Well I think it's kind of mean for you to go hunt down people that used a common name for their clan. Seriously though it is their freedom to choose anynames they want to call themselves. Just because You had the name first doesn't mean someone else can't use it. In addition, having the same name isn't really a big deal, the two clans don't interact with each other anyway. But that's just my opinion.
