Rune scimmy is the best for nearly everything. Rune two-hander has the highest strength bonus. It is too slow to use for training, though.

If you are 70+ there are clans on tip.it (search). If you are 90+ join Affliction (link in the guide in my sig). Otherwise try 78 or any other full world as the others mentioned.

Fire strikes should easily defeat it in the allotted time. Heck, air strikes might. If you do not use mage you can always try a hally.

Yes, you can. If you cannot buy a right half off another person (occasionally people buy these thinking that they are the rare half) and smith it yourself (lvl 65 smithing I think) then you can sell the left half for the square shield's price minus 750k.

Inflation is the lowering of something's value. What you are suggesting would only increase inflation. If you meant deflation then you are correct but with high alch and pest control in the game I don't really see that becoming a problem soon, if ever. I believe that they are being facetious when they refer to "low, low" rates. Zero is about as low as it gets. :lol: vvvvv Thanks :D vvvvv

Hehe, I can assure you it is more like 2k+ runs but have only logged around 700 so I didn't want to overestimate. Too bad the prices have dropped so low that it is hardly worth the effort any more. :( Like I said, though, this is EXTREMELY rare. If you were try to get this on purpose I would say that you have a better chance of a chain from dusties. I just wish I knew what caused it. It would be pretty interesting.

This is wrong. You can hit a MAX of twice regardless of the monster's size. This is from loads of personal experience as well as from the runescape's special attack guide.

The last four replies are incorrect (except the part about hidden extra kills). The brother that appeared for me was NOT my tunnel brother. I had killed ALL of the brothers before reaching the chest. The most important thing, though, is the fact that once that extra brother was killed the kill count STILL DID NOT SHOW. This means that the brother could not be a duplicate OR a brother from the next run.

There are VERY few boosts that combine. I can only think of one off the top of my head which is the crystal saw and evil stew or tea for construction. There is no way to combine pots or specials.

Full guthans is around 10-11mil last time I checked. I would suggest verac's helm, verac's skirt, and torag/dharok/guthan's plate. Huge defense and a nice prayer boost just in case. Verac's helm is probably the best helm in the game. The only other ones I use for meleeing is beserker and inititiate helm if I am praying for an extended period of time.

I take guthans for defense and to heal in the tunnels and monk robes when I pray against kharil and dharok (occasionally verac as well). Armor makes the tunnels easier and allows me to kill most of the brothers without prayer.

This is true for me as well but I have seen several level 110+'s who try to kill me while rcing. When I return with gear to fight them and ask them why they say "for fun"... right before they tele. :lol: :wall:

Guthans wasn't my tunnel brother either. I've done well over 1k runs and it has only happened once (MAYBE twice but I don't think so).

This merely proves my point. If someone is capable of transgressing society's accepted general morality ("theft" is a no-no for most societies) over something as simple and unimportant as a GAME what can you expect from them when they come to something in their life that isn't SIMPLE and IS important? And the thought that you could go against your morals when it is convenient for you simply indicates that you do not really have any. Your ACTUAL beliefs do not change on a daily basis; they are basically "hard-wired" into your head. While they can change it requires a rather large effort and/or life-altering event to happen. So unless you play runescape with those "adapted morals" (thereby altering your beliefs) no more than once or twice a year, you are in denial when it comes to your lack of morality. If you took the time to actually read this thread you would know that has been posted SEVERAL times before and that is NOT the point of this discussion. People may "feel" like they are being scammed but they know that it is legal. The discussion is not about the LEGALITY; but rather the MORALITY. :wink: I am glad that you do not do it either way, lol.
