  1. World of Warcraft is the most pathetic game ever...
  2. Leesters, could you please sign me up for the 110+ bracket (soma2035), and my brother for the 91-100 bracket (muddybob)? He posted on like page 20 something once I think. I'm 118 combat, he's 100 combat.
  3. Better solution: Get 50 people who've finished monkey madness. Grab a monkey, stick it in your bank, repeat until you have 28 monkeys. Monkey bomb any popular place :)
  4. I dont get it can u explain? "A scroll that says she's a healer, that's fair enough". Read it that way and you'll understand ;)
  5. Monsters spawn when doors are opened. After a certain period of time, they disappear, to allow new monsters to spawn. There's a limit on the amount of monsters that can spawn in each room. The monster disappears if it's been in the room too long. Just kill the monsters that spawn when you open the door, or spiders, and it won't be a problem.
  6. You might have missed our posts. Can you sign me up (RSN soma2035) and my brother (RSN muddybob) up? I'm level 118, my brother is 100.
  7. I've seen several but it was mostly before I could take pictures. Either that or I was too busy running... I've seen Choppermad at the ectofunctus a few times when getting 60 prayer. Saw Durial321 on 6/6/06 in fally. (I hopped worlds to see it.) Seen Trojann2 :) He's famous. Then again a lot of people saw him as it was at a TET trawler event... heheh I almost got pked by a 126. My friend told me later it was Lilyuffie... not sure whether it really was or not, I was more focused on getting away than on finding her name.
  8. Teleport to edgeville from the Nature Altar. Bank... grab essence... fill pouches. Amulet of Glory(1). Good. Still got charges. Walk to Abyss. Teleport in. Squeeze through gap. Enter Nature Rift. Craft Nature Runes. Deequip glory. Rub glory amulet. Remember the pouches... empty pouches and craft nature runes. Rub glory amulet again... accidentally teleport to Karamja. Bang head on desk. Walk all the way to Shillo. Remembers Tzhaar, bangs head on desk harder.
  9. I picked up 74k magic xp in 2 minutes... and I was doing 200k+ an hour. Just recruit an army of people to high alch in the Mage Training Arena. Sell them nature runes for 20 gp each, so they can keep alching. They get alching xp and any extra gp. You deposit the gp for 2 xp per gp. Those 2 minutes were lucky.. five of them were saving up gp to trade all at once and i got 37k gp at once to deposit.
  10. Actually, this breaks the "account trading" rule. As Jagex said, you cannot let anyone onto your account except yourself. Meaning, even if you're not real life trading because it's a gift, giving away accounts is against RS rules as well. There is no "loophole". Yes you can get around the no real life trading rule, but only to face the no account sharing / trading rule.
  11. And there's no real way of knowing the real drop rate, so making an estimate is meaningless. There's no way of actually knowing the drop rate unless you hacked into the game. And use ROW for any semi-rare drop UNLESS it's nontradeable. I had a confirmation message from Jagex that rare items include TRADEABLE items like gemstones, coins, herbs, dragon armor, rare drops and such. Things like monster heads and clue scrolls are unaffected. And regarding the safespot, just stand 3-4 squares away from the dragon so it will not melee you. Use an antifire potion with antifire shield so his range fireballs do nothing, and just mage away.
  12. Your prize depends on the amount of players killed... it's either based on hitpoints or level. Against one person I doubt you would get over 200 tokkul a game.
  13. Wrong. Demon butler carries 26.
  14. My brother was whining you didn't sign him up... but his computer isn't working so he told me to remind you to put him on  And sign me up to I'm 118 :)
  15. My brother called me shamu2035
  16. If you're getting 40 defence, then you're account is already weaker at pking. 40 defence rangers do best in the dueling arena, and you don't need prayer at the duel arena. If you want to pk, you might consider 52 prayer at higher levels. But stay 1 defence, or else you'll forever lag behind the other pures your level. And there's no real reason for a pure except PvP. Pures are disadvantaged in EVERYTHING except PvP. If you don't plan to pk at all, just train range on your main instead.
  17. No guide needed. Step back 5 steps and mage them, with dragonfire shield + antifire potion. They won't hurt you. Just use firebolt with chaos gauntlets.
  18. Damis - Protect melee the whole time, keep using prayer pots. Alternatively, snare and run... but this doesn't work too well because you'll still take hits from the skeletons. Fareed - Protect melee and just manually cast your spells, or use your gloves. He's easy. Kamil - Protect melee, stand up close, and MANUALLY cast your spells out of the spellbook. Otherwise it's a pain to attack him because of the ice spells... I don't know why but they interfere with auto-cast. Dessous - Stand behind the fence and fireblast... or up close with protect melee. I got him on my pure with level 13 prayer using waterwave and alone with 1 defence so he shouldn't be a problem.
  19. If you were on the forums, you don't deserve a ban. But if you go to the toilet, then you are "AFK" which is against the rules, and yes you deserve a ban. Whether you are mad about it or not is irrelevant. You broke an RS rule. You deserve to be banned.
  20. Then you've evidently never trained slayer. Slayer is about 10 times as boring as powerleveling with oaks.
  21. Ever hear how your first impression of things is normally the right one? Your friend sounds like a scumbag, as are most scammers. I do agree its greed but that doesn't change the fact. Oh and those your friends with often reflect who you are. You can think whatever you want... but I still think Darwin's theory holds true. And if you are foolish enough to follow a complete stranger, with a valuable item, into an area with a warning sign that tells you not to bring anything you don't want to lose... and then on top of that, you take other items he offers you... Either you're ignorant of the fact that items are protected by store value, which most people know since level 20-40, or you're a total moron. Either way, whoever hit you, for whatever motive, just did this game a favor.
  22. Same for me except it was doing it on my level 47 :)
  23. My friend hit over 80 people with this... I felt uncomfortable with it at first, but the more I thought about it... People who fall for this scam are either ignorant of the way the game works, or 9 parts greed, 1 part brain. Of the 86 people he hit in ONE MONTH, at least a score of them were people like you, who figured... "Oh... he'll leave me at 1 hitpoint. I'll eat and grab them!" I honestly think that this is really the fault of the ignorant/foolish people who get scammed. I'd have a hard time convincing myself to do it... as I tend to follow rules, but I can see how my friend justifies doing it, and I don't really blame him as IMO he's making the Runescape world a better place.
  24. I would come but I don't want to risk losing my Guthans... meaning I can't bring Karils bow or Crystal bow, as those protect over helm. Would using a mage bow be okay?
