All your work is spun off from Lp and random... your style is like a copier thats almost out of ink... you can see what is sopposed to be happening but it doesn't look as good as it could... You need to work on nose's and mouths... people do have lips and definition in thier face...

1.) Is there anyone at all left in this forum that wants to do pixel work for free? No, I never work for free anymore... I use other forums... I post here just because its habit... I almost never C\C things anymore because 99% of the time I could go on for half an hour going over stupid things like default colors... I try and get C\C myself and instead get a ton of "wow looks good" Bs... that isn't C\C... thats a waste of time and a person thinking +1 post count please 2.) If you answered Yes to the first question, then please answer this too. What motivates you to make a pixel work for free, even though there are other forums that you can go and sell your talent? As said above I don't give sig for free; my reason being that I spend at least an hour on the smallest of avatars... Over 6-12 hours on a signiture... I am not going to waste that massive amount of time for no reward... 3.) If you are able to make other types of signature, like abstract, or vector, etc... Why don't you make some for people for free every now and then? I have PS but I dislike that kind of signiture (even though I use one, it was just because [i think it was lp or random] Did such a killer job and i liked the artwork) 4.) Is there anyone in here interested in bringing back the Tip.it community Pixel signature collabs? For what point and purpose?? So I can spend hours squinting at a moniter to create a sig that A. I won't use or B. Won't gain anything from... 5.) This is for everyone, and I hope I get some answers... How do you feel about the general atmosphere of the Gallery and the Art Bazaar? Terrible really, Nothing much worth coming here for... There are a few of the old mates here but they are above C\C'ing and then there are a few of the nubiles who need so much C\C its not even funny... 6.) Again this is for everyone. How do you feel about the quality of work being posted at the forum? As said above, when we used to have alot of good pixel'ers then it was easy to get great C\C on a person's work... Now its pretty dam hard to even get posts... We had about 60%-40% ratio of people who knew how to pixel... you wanna see some good work... jump to some of the pages after 190... now that is decent C\C and pixeling

New avatar... this time I did sample New avatar... decided to sample this one... all C\C is welcome :D Don't rip plox... i didn't sample it but i don't think anyone will be stupid enough to rip my work again... Anyway, i worked on some of the C\C's added border (not finished) and a Bg... (also not finished) give me some feedback guys... or hell gimme money instead i needs ya money :shock: I left my color palete (cept for blue) In there in case anyone wanted to look at it... Also the mage is so tall cause the other guy is bending over...

I am thinking that third age armor might be really terrible but rare... The people who have it aren't showing or posting stats so that people still want the items... and the people they are selling it to won't say anything because they don't want it to drop out from under them either... That or its so good people can't stop playing when they have it....

I was about to say it looks alot like many of the 2d games i used to play... ah those were the days... of course their coloring didn't burn my eyeballs out... aka --> :XD: Work on the coloring and the perpective a bit, not all building and such are flat on the ground

The KB doesn't tell what the requirements are, that's why I'm trying to make this guide to help people like myself out. its pretty obvious what the reqs are for the items... 10 st 30 nd 40 rd 3rd age items req 65 def i have heard all that and not even looked around much... its not too hard to look on the other thread and see that other people have posted the same imformation...

First off, linework isn't mine... All the thanks goes to Faelenof and her :cough silly me thought she was a guy: generosity for lettting me use his awsome colored lines! This is just shadeing pratice for me... Tree was done mostly (horribly) with a spray can because i was too impatient to waste my time dithering all day... Just give Crits on shadeing... face and hands are ok in my opinion but my clothing still needs alot of work... its terrible atm.. Fire also is terrible... Blah, I am so outa shape in pixeling... All comments are welcome

Ok , somehow a bit ago a trojan or some virus got onto my computer and killed windows paint... I can't find anyway to get paint back on my computer and I am really getting mad because it is holding me back from working on my shadeing! GAH, zomg waffles and the pancake god!! Anyway, any insite would be helpfull... I have Photoshop Cs but I hate the paint dump tool... it goes outside the regulated lines ect ect ect... I really hate it... Anyone know of a place i can redownload paint?? As of right now I don't have my windows install thingy Cd...

Mmk... Sand- you need to work on making it look more like sand... yours just looks like yellow with some back dots thrown in there Shells - nice touch but the white shells look a bit plain... No crabs?? Ocean- you need to have more ripples+wave effects on the shore.. the water isn't just stagnent... it is moving and flowing across the sand.. Feet- you need to work on the placement of the feet... the far one is fine but the one that sticks straight out looks a bit off... where did his ankle go? Leg- the far leg needs a bit of a touch up looks a bit too thin... Whats he lying against? a pile of dung...if not why is a it grey... Border- good least you added that in there! Farther out the white dots get closer together- is this sopposed to show that ocean getting deeper? or perhaps the sun relecting off the ocean... It needs a but of clearing uo... Overall not terrible... you need to work on the sand... and the short waves... also your shadeing doesn't have ANY dithering in it... you need dithering... need it bad... :D

since when is anime sopposed to be "sheek and smooth"??? I read a bit of manga\anime and almost all of my books (jing king of badits) Isn't smooth... in fact at times its down right jaring... as for another comment on it looking fat... thats called muscle... :roll:

Ok, fine you brought me to it... Head, looks too big for body Eyes- Red dots plox?? needs puples (however you spell the freaking things) Neck looks good needs a bit of shadeing to make it look more round... Hair looks decent but the lines at the top of the head blend in too much with the general hair color- love how you did it around the back of head though... Mouth- decent but nothing spectacular.. the accent under the lip thingy is good... Nose is pretty good I would remind you that around the eyes it darkens too as the nose forms up with the eyes... so instead of the light bit right near the eyes you need to darken all the way up The armor is pretty nice, your shadeing great i love that style its really nice... few things to note though... Your armor goes down pretty far but never hits a defined waist... does he have an amazingly long torso? I would lower the chest next time you do armor... It looks like he is holding his breath... Gloves are nice but I would avoid shadeing down... shade towards the middle.. Under arms on the armor need to fit in with the arms... you can't just pop green under there.. in real armor that wouldn't work... Your armor anatomy wise is quite off on the arms... you really need ot work on makeing the arms look as if they are strong... His right arm (our left) also needs to be bent a different way as right now it looks as if it is just one long peice of metal and then the glove and never really bends... akward.. Weapon needs some spiceing up pl0x? looks pretty boring... Bg is really nice, love the grass! I would lsoe the blood or add a pile kill pile somewhere back there... I would also drp the green\pink sky... lose that and drop in a real bg... maybe some nice large trees fadeing into smaller more deasied (sp) trees father back showing the wildy as a dieing land... Ok, there thats my C\C now don't complain about me not posting some :wink:

Because I really wanna share the artworks I do and get suggestions on how to become better. Besides I've seen many pictures on this forum that took few seconds. well you shouldn't there is a sticky about posting your first work/bad work up there at the top of the page... it clearly states that if A. you don't think it looks good or B. its your first attempt Think about it before you post... maybe think "hey if i post this is there any specific needs in my work that i need to be aware of" because basically what you have shown us so far is that you can' draw a straight line and like gaudy colors... Most people post here to get some C\C for their next work... or post wip's so that they can implement the C\C into the work they are doing at that point in time... The work you posted needs so much help its quite obvious that you didn't even think when you were drawing... Your newer ones i expect to be much improved but that doesn't excuse you for wasteing peoples time with posting (don't mean to be mean just telling the truth as i see it) terrible colors on white bg... Anyway, as you seem insistant to say that you can do better and make a nice piece of work then go do it! Don't say you can, proove it
