July 12, 200619 yr WE all know that the abyss is the fastest way to get to any alter, but it is the most dangerous.. There is a Fairy Ring lovated north west of the shilo gem mine. the code for that is C K R. That puts you VERY close to the nature alter! It is somewhat of a longer walk, but way faster then the general store, or gnome glider. So I ask you. Would you Spent a tiny bit of time to keep your pouches and glory? July 12, 200619 yr I would still rather do the Abyss way, if some1 is about to kill you drop the pouches and you'll be able to pick them up again after youre killed in edge. honestly dont care about loosing my glory. Pouches is the annoying thing to get back... But its a good idea you got there, people could go through fairy rings this way: Edge bank-> fairy ring with edge bridge -> Zanaris -> C K R -> Nature Alter -> Rub and Tele to Edge.

One thing is agreed anyway - the genral store method is absolute now (for anyone who did the quest). that was my originoal (sp?) idea. im not really used to typing alot lol so i forgot ti include it. useing edge to bank is faster then useing zanaris bank. and when you have no rick at all, no monsters to avoid, no equpitment to bring (other then staff, thats weilded), you cant refuse this! its nearly as fast as abyss and no rick!! although i wish they put a teleport ring on the north part od soulless place in the pass... so we could drath craft.. arg.. On-Topic: I hate the Abyss! I only hate it because I'm the target level for the Abyss Pker's upper 80's, lower 90's. If I could do that quest, I would be doing that method to get my 20k Pure Essence made into Nature runes. But alas, only level 50 Herblore :cry:

WHat quest do you need to do to appear in edge when you die -no longer playing runescape, I have moved on to play world of warcraft. But I love the community of the forums so I plan to stay here.

July 12, 200619 yr Anyone here have a avg time on abys rc'ing on nature runes? i've been timing the egde/fairy ring/nature/egde method for some time now, seems pretty steady at 2ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâý mins per trip, which means that rc lvl 50+ can make 1k nats an hour using this method as well... If someone could find the avg time on abys runs to nature altar we'd be able to compare them better :)

There's a lot of dependency on where you spawn, and with what ease you clear the obstacles. Also, it can get to about 1:45 if you are walking the entire way.

July 12, 200619 yr I'm 30 herblore levels short :P , but I'd use the abyss anyway because it's faster, and NO ONE has ever succeeded in killing me 8-) . Worlds with 500 players ftw. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

July 12, 200619 yr Basically the only problem with this if you going from ring-alter-ring is the forest near the ring makes it a little bit slower. Thats why I reserve running for that little spot. Hopefully jagex changes the ring because its like on half high and half low ground. Current Goal: Fire Cape, 0-6 at the caves 0-3 agianst the Jad, Lag done me in.
