SD. My old laptop used to run HD fine, but my new one has serious issues. I couldn't even load it with windows 7 for a time.. And now even on the lowest settings of HD a black screen appears for a good 5 seconds whenever I move between map-zones ingame. I also think that HD looks crap.

There was concept art for an updated Fishing Guild that got released to fan sites ages ago. So... Maybe.

Why on earth are people going on about wihte and black meaning Saradomin & Zamorak? They're represented by blue and red in game. I think it's fairly obvious by the talk of 4 factions (4 groups of knights) and the words, Black, White, Void and Temple that it's going to be a knight quest. (^ beat me by two minutes!) Also I think the Panama Palindrome is there along with the actual letter to suggest that something is happening with it, but maybe they still haven't got past the planning stage?

I love the fact that people feel that we need to know that their pictures were taken by their girlfriends..

Canal: The pieces are black and white; like good mysteries they come in fours. But the game is void; there are no Grandmaster here. A temple may sit between the pieces Black Knights. White Knights Void Knights Temple Knights. Simple really, some sort of update that imvolves them all (most likely a quest) that isn't a grandmaster one.

Age 5-6.. Not too small at all. :grin:

Read near the dead knight, its says "Only the pious" Pious = Piety Clues point out he is obviously a white knight I know that, but WHY? How on earth does putting on a prayer help you avoid some smoke.. It doesn't make sense. None of this quest did. It's like we've been flung in at the deep end and there's kids pissing all around you.

I'm unsure why Jagex created a Boss this hard.. Yes it presents a challenge. But it also takes up alot of money and resources. I don't really want to be shelling out 100k a pop for a chance to beat a boss. The quest up till now.. Well.. What exactly was the point of the water puzzles?I'd love to know how some water managed to shut off those generator things.. Where are those spectral ghosts from, why are they there, how could those elemental things power up a forcefield. Why on EARTH does praying piety protect you from choking smoke when a facemask doesn't? This entire quest is ludicrous. Jagex really must have been smoking something when they thought "hey I know, let's take that minigame that everyone hates and has helped to ruin combat training and make a grandmaster quest out of it.." I''d also like the appalling 20 minutes that I had to spend playing Soul Wars back please. 2010 has started with a fizzle. (imo)

And here was me thinking that Jagex were going to start the year off with a really good update... Or finish of some of the quest storylines they've already started.. <_< Patience is wearing thin.

It's in the gnome language of Runescape, it mentions something about the Grand Tree, Glough and Aprosandra. No to the third dragon, you're misinterpreting the writing.

Perhaps they should spend their time checking equipment and making sure everything works rather than sitting about on their [wagon] waiting for something to start burning. But what happens if you trip? :P

I haven't even posted in this thread until now? I personally don't see Zaros returning in a physical form (or if he does i'm sure it won't be for very long). The Runescape gods just tend to mess things up when they're around. Best be rid of them I say.

Then you obviously have no idea what kind of jobs there are in the world and how there are many laid back bosses. If you're doing what your job specification requires, then that's all there is to it. What you do while doing that job (If reasonable) generally is okay. Laid back to me does not mean letting your employees waste time playing an online game for 9 hours a day. I'd get disciplined at work for even logging onto facebook, which I think is fair. Honestly if you have time to play a game when you're at work then you should look at getting a more challenging and perhaps a better paying job.

I'm pretty sure you''d get fired for playing Runescape at work, unless you worked in China maybe..

For you maybe, I haven't really noticed a difference this year, in fact some of the updates have been pretty awesome!

You can't let them go three weeks without an update, especially over the holiday period? And don't start with that "they should have had something prepared for this week" bs. I'm quite sure Jagex would not want an update finished before Christmas, and then just leave it untouched for two weeks whilst they went and had a merry time. Just keep on moaning and hating at Jagex since that's all it seems you've done this year.

Perhaps people should change their mentality of "i pay so you must update the game".

People have come to the (wrong) conclusion that you when pay for membership and use of P2P, it entitles you to updates every single week..

Regardless of real life circumstances I think there are better things you could be doing than staring at a computer screen for 9 hours a day.
