I found the picture: http://www.zeldainformer.com/images/articles/ZeldaLinksAwakening1.png . So I'd say that Donkeykong23 is correct.

What level did you get? :S Edit: Oh wow, max total, not max combat. Very nice!!! o_o But what level did you get? :D If you look you can see it was prayer, as the skill icon was in the middle of flashing. The same applies for ranged, crafting, slayer, herblore, farming and maybe more, look closer for yourself before telling others to do it. -
Depends on how you define major. Wikipedia lists 55 earthquakes in Taiwan of >6.0 magnitude between 1900 and 2006. And earthquake documentation is improving - 100 years ago, a 6.4 in the middle of Taiwan might not have been noted down. It was part of the mysterious Japanese empire, 12 people were injured, and there was no obvious fault line (I don't think). But today, I'm sure there's some computer or something that documented it. A seismograph. I don't know. And 1.3 ms or whatever is huge, guys. It takes me like 60 ms to load a website. At least I think that ms is referring to microseconds. It's 1.3 micro (µ), not milli (m) seconds. Press 'alt gr' + 'm' to type µ.

Are you making a new medieval game or not? If yes I thought that this map would be good since it doesn't have any very large areas, yet all the areas in it actually has names, of which many probably are known by the tip.iters. But maybe you want to use a map with the borders like they were back then in which case this one is worthless.

I wrote this at the RSOF, I think it came out OK: Some say that this isn't unfair because everyone gets the same advantage, but that just isn't true. You could compare this to if in real life for a week you would earn twice as much, and everything would cost half the usual price. Everyone can work for that week if they don't have other things to do, so it isn't very unfair (this compares to non-buyable skills and people who can't play for whatever reason). But not everyone would have the money to buy things they would like for half the price, such as a new house or a car, and those that had bought these things before just got ripped off (compares to buyable skills, or skills where you have to collect non-tradeable items beforehand, especially summoning and herblore).

Pakistan uses the budget that was previously used for anti-missle defence to work on exosuits and railguns. It also invades Afganistan with some 350,000 troops, I posted it to arch some time ago.
-
Following Turkey's bombings of Japan Pakistan will start working on an anti-missile defense to minimize casualties and damage in case of an attack and also stop all trading with Turkey until further notice. Pakistan will spend 50% of their spending budget on the missile defense, 25% on improving the navy, 10% on building tanks, 10% on the air force and 5% on genetics. And some questions: How do I know when my projects are finished? And if I wanted to invade some place should I PM the plans to archimage_a first?

Ok, I will join FETA then since I think our economy has grown enough to stand a chance on the international market.
-
Pakistan has been pretty isolated since 2010 and would like to know more about FETA before considering joining. (like which countries are members and what FETA's goals are)
-
I'll take Pakistan. A few persons, many of which are related to each other or of important religious figures have the power of the country, however democratic elections are held and what is decided by those elected is usually implemented unless it's about the military or goes against the values of those in power. The change in power supposedly happened around ten years ago during a revolution. Practicing Islam is encouraged but 'historical minorities' are allowed to practice their religions. The form of Islam is mild, and if there are any practical reasons for not following it then it is encouraged not to. 8 months of military training is mandatory for males when the reach the age of 18 unless they have physical or mental problems or if it's against their religion. Females receive 4 months of training unless they shows signs of great ability or wants to gain more training in which case they gets a total of 8 months of practice. If a woman is pregnant and the baby is shown to have serious diseases she is encouraged to have an abortion. They generally agree to that since a large part of the population is still poor, though the situation had been improved since the revolution. Currently Pakistan is researching a lot in genetics with the short-term goal of improving agriculture and the long-term goal of eventually being able to improve humans, both physically and their intelligence. Pakistan is also currently improving its navy. And I want to be dark green on the map (darker than Scandinavia that is).

For RS you seem to base whether or not someone has "completed" the game on if they have maxed out their levels, what would it take to "complete" WoW?
-
Could be the Gnome Battlefield one though couldn't it? (that has one right ) Probably cw.

They have changed it to: "Graphical You can no longer use the horn-playing emote for the Penance horns while you're a monkey. "

Which assignments do you think are the best to remove if you are using Kuradal? Currently I am blocking steel and iron dragons, aberrant spectres and warped terrorbirds, but I doubt these are the best tasks to block, especially since Kuradal doesn't even assign warped terrorbirds. I blocked steel and iron dragons a long time ago when I had big trouble killing them, but I suppose it would be easier now that I have leveled up and have extreme pots and can use a zs and the ferocious ring whenever I get it as a drop, and I heard that aberrant spectres can earn you some money and be quite fast now that they are cannonable. Well, what do/would you block?

How is it extra effort to not collect? :wall: Because you have to continually travel there to top up the coffers AND approval. Which means at the very least you're using like 5 - 10 mins a week to do so, but not gaining anything from it at that point in time. Plus you have to find like 525k every week to put in. Where as collecting each week you can easily sell and get like 1mil or so and have right there the 525k to re-invest But that's no problem if you have a few million GP in your bank, which I'm sure many has. And it seems more of a hasle to sell you stuff at GE every week.

Why would they want lots of people to play the update when it's just out? It seems like it would be a better idea to do it when few are playing so that eventual bugs would cause less harm. -
Ok, sorry, I thougth you said higher, Thanks for the help.

I have 88 att and str, do you think it would be better to use my whip+defender than zs or ss then? (I guess so since you said 95+) When slaying waterfiends it's definitely better to use ss than whip, but I supose that's because their slash defence is much higher than their crush defence while the difference is lower for the Living Rock Creatures?
-
What is the weakness of Living Rock Creatures? Kuradal says it's crush, but some guy told me it's slash, can anyone confirm either?
-
Actually it's a vacuum cleaner. Hoover is a brand name that just happend to become synonymous with vacuum cleaners :P Hoover was the surname of the guy who invented them. It wasn't just coincidence that name became synonymous with them. I can just imagine someone training Slayer using recoils to do their tasks... Lmao! And you can train Slayer at SW with no use of combat. ;). But both those ways are still combat oriented. I would guess that the best and most common way to get slayer xp that isn't combat oriented would be hunting penguins, from which I have received a large amount of my slay xp.

30 less stab. zammy spear has 85 stab and dspear has 65. That would be 20. staff = +55 Dspear = +65 zspear = +85 Well, he said 65, I didn't bother to check it.
