If you aren't using dh I would suggest monk robes since A. You don't need the defense while praying B. Extends your prayer so you recharge less often C. doesn't waste cash on unecessary barrows repair and D. you risk less in case you die. This is the most potent offensive melee set-up that stresses prayer over defense: Get as close to that as you can. :)

The reason for the decline in the general runescape population is due to selfish people such as yourself. You "honestly don't care, as long as I get my training done :^_^:" because your are a selfish person aka another person bringing the rs community down. As to the rl vs. rs comment: the logic used to defend "theft" on a game is the same logic used to defend "theft" irl. Both are wrong and selfish while still remaining technically legal. Few people do not understand the concept that arrow stealing isn't illegal; the point is that its selfish. Regardless of how you choose to defend your actions it still boils down to you choosing your own happiness and pleasure over another person's... aka yet another person making the general community worse than it was before you arrived.

For me (105ish combat at the time I believe), the rune armor was more of a pain to kill than it was worth. I tried every type except black and found the fastest tokens for my level to be mith armor. Easy kills, no food needed really, and the tokens added up much faster than anything else (steel was pretty close compared to the rest). In my opinion rune armor is a waste as is hallying in general (unless wearing a black mask, hehe). Stick with steel-mith armor and you will get tons more tokens and xp per hour. The guide is not bad (honestly it basically says that there is a safespot between the "posts" and that is about it) but it doesn't really have the fastest tactics; but if somebody REALLY wants to hally then thats the spot. :)

We had a disagreement about something and we spoke until it was resolved. I do not think that he/she took it seriously and his/her end reply, while brief, was the epiphany of maturity. While my posts were sarcastic they were sarcastic for effect, not giggles; therefore no undue "excitement" necessitated "calming". The issue resolved itself without you telling me what to do... but thanks for the advice. My advice to you is to read all of somebody's conversation before posting your opinion on a snippet of it.

From the stats and the set-up I would guess that he was doing one of three things: 1. Planning on a quick-switch of some rule that would give him a huge advantage (like turning magic ON). 2. Planning on using some bug. 3. Planning on running around like a chicken with it's head cut off trapping you behind stuff and owning you with rings. Chances are... you would have lost. His game, his terrain, and his tactics will outweigh most stats. Smart choice on avoiding a phat loss.

Cannons own slayer. Cannons own range xp. Cannons own... your bank account. I mine iron, trade 2/3rds for coal, trade the iron and coal for steel (plus I pay cash), and smith my own c balls. Great mining xp, decent smithing xp, and a LOT lighter on the wallet. : EDIT: Freshwacka made a good point via pm that I failed to mention. Misc. workers are a fantastic source of coal as well. Your point of "jerks will always be jerks" has nothing to do with whether you steal arrows or not. If I say that stealing cars is just "jerks being jerks" it doesn't defend my defense of them. They are both wrong. Arrogance has no bearing on the situation whatsoever. "Terrorists will always be terrorists". Right? So why complain or speak against them? It will do no good by what you are saying. My point is still valid. Your anti-stealing point is still valid. They have no bearing on each other. Do you get what I mean? I am not being sarcastic. And a wonderfully easy way to be a jerk for no reason. Why do you enjoy making the community even worse? You are the kind of person that picks up the $5 bill that an old lady drops. I think that it is incredibly lame in nearly all situations. Now if some smart alec starts mouthing off from his safe spot I will gladly steal his arrows until he leaves. Be a jerk and get your rewards. In all other situations I will not take somebody else's arrows. It is just lame. Free game after they appear blah blah blah but it is still just as rude no matter how you try to justify it. Occasionally I will do it as a joke or to keep ACTUAL thieves away (trade them back after their kill). I will not be surprised if half the people say that they steal them (or "only addy or rune") because half the population of runescape is selfish punks. You can't complain about the community going to hell when you do your part to point the directions. :wall: Go ahead and justify it in your head. It doesn't make it any more correct. :wink:

If you want tree seeds from Misc. make sure that you put the workers on MAPLE not the special trees (mahogany/teak). Maples give a seed every 100 logs while special trees give one every 200+ if that. The mole is easy for tree seeds if you group it or have a decent offense. The best normal tree for nests in my experience has to be willows. Loads of seeds and the best or second best tree for xp. The special trees gave loads of nests before but I believe that was nerfed.

None of these things are very good and they are all drops. I SERIOUSLY doubt that they will ever become craftable/smithable. I think that we will see wieldable bow/swords first. :XD:

I found this a waste of c balls. Just use it for slayer or dags under the lighthouse if you do not like the rock crabs. Fastest xp outside of Pest Control.

The max damage is 30 and the minimum is 0. You will hit a load more zeroes than 30s so say that the average hit is 10. 80k c balls at 10 damage each. You do the math. :D

Not a penny. If I want any sort of "fame" I will go out and save a kitty stranded in a tree. It would be a huge pain to have to deal with all of the random idiots, you could never have private chat on, and anytime that you are spotted the world clogs because they message all of their friends. Sounds lame to me.

Rune defender is far superior. I sold my obby shield the day that I got one (10). It's price will keep dropping like a stone. If you need defense there are far superior alternatives. If you need offense then there is nothing better. Splitting your goals is pointless and less efficient. D square or (yuck) rune kite for melee defense. Rune defender for everything else in melee.
