At the start of RSC the cap for a single inventory slot was a mere 65535 gp. I've never understood the reason for that either. :? 2^16-1=65,535 \ RSC was very early, one of the best though, Java based games at it's time. So it couldn't hold more than that :ohnoes: 65535 is 2^16 minus 1. This number is significant because it is the greatest value that can be represented within 16 digits of binary. 1111111111111111 in binary = 65535.

No. You probably heard this rumour because of Dagganoth Kings or Barrows. In both those situations, the reason it hits just as steady is because all the melee brothers and karil, and Dagganoth Rex all have hugely negative magic defence bonuses so magic attack bonuses does not matter. Slayer dart does 10 + the tens digit of your magic level, making it potentially very powerful at a low price. That is why it is used so often.

lol no merchant is honorable in my view. +1. In my opinion, if you want money, EARN the money. Buying things just to resell for more money and rip off two people at once isn't what I call honorable.

50 KQs with no loot. Finally my most loyal clan member/ good friend go for a trip. Dragon Chain. And that also happens to be the day where he decides I'm worth less than half a dragon chain. : It might have been a good thing though. If there was ever a chance of me turning to scamming, that little trip took care of it.

Here's a suggestion for players who have finished RFD. Use the monkey course. Take ONLY monkey talisman, ape atoll tele runes (and banana), and food. After teleporting, grab a banana from the tree, and use the course til you're out of food. Make sure the only items you have left are the talisman and banana, and use the course until you die. You respawn in falador/lumbridge, grab new runes and food and teleport back with the banana you picked up. :)

Jagex only changed it cause they decided they didn't want mage to be so easy to level, just like they changed crumble undead and charge. People who used crumble undead and charge weren't considered bug abusers either. They just used a trick to train quickly that Jagex didn't like and they changed it so you can't get the XP as quick.

I would think not, saying I think of myself as rather wealthy(Green p hat+dragon+barrows) Yet I pick up nats and herbs. Limps if I have room. I'm doing relatively okay but I'd still pick up natures all the time. Limpwurts too. By "okay" I mean I'm not quite rich yet... but I can buy basically anything I'd want/need. And it's wierd. I see players with less than 1/400th of what I have leaving stuff that I'd take. Especially nature and water runes from blue dragons, people leave those all the time.

At one point there was a faster method. Unfortunately after I got 82 magic using it, Jagex figured it out and changed it. :( It used to be, you find 30+ people who want free high alch xp. You bring them to the mage training arena and they alch for the 30 gp item. Then you replace their natures for 20 of the coins. They keep the extra 10 gp and they get their nature back and you deposit the 20 gp for 40 xp. With enough people you could get over 300k magic XP per hour. Unfortunately after I got 82 magic Jagex saw my forum thread, and the next day they changed it so you can't trade inside.

I'm almost 100% sure karils coif isn't the best mage defence. Bearhead, robin hood hat, and archers helm... one of those probably have higher.

That isn't a bug. A "bug" is an error in the programming. Like, for example adamant plates accidentally turn blue because Jagex typed in the wrong picture code, so you start selling them as rune plates while they're really addy, or a POH expels you while you're still in PvP mode, and you go PKing in falador. Exploiting a loophole is TOTALLY different from exploiting a bug. If Jagex has concerns with it, they will fix it later. For example, killing my 250k magic xp per hour trick. :( They used to allow trades to take place inside the Mage Training arena, including the alchemy room. Also, deposits granted 2 XP per gold piece. However, you couldn't bring money in. So what I did was recruited 30 alchers. They would cast alchemy, and trade me 20 gp for a nat inside. I would deposit the gp for xp, and they would get a few gp left over, with no runes used, and free magic xp for alching. Is this exploiting the way the game is made? Yes. Is it a bug? No. Jagex's response was to change it so you cannot trade in there anymore. This changed the week after I got 82 magic. The point is, just because something is abusive doesn't mean it's a bug. In all honesty, I hate this as well. But it doesn't make it a bug. You can just turn accept aid off if someone starts doing it to you. That's probably why Jagex hasn't fixed it yet.

1.. how many player noob mods to change a light bulb? 4 1 to try and fix it but breaks it another one to buy another light bulb and 2 more to talk to the other one so they dont do something stupid :wall: That's possible. Our light had 3 lightbulbs. My brother was sent to change them. He changed one of the two good one. When dad came to check what was wrong, he broke the other good one... and the one my brother changed was still no good... It took all 3 of us to change the lightbulbs =\ and 4 lightbulbs to replace 1 broken one...
