I think he wants to buy the items and nats then alch them and still want to make a profit... If there was such an item like that I think everyone would be doing it. That's why i alch everyday... because there are enough items of this sort.

I mined around 10k iron ore at Varrock East mining place. It's up to 600 iron ore per hour if you bank which means more than 20k exp per hour.

Don't invest in it! Gold bar recently dropped and I don't think it will skyrocket, same goes with gold ore. Gold ore doesn't have a stable price and has it's up and downs. Sure, you can invest in gold ore for a short time but I don't see a big price change as you mentioned.

Cheese sells for 77 at GE and you buy them for only a few gp (don't know exact amount) in store. That's profit.

Yeah, you can get up to 3 charges for run energy replenish. Also, you will get free 30 low alchs, unlimited cabbage-ports and additional runes whenever you craft elemental types. The ring recovers each day as already said. It's not useless. ;) And don't forget the exp lamps you get each time you complete a whole difficulity of tasks.

Gold ore with air crafting and falador tele is around 100k per hour tbh. You can get around 600 iron ores per hour - good exp and okay money.

If you refer to FM to go for willows all the way then that is dumb. If you can make at least 40k+ gp per hour maples is the better method. Willows only to 99 is a pain in the [wagon].

but if you buy the junk you arent really gaining anything are you? I didn't say to buy junk. I said it's dumb to really want them because it's just "junk". Invest the time in something useful instead. The only way to get junk is to do junk trades (e.g. sell phat and get a big amount of junk) or over a long period of time but as I said: To focus on getting junk and spending time on it is just pointless.

Erm, no, it's random... You only can get more randoms than usual if you do the same thing for a long time. The chances for a specific random is the same whatever you do. E.g. you can get a random in SoS when you bury a bone every 15 minutes. But it's random which one you get!

Superheat the highest ore you can (mithril or addy if you can). And for alching: Green dhide bodys, adamant plates, rune items or sapphire necklaces if you want to raise your crafting, too.

Alching or superheating are the only efficient ways to raise your magic in F2P.

90k+ is nothing, you get this in less than 2 hours if you are F2P and have all stats at 1, even less time if you are members or have some decent stats. Why kill a monster to get like 150 natures in one hour if you can easily do other ways to buy more nats?
