ROW or ROL at Barrows? Well this is why you should bring...
n64jive replied to deangut's topic in General Discussion
thats strange, in a system update EVERYTHING gets reset. you should have been put back in the barrows dungeon with your kc back to zero as if you didnt kill any brothers. the spiders or whatever was attacking you should have stopped immediately. if runescape logs you out for an update, but your character is still in combat, then there is something wrong with the system, because i dont think that should be possible your confusing system update with a roll-back. When a system update happens, it says ur logged out, but ussually your character is logged back in. Only time something is reset, if jagex updates their system by rolling back to the last "save" point, at which is where everyone logs out. Many ppl try to dupe things, because of what you said, but their is not always a roll back when there is an update. -

I hate the Tele theatre -
Um, yeah, actually, the more time u spend at them, the more likely you are to get a dragon drop, and ur example was just fine. Think of it this way: You have a bag with 4,001 m&m's in it, 4000 are yellow and 1 is red. So every time u pull and m&m out u put it back in. So you say that the longer you spend their doesnt matter, well it does, because you get more picks into your bag of m&m's. eventaully if you keep trying, your bound to pull that red m&m.

Yeah, any game is no excuse for suicide. Thats like killing yourself because you were banned. You know what, its like game-over, move on, either start a new game, new account, or just quit playing and find some other form of fun. Now people who are saying "well shiva could have commited suicide, why is their so much sorrow for him." First off, their is no proof that his death is from suicide, and second, he never made a post on a runescape forum about it. That just seems like ur looking for attention. I mean, i can see this kid just looking for attention, not committing suicide, and having to add everyone he knew on ignore and leave the clan world because of this. Against i have respect for the dead, but i don't respect those who kill themselves for attention. Edit: I just got word that this kid commited suicide over losing about 11M.. seeing as how rs gp goes for bout 15-20$ ea on ebay, he killed him self over a couple hunded bucks.

n64jive replied to guthixedge's topic in General Discussion
No, it isn't. This video has been posted in other places, with reasonable titles and sentances in the post. I know i was joking, he's playing unreal tournement on a slow computer, and he is pissed that its taking so long to load, and he like uses h for an enter key, and he says o well, and he is mad cuz he lost his escape key. -

yeah, old rs screen was terrible, least you could see what was going on when u logged in, if u logged in in wild -
because a small % of the rs population are no lifeing nerds who dont hang out with their friends, and the rest of us play rs on the side. So ppl take the minority and use it against the majority.

Jagex's New DIDJA KNOW'S(Message of the Week)
n64jive replied to n64jive's topic in General Discussion
Ok, so you waste what 300 gp per nature...but think of it this way your a f2p, and you need 2k iron bars, you have 2k iron ore, and you really dont feel like mining 4k iron ore for it, well...now you have a lil bit more expensive method, and you gain MAGIC EXP!...and you don't have to mine all that iron(which is boring, and mining blows) -
ur status in runescape is gonna be affected by ur social status irl, no matter what. If you work a lot, your not gonna be a good rs player unless u play over a long period of time(like us that stated from bout the beggining). So lets say u could by rs items with cash, that means that anyone with money to throw away on a game, could become extremely wealthy, extremely fast, this is totally diff. from subscribing to members. if you pay for members, sure u can become better then the p2p, but u have no advantage over the other members.

Master Slayer Guide by Axe Man Jack (AOW) Updated 9/06
n64jive replied to bigmoneyak's topic in General Guides
Nice, but u say u hate kurask and them that need the leaf-blade spear, well heres a hint. I'm not sure if this still works, but it used to be that if you wore full guthan, and then chagned to guthan spear when you were low food, you'd hit zeros, but u'd heal what you should have hit.
