What? I fail to see how abyss pking is good money. Not only is the loot from a rcer really bad, but they're probably harder to kill than a PKer, because they have every intention of running, teleing, or using any other method of survival they can. As for rcers themselves, they make LOADS of money per hour. I could make enough profit to cover a death in 10 trips (soon to be like 4) through the abyss, and I only get killed every... wait, I've only ever died twice in 88 levels, and that's after thousands of trips, and hundreds of PKers dodged.

It has been exactly 1 month since I last posted a bank pic (what ALREADY :shock:), so here's a new one.

As I said before, the bar graph is the percent of the internet average. There may be 200% more Asians on runescape.com than the average website, but as the pie graph in the demographics tab shows, 82% of visitors are Caucasian (white). I am a bit confused myself though how they know all of this. More females? Hard to believe. The majority of players I see hanging around edge and elsewhere are male characters.

Yeah, I think I'm addicted to RCing now :? I've always liked the skill, but then I've always said to myself "stop moneymaking and work on your goals ffs...", but now that It's my main goal... :wink:

I want this thread locked because there isn't really anything more to discuss. It has become an argument, and no-one can ever win one of those because in this case both of us are right, and at the same time wrong, because in the end it's a matter of opinion. In my OPINION, abyss pking is pathetic. I posted this because I thought this whole attacking an unskulled ZMI crafter was a new low, even for them. I find it humorous, actually. I don't hate them. I stated that in the first line of this thread. And I don't have anything against PKers in general, just the ones that sit on that little hill all day waiting for RCers. I don't know why I let myself get into an argument with an abyss pker, anyway. As for your last comment..... you have no room to talk, you who post as many rants as you can possibly think of. Cry? And why the hell i'm still runecrafting nature rune? With 75 rc i might not loose money..got to do lunar quest too.. Thx for the help! No problem, but nats are a lot better money/hour. As you can see I did 75-82 with them. (nevermind the fact that ZMI came out when i was 80 rc :-$) Although, by my estimations of how long ZMI will take me to get to 91 + the profits I will make vs the time abyss rcing will take me + profits ZMI comes out on top, abyss still isn't a bad way to go.

No, you don't :) After crafting 50k ess there, which was 4.75m, I sold the runes and ended up with 10m+; and I haven't even sold all of the runes. Of course, that's at my level. Lower levels get less of the high end runes. Edit: Just noticed the dates in my blog were off. Fixed.

Right get over yourself. YOU go in the wilderness KNOWING the risk. Don't expect people to not notice an easy 40k... There's a big difference in going after an "easy" 40k at the spur of the moment, and sitting there waiting for tiny profits like that. And about "easy", it's not exactly easy to kill an abyss RCer. I've had people fail to TB me 10 times in a row. I've even survived being TBd + entanged AND hit with a 36-34 spec. I don't look down on PKers I see running by that notice me and attack me, but when I see a guy sitting on that hill by the mage and he proceeds to attack every helpless character within his level range, regardless of weather they'll make a decent profit or not, I find it pretty pathetic.

230k exp today. Could have gotten more, but ran out of ess and it took a while to sell runes. Also bought ahrims and infinity boots with the ~6m in profits, along with 60k more pure essence. 2m in cash left. Still have a fair few runes I didn't sell.

Oh so that's what you're on about? I know full well what PKers do for the price of nats. I even said in the beginning of my post that I don't really hate them. But that dosen't stop me from being irritated by them, or thinking they're pathetic. Do you really think they're out there to help me get a decent price on nats? Nope, they just want to kill me for the fleeting sensation that they get from dominating someone else. It's plainly obvious that that's all they're out there for, since they'll even take me for the pathetic loot of a ZMI crafter. Normal PKer-vs-Pker is nothing like Abyss Pking. At least you can have a small sense of pride that you beat someone else in a competition when you PK, but what Abyss PKers do quite frankly is comparable to trying to catch a greased pig. It's laughable.
