The game has gotten large enough to where it would take months to redo everything. And for the time being, I'm fine with RS the way that it is. Sad to see you go... And to all you people saying WoW < RuneScape, you obviously haven't played WoW. WoW exceeds RuneScape in every way... The only reason I still play RuneScape is because I have done so much in RS already, and I'd rather not spend $15 a month on a game.

The absolute fastest is probably rune ore, but I would buy a load of chaos/death runes and sell them to the shop.

For the plate wear a rune plate (g). Why? Because that's the coolest thing since gas masks!

I would do Al-kharid.

I would train on the elementals in the dungeon type thing you did elemental shield in. You can also do slayer. At any level slayer monsters have way better drops than other monsters their level.

I would never fish for money... I just want to know a level where you catch lobsters at a decent rate, maybe where a load takes 1-2 minutes or so.

At what level would it be wise to switch over from fly fishing at shilo village to lobsters at the fishing guild?
