  1. You can only use a wc axe to damage it. Basically just weild a rune (or dragon if you have it) axe along with your best melee gear, bring an antipoison (super is ideal), and some food. Yes I'm pretty sure prayer works, but it does attack with more than one style.
  2. There is no difference between them as far as damage, accuracy, ect. Saradomin Strike lowers prayer, Flames of Zamorak lowers magic level, and Claws of Guthix lowers defense level.
  3. Never said my idea was all that great. I basically just said that I thought the concept would be an improvement; doubtful that if Jagex ever considered this they'd implement it as I have it. But I know you're going to continue being negative, picking apart my statements and flaming them, that's just who you are. Hence I think it would be worthless to waste any more time on you...
  4. Wrong, I actually did use it a few times when it was p2p only, when I was cleaning out my bank of hard to sell items (good thing for GE, don't have to do that anymore ). That's beside the point, anyway... The only reason why hardly anybody used it in p2p anyway was because most clans and others throwing private drop parties wanted to avoid noobs, so before PoH's they used very secluded areas, and after PoHs a lot of people started using that. So yeah, if a lot of people already use their PoHs for drop parties, why not add this feature? Yeah, you can still use right click -> drop, DUH... I can live without this feature just like I can live without an organized bank feature, but both ideas would improve the game, thus why they were thought up and posted.
  5. Bump. I'm going to be away for most of the weekend, so it's unlikely that I'll be able to play that much, if at all. Edit: Woot page 10 \
  6. Not true at all. I've drank beers till I was 0 attack and I was still hitting occasionally.
  7. I'm going to have to disagree with you here. It isn't really necessary in all cases to observe a bot for a while before you report them. Of course you shouldn't just report because they don't respond, or because they're level 3, but if there are a number of indicators to suggest that they are an autoer, it would probably be ok to report them immediately. If a character... Is level 3 Is one of many level 3's surrounding a resource Has a confusing name Has a name that uses the same letters and a different set of numbers as another suspected autoer Uses the default look for their avatar, or a uniform look that numerous suspected bots share If most of those are true then there's a very good chance that the character is a bot. Any "skiller" that chooses to make himself appear as an autoer is asking to be reported...
  8. Well you didn't use it before. Now your complaining about it? If you really want a drop party use: Right click -> Drop This is a suggestion, not a rant. That was an introduction, not a whine. Dropping items is all fine and good, but IMO the balloons thing makes it a bit more fair, since the items contained in the balloons are random. Is it necessary? No. Would it be an improvement? I think so.
  9. That's actually part of the reason why I set it to such a high con level. Would some RWTers abuse this? Yes. But really, Jagex is going to too much trouble to stop RWTers. If I had a choice between: 1. More fun features with a few more RWTers OR 2. Fewer RWTers but less fun features I choose 1 lol.
  10. Simply changing the color outside the "draw" wouldn't work. How good would that look on low detail when you're up in the second story of a building? How good would that look down in a deep, dark dungeon? And really, how good wold a nice blue sky look in Mortania? I think Jagex abandoned the "sky" thing early on because they realized that it just wouldn't work with the engine they had. Perhaps sometime in the future, maybe a month from now I don't know.
  11. Why? Field Rations Cwars Bandages Healing Pot in BA Giving eggs during BA queen battle Butterflies Gnomeballs Could be more, but those things are more than enough reasons to keep the "use with player" option. I don't know how they'd get rid of it, anyway. Just about any object in the game with options besides "walk here" can have items used with it.
  12. Head- Yellow Partyhat [] Ammy- Amulet of Fury [x] Cape- Runecrafting Cape [] Top- Bandos Chestplate [x] Bottom- Bandos Tassets [x] Gloves- Barrows Gloves [x] Boots- Dragon Boots [x] Ring- Berserker Ring [] Shield- Dragonfire Shield [], OR Nothing Weapon- Abyssal whip [x], OR Zamorak Godsword []
  13. Yes, I know they are unnecessary. But there are a lot of unnecessary items like this in the POH, like thrones, the different levers in the throne room, decorations, rugs, beds, and the list goes on there...
  14. Following the recent move of the party room from Seers village, and especially after the changes to the party room, it has become near impossible to use this feature for 'private' parties. I don't know about you, but I don't like sharing my items with complete strangers, most of which are noobs and beggars. But I'd also like to be able to use the neat balloon system to host drop parties. So... why not give player owned houses an update that can make this possible? Now, onto the idea. The Party Room This room will require a construction level of 80 to build, and will cost 500,000 coins. This may seem a little high, but for such a cool feature, it should really require a high construction level to build. Here's a general idea of what the room would look like: The Chest Unlike the official party room's chest, the one in this room has a very finite number of items it can hold, based on the materials it is made out of, although it will be a similar interface. Like the party room's chest, you will NOT be able to withdraw items once you put them in; you have to pull the lever and let them drop in balloons. This will make it a bit inconvenient for anyone who would try to use the chest as extra bankspace; and also, you can't put nontradables in the chest. Chest types: Normal wood chest Holds up to 3 types of items Level 80 Construction to build Reqires 5 normal planks, 5 nails, 4 steel bars, and a clockwork mechanism Oak Chest Holds up to 5 types of items Level 84 Construction to build Requires 5 oak planks, 6 steel bars, and a clockwork mechanism Teak Chest Holds up to 8 types of items Level 88 Construction to build Requires 5 teak planks, 6 steel bars, and a clockwork mechanism Mahogany Chest Holds up to 10 types of items Level 92 Construction to build Requires 5 mahogany planks, 2 steel bars, 1 gold leaf, and a clockwork mechanism Magic Chest Holds up to 15 types of items Level 96 Construction to build Requires 2 Magic stones If you're wondering why a clockwork mechanism is required on most of the chests; it's because there needs to be some kind of mechanism to drop the items. Of course the magic chest dosen't need one, because the mechanism would be entirely "magical" The Lever It's just like the lever in the party room. You pull it, and the items come out of the chest. The only difference here is that only the owner of the house is allowed to pull it. It also requires 1000 coins to pull. Why? Well balloons cost something, don't they :P Lever types don't really matter as better levers just look prettier, but here they are anyway: Lever Types: Oak Lever 80 Construction to build Requires 5 Oak planks Teak Lever 85 Construction to build Requires 5 Teak planks Mahogany Lever 90 Construction to build Requires 5 Mahogany planks and 1 gold leaf Other items The rug and decorative items are pretty much the same items and construction levels required as in other rooms.
  15. Ok great, now the party room is officially useless for small parties... once you put in 10m+ and pull the lever now every noob and beggar from throughout RuneScape that was near a banker will appear in a matter of seconds.

I'm 17. I've been playing since June 2002 I think. I'm never going to do the emo thing and say I'm "Quitting forever" lol (at least never again). If I decide I don't want to play anymore, I'll calmly walk over to the GE, sell all my stuff, stuff my bank with rares, and logout. Then after browsing the updates months later, if anything looks interesting I'll consider playing for a while again.
  17. I really hope they're done with all of these ground breaking updates. While they are pretty exciting, there is a certain level of uncertainty about them that just puts me on edge. I'll be perfectly happy if they just release a quest, the Christmas event, and whatever other small updates they do come December.
  18. Lol, an entire agility level from RCing. I'm about 4k away from 71 mining, too.
  19. Awesome level, especially since you only did ess and gold. 12/10. GL with 99 RC :) (unless you decided to do something else)
  20. Congrats on that. Fletching was my third though :P
  21. Bought another 200k pure essence from the exchange for 80 ea and another 1k super energy about 1500 ea. I'm prepared to hold out for a while; I'm not selling another nat until the price goes back up. It lowered again today by 3 gp even though people were only selling for the middle price yesterday, IMO there was NO reason for it to be lowered again. I'm hoping the prices will go back up as soon as yew longs drop in price, and they will, because currently yew logs + bow string = a profit bigger than ever for fletchers. That won't last long.
  22. It makes some things easier to sell IF you are lucky enough to hit the items that are not deadlocked. Most items are. What the heck are you talking about? I got rid of most of the "hard to sell" items in my bank very easily. The only one I can't get rid of is the left half. Some of the items took a long time, but they did eventually sell. And I didn't have to lift a finger to do it... Edit: Nevermind... I just sold the left half for 631k :-s I thought they were worth a LOT less than that.
