happy wednesday everyone! Its not thursday is it? :mellow: I just got thrown up on, its gross :???:

Its great having her here, I thought I would struggle being on my own with her, but she has been great, sleeps most of the night apart from once or twice for a feed but then goes straight back to sleep. Its 11:30am, my day so far has been waking up at 9am with Freya for her feed, fed her, changed her, but her down for more sleep, had some breakfast, watched some glee, and had a nap. Freya is due up for another feed around 1pm, so that will be feed and change, then grab myself a bath and tidy up a little as I have some work friends coming over to meet her. Wont be too much cleaning though, my stitches are kinda sore today, been given painkillers and anti-inflammatories, but im trying to stay away from the pain killers as they make me super spaced out =P~ Happy thursday all though! <3

Not a bad band either :P I knew it sounded familiar...Lizzy, are you a fan or is that just coincidence? I didn't even know there was a band called Freya lol. We were looking through names for when my sister-in-law was pregnant with Carys, they decided Freya, but when she was born they decided against it and went with Carys.... and I decided then that if I ever had a girl, I wanted her to be called Freya... or Blodwyn, but everyone told me I wasn't allowed to call my baby Blodwyn lol.

The only photo taken that has included me in it that has been taken in a while is this one.. I look like poop, please pare in mind I had been up for 4 days straight by this point, and 2 of them days I had been in labour, only my head because they were in the middle of stitching up my c-section incision lol. My hair is a state and I was pretty well drugged up at this point, but I like it, so eh! Can we put this as my B please? And just because I want to, here she is clean and dressed lol.

less of a today and more of a this week. Tuesday felt like pooop as I posted on here. Wednesday night went into labour. Thursday morning (05/05) my little girl Freya Louise was born at 08:31 weighing in at 7lb8 via emergency c-section. Thursday - Saturday spent in hospital recovery ward for c-sections, being in pain, having no sleep and being uncomfortable. TODAY I am in pain, tired, and uncomfortable but I wouldn't change it for the world :->

I have no issues leaving a tip for someone if the service has been good, or they have been friendly to us, what I dont agree with though is when they automatically add the 10% tip on the bill. We always leave a tip - only time was when I was at pizza hut, they gave us undercooked mushroom starters (being pregnant I am not allowed raw mushrooms) so I had to send it back (first time ever sending something back also) I dont eat the other starters so I went without but they still kept my starter on the bill, even though they said they would take it off, I was not impressed, and we had to wait 40 minutes for some ketchup - I used to work in a restaurant so I really dont mind waiting but there was only 7 other people in there at the time eating. I dont agree with places automatically adding the tip on to the bill though. Although right this second the only realy great thing bugging me are these contractions, sure means baby is on its way but they are not to a point I need to do anything so im sat at home being in pain every 10 minutes for 30 seconds and im bored now lol.

I didnt sleep all that much last night, night filled with being uncomfortable and needing to pee oh and being in pain. Kinda pain you get when you RREEEAAAALLLLYYY need to poop but cant lol. while that is a common thing in pregnancy just been thinking oh eff off, ive gone 41 weeks without that problem dont start the day before I am due to go into hospital to be induced :angry: HOWEVER, its still coming and going so it looks like I am in early stages of labour, about fricking time! Nothing to worry about at the moment though, I am just ignoring them until they are regular and painful, well more painful lol. I've had twinges but they were not painful, so fingers crossed SOMETHING is going to happen soon....im not a regular regular, just in the off topic forum, but if I dissappear (most wont notice except for my daily [bleep]ing about being pregnant haha!) it means I am having this little one. Soon my life will be turned up on its head, BUT I will have my bladder back and I will be able to use the laptop without propping it on the bump lol. So rubbish night, but an ok morning so far. Fingers crossed for some serious pain and hospital sooooon lol.

Haha Tim, I would have to buy two baguettes then, one to eat and one to attack with :-P I am feeling okay wong, just fed up with being pregnant now, was due 9 days ago now, now I am having to be induced - meh :(

Looks like you guys are stuck with me for a few more days :-( had hospital this morning, gotta love some violation by a midwife, that does nothing... now Booked into hospital for thursday, so you guys are still stuck with me a few more days. I may waddle into town and buy a baguette and just have a walk around :-(

Nothing really been done today, went shopping, read a load, slept a little, watched friends. HOWEVER I think I may be starting the early stages of labour, so I am going to go off to bed for a bit and see how this progresses. I have the midwife in the morning, so I will either be attending that or I shall be in the labour ward.... either way this is looking promising :-) Fingers crossed.

I went to bed late last night due to watching R.E.D, pretty good film, that did however make me sleep in until 1:30pm :unsure: Since waking up all I have done is read, almost gone through most of Tempted by PC & Kristin cast (book 6 I think of the house of night series) and I just had my dinner. I feel kinda sick and I am getting increasingly fed up with stuff. It's just gone 8pm, I am tempted to grab a bath and go back to bed, I cant be so pissed off if I am asleep :mellow:

When people cheer and clap when someone drops a plate or cup and it breaks, what is to cheer about there?

EVERYONE keep asking me if I have had my damn baby yet..... because im not pissed off enough that I am still pregnant and she doesn't seem to want to come out, that I get EVERYONE asking me if I have had her.... surely I would bloody tell people if I have had her? And if my friend tells me to eat a damn jungle curry one more time I am going to punch her in the face. Also something that grates on me.... hormones, F you hormones! F you to hell :angry:

went to sleep at 3am, got up at 9am, went to town to buy some clary sage oil and some raspberry leaf tea and its now just after 12 noon and im off for a nap. napping in the afternoon is stopping me from being able to sleep at night, but I can hardly keep my eyes open at the moment, so I guess I will have to deal with late nights and napping, will be worse when the baby is here. Fingers crossed the tea and aromatherapy oil works :-(

Had my hospital appointment, it went well, a lot better then wednesday, so fingers crossed it works/helps. Had a 3 hour nap this afternoon when i got back, and havnt really done anything since. its now 9:30pm and im considering going to bed :-D

I was impressed with the dress. Nothing fancy, nice and simple. Not too fussed about the detail on the bum though,but like the reporter on the radio was saying because she has no shape, her dress is padded to give her some shape. I missed the ceremony as I was in the bath, and missed them leaving as I was in the hospital, but what I did see in between seemed nice. I wish them all the best.

LOL im on maternity leave for the next 10 months, so no work for me, but it does mean I get to see her dress :-)

We have the Royal wedding on the telly in the background but im not really watching it. I wish them the best like I would any other couple getting married, but I am not glued to the telly. If im still at home when the wedding starts I wouldn't mind seeing her dress, but I am due at the hospital at 12, not sure what time the wedding is starting.

Our polling station wont let you vote without it, plus I dont know what polling station I am supposed to be using, either the one where I am living now (I am on the electorial role and council tax for this house) or the old polling station for my old flat :-/

I have not recieved my voting card so I assume they do not want my vote. My mum had hers, my dad has his and my brothers proxy vote, yet I didnt get one.... Its not even at my old flat, so I guess I wont be voting this time around.

Been awake since 3am thanks to a ninja attack of indigestion and heartburn :-/ Would not go away no matter what I tried...... I found out that milk makes it worse for me :-( And pineapple has made it come back, but there is supposed to be a small chance pineapple can make the baby want to come out, so ill grab some tumms and eat some more pineapple... if nothing else I will be getting frack loads of vitamin C :grin: Hospital at 12, not looking forward to that, if its the same as Wednesday then it wont be pleasant, and it will be painful..... BUT I want this baby out now, she is 5 days late now, why does she have to be so comfy in there? Fingers crossed she decides to come on her own and not make me have to be induced because that hurts like a [bleep] apparently :-/ So now its 9am, I may have a nap for a hour, then have a bath and get ready for the app. :mellow:
