR Should I buy around 4k yews + 4k strings, cut, string, then sell? I used the Tip.It calculators and discovered it would take some 63,000 Yew bows and 57,000 magic bows.

It's a good guide, but why is it all in quotations? You could also give sections headings, sub-headings, etc... That way it is quick to use Ctrl + F to find things. Also, you need to fix up the spelling errors and use (more) proper grammar. For instance, capitalizing the first words in sentences, proper nouns, etc. 9.5/10 Good job!

A MUCH safer way to get pouches: For those of you who have at least started Fairytale Pt. 2 - Growing Pains, you can use the fairy rings to access an alternate abyss area in which you are not skulled and do not have to worry about PKers. Fairy Ring Code: A-L-R *Recommend killing the leeches (Lvl 41) because they die fast and drop pouches often.

So, onto the goals: Slayer Current Level: 62 Current XP: 362,049 Goal Level: 65 Goal XP: 449,428 XP Needed: 87,397 Ranged Current Level: 70 Current XP: 748,923 Goal Level: 80 Goal XP: 1,986,068 XP Needed: 1,237,145 Dragon Chain It pans out like this: I am going to achieve 65 slayer by continuing to complete assignments. I am not currently using range, I am using melee and healing with Guthan's. When I reach 65 slayer, I will attack Dust Devils with iron knives (I found 20k of them in my bank) for range XP. In the process of using the 20k iron knives, I hope to find a Dragon Chain on the ground... although I am not counting on it. *Notes: 85 Slayer is on my to-do list, but probably won't be achieved for a long while.
