  1. Buy chaos and deaths from any rune shop. Sell them for 120-150 each and 270-300 each (respectively). Buying nats, bloods, and those two I can consistantly make well over 600k an hour. Buy, hop, buy, hop.... and eventually sell out. Penguins do a lovely Macarena just in case you didn't know...
  2. 1. Your options are training attack, defense, or all three. 2. Put a cape on, vambs (green dhide vambs once you get 40 range would be great as well), stronghold boots (at least leather), rune kite, rune plate/chain, rune full helm, and a power ammy. If you are going to train at the best spot for xp you should use the best gear. Try the minotaurs or the spiders on the first and second levels (respectively) of the Stronghold of Security east of Varrock. Great xp, low offense, and a trout/salmon fishing spot nearby for food.
  3. You can also use another person's house to make them. Here is a link to the official poh help thread: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=487762 . They are too expensive and/or too much of a hassle to use as daily random transport but are fantastic for any sort of emergency or inventory space issue.
  4. I think that I have done upwards of 5k casts in one trip. Just bring your best mage gear, ALL of your antifire pots (make 4 dosers), ALL of your runes, 5ish sharks/monks, the rest of your inventory (other than the gp and ax that you need etc.) should be garbage food (trout) and mage pots if you can afford them. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is to bring a 1 click tele (house teleport tablet is great). If you aren't paying attention and come back to a nearly dead character, just tele. A long hike back is WAY easier/cheaper than buying all of those things that you lost back. If you have a anti dragonfire shield AND an active dose of antifire potion (I think it is 2 minutes or 5 minutes per dose. Bad memory, sorry. ) you will recieve no damage. You cannot use the mage protection prayer to lower the dragonfire damage! I was at 11 health before I could escape to an empty spot and glory out (one click teles from then on, lol.) On my last two trips I got a d med and d legs from steels so good luck to you as well! P.S. I can make most potions if you have the ingredients. Stats in sig.
  5. If you know it to be slang for something inappropriate I would suggest starting a new character just in case. If you are simply worried that it may be banned for some random reason, don't worry; you will be fine. I don't see why that name would be banned but I do not know the slang for the entire world.
  6. Please post in the proper format, thanks. If you know how to do it feel free to do so. :) Updated.
  7. If any guide mentions something better than you can afford it should be obvious that you will have to substitute something inferior. If we go by your logic we would have to make a guide for the super-rich, very-rich, rich, almost rich, etc. because it wouldn't be fair for each group. If you WANT to make cash but you CAN'T make cash that means you are doing it incorrectly. Using some skills you can make 300-500k an hour EASILY and merchanting runes is 500-600k+ an hour. The only reasons to be poor are ignorance (you know of Tip.it so that is not you), laziness, and/or apathy. Anything else is just an excuse/mistake.
  8. Nice collection but please use the correct format, thanks. :)
  9. I played this back in middle school I believe. Roughly 10 years ago? Not really sure but I still have those cards with my old baseball cards that I collected, lol. I think I started playing when the ice one or the palm tree one (mirage I think) first came out. My friend and I bet that polar kraken thing (11/11) back and forth and after we quit he ended up with it, lol. Man, that was AGES ago... Good times. :
  10. All update discussion goes on the update thread, please.
  11. About 86. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=cooking_guide.htm#burn
  12. I wouldn't cannon blues but if you must do NOT do it there. You are likely to die. Try taverly blues. Fastest xp is dependant on your defense level. If it is high then go kill dags under the lighthouse and if it is lower kill rock crabs. The best plan is to just use them to train slayer, of course.
  13. Tip.it is for NOOBS!!!! :-w I check out everything from the newest update on the kb and don't return until there is a new update. Tip.it FTW!
  14. I first completed every quest at level 88 I believe. That was after DT but before RFD. I always do the newest quest the moment I log in except... since I've been modded I haven't done the new one.
  15. You can't buy melee xp. You can make cash MUCH faster elsewhere. Because both of those are true you should never buy anything but xp with your points. Some people like the equipment. Because that is true, those people should buy it with their points when they see fit. Even if I were maxed in all stats I would probably STILL take the xp over the item rewards just for total xp. I just don't see the point of going after a smaller amount of cash than you can get elsewhere.
  16. Skills, skills, skills. The point of gathering money for me is to raise skills. The cash from some skilling is about the same as the cash from most merchanting so I prefer the bonus in xp form. The only reason I trade in rares is to keep my cash stable while I am out raising skills.
  17. ... which is to use soft clay on the camel head topped table in the quest. If you aren't willing to help people in the HELP and Advice forum it would be best that you don't post. :shame: If you don't know then you should mention that.
  18. Bingo. I was pretty mad when I found out that the only thing it does is act as a tally. Everything else is the same as normal combo crafting. :x
  19. Oh yeah, that was amazing, she (or was it he?) had so much patience to do it twice... . And it's funny too, the Kill Count said it was Too Much. EDIT: My opinion is to get low kill counts, since in the time you had 666 kills, you could've made like 60 more trips. HE  Long story short I've come to prefer the look of a female character over a male and... I lost a bet.  Here is the link to that thread if you like: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=388784&start=0 I have done a 100 runs on each 6kc, 10kc, and 20kc. While there was a notable difference between 6kc and 10kc (you can't get racks and bloods for example with a 6kc) there was no notable difference in barrow's item rewards. I do 10-20kc now. Great speed and great runes. Anything over 30 is pointless and 20-30 is probably a waste as well. More runs = more items, period. I just kill what gets in my way and end up with a 10-20kc which nets me an item about 1 in 22 runs. With guthans, dart, and a prayer outfit I make a profit from the chest, even without an item, over the long run.
  20. Rock crabs for speed. PC for speed ONLY if you have a good group/world. Cannon + knives for crazy speed. :P Fire Giants or Blue Dragons for drops and reasonable speed. Steel Dragons for the worst xp. :boohoo:
  21. Loops are 20-35k and (very slowly) falling due to the fact that they are much more common. Teeth are 30-45k and rising (VERY SLOWLY IF AT ALL) due to the fact that they are much more rare. Full keys are 50-80k, D stones are 45-75k, and glories are 60-85k. It is always best to use your keys as opposed to selling them if possible since you can (randomly) get a bonus reward up to 35kish. It is also best to make or get somebody to make (*looks at sig*) glories and sell those instead of d stones. The chest is in the bottom floor of the long building near the center of Taverly. The bonus rewards can vary from nothing to 3 rune bars or another half key.
  22. Afk isn't against the rules. They just advise you don't do it so you don't lose stuff. :P I browse tip.it, NotSafeForYou, eat, or watch tv. jagex puts Afking in Rs as macroing lol AFKing IS against the rules. Here is a quote: "AFCing" is allowed. One version (browsing official forums) is shown here: I browse Tip.it and/or chat on Tip.it's IRC thing while "AFCing".
  23. 1. Power mine granite for speed. Nothing faster than that sorry. 2. Mine the iron north of Yanille for fast banking. I do option 2 and make steel (with the coal from the misc. workers) then c balls for slayer.
  24. I did that quest ages ago but I would assume that it means the weeds that you rake off unplanted farming spots. 90% chance that the spirit tree spot west of draynor needs a good raking.
