I don't have an answer for your question, but I think you probably ought to know the tracer program suggested by the guy above (NeoTrace) , works by using ARIN Netblock whois information and DNS LOC records, both of which most larger networks don't bother updating very often, so when addresses are redistributed your left looking a few hundred miles out ;\.

The amount of Jews returning to Russia in recent years has come under scrutiny in the past few months. Children learn 10x more in their first 10 years of life than in the rest of it put together, they will become the adult they were raised like as a child. Telling kids not to do it doesn't work. You're just working in a perfect situation, but in your way there would be no racism already. Telling someone it hurts others feelings is no where near as effective as showing them how badly it hurts. If you accept that children are '10x' as impressionable, surely they are also much easier to hurt mentally as well, why should we subject them to such a slapdash experiment by this woman, who by the way now exploits money from copycats at seminars and workshops. What about their unbased assumption that the children benefited from this in any way other than being degraded? that's not unbased. You can see them talking in the video, you idiot. It positively effected them throughout their whole lives many years later. positively effected them, how could it possibly effect them in any definable way? There is no way to judge what this would of done to them, there are millions of people who go through life without worry about if someone has brown eyes or blue :roll: . The fact that it was a successful experiment could easily have been drilled into their head by their profiteering teacher.
