I managed 199 with an SS. I was typing in chat the time though so I didn't get a screenshot. Tbh I don't think weapon power means anything here, you get boosted so much by the "gravy boat of saradomin" that even a carrot can inflict maj0r damages.

Jagex don't want tasks involving monsters due to the overcrowding issue that comes with them as shown in the Ardougne Diary, Jagex only put in monsters to kill that are generated by the player, Tower of Life and Jade Vine. And Mithril Dragons have already been done in the an Achievement Diary. Having 100m gp doesn't count as "elite", it just means you're fairly rich. Free mystic staff making would mean people could buy battlestaves for 9000gp and then alch them for 25k... Yeh cause that wouldn't mess up the economy even more.

Never try to kill a wizard when you're level 3. That upset me as a noob on rsc... Haha! I'm currently combat 72, veteran on it. Hardly any items though, some nice person gave me a rune plate and 60k cash. :) Meili, would you suggest a Dragon B'axe or a Longsword, and also Runechain & Klanks / Runeplate?

There isn't a point. It's a "challenge" that people set themselves, to accomplish high "skills" without using combat. They then complain when Jagex make updates that they can't participate in, see Agility Armour and new 1000+ worlds. A skiller is someone who trains all skills, since combat is a skill in itself. They should really call themselves "people who chose to pay for the game (in the case of p2p 'skillers') and then ignore a massive portion of it".

I've got 23.8k xp an hour since I started in 2001. Je suis un tortoise.

On another note, does anyone actually have an accurate RSC Map. All the ones I can find have southern karamja cut off, and the desert is missing as well.. I do not walk. I have people who carry me. :P

And runecrafting is still a slow skill to level so getting 99 won't be any easier. You'll just get more runes on the way!

I think if RC had originally been designed like this would be cool about it. It's just that it's been out for so long that people can't accept change. Yes it does kinda screw people over who grinded up to 91RC. But at that level you are still guaranteed 2x natures where as someone with 90 won't get 100% 2x.. So it's not all bad.. Rune prices are going to slightly plummet I feel.. Balls. And just when pure essence is actually dropping for once. And it does make sense inline with most other skills.

I'm now 100% sure it will a Lou Reed update.

Does Greenmans ale appear in RSC? I can't remember if it does or not, and i'm not wasting 2 out of the 7 law runes I have to go to Yanille to find out :P

Lvl combat then. Jagex shouldn't have to cater to the whims of people who stunt themselves on purpose. It's like agility armour having a HP requirement. Get over it.

I was just killing some chaos druids in the Ardougne Tower (I need 5 more herblaw levels for Legends Quest) and a very nice lvl 70 in rune started talking to me, comes back 10 mins later with a rune plate and 60k cash for me... I love old classic players. THANKYOU :D Oh and free trade helps a bit too..
