  1. Renaming dragon dagger (s)... changing blessed dragonhide so ALL pieces, even vambraces and coif and chaps, require 40 defence... new emote clues, I hate spending 50k and 3 hours on a level 3 clue and getting a pair of black dragonhide chaps.
  2. What happened to your promise not to sell it? -.-
  3. Red Cavalier that the fancy dress store owner wears. P.S: Did I beat Lee to saying that this time? P.S.S (or is it P.P.S?): Whoa that's cool. (That's just for whoever told us to stop saying whoa that's cool. :))
  4. Going to craft death runes, forgetting to swap the uncharged glory amulet for a fully charged one, and getting stranded. Then after calling a friend to rescue me, 4 trips later, do EXACTLY the same thing. After the second rescue, accidentally open up spellbook and see the "home teleport" spell. Oh. I also need to either give up PKing with my clan entirely or start PKing more often. I've lost track of how many times I've reached level 50 wilderness before noticing I forgot my arrows...
  5. I don't know if anyone's mentioned it, but the adventurer killed by Burntmeat in the cutscene of My Arm's Big Adventure HAD full dragon.
  6. By "combat" gear I'm talking about black dragonhide, whip, and dagger. If they kill me I lose maybe 50k-100k of stuff if even that. And I generally stay in non multi, out of PK areas, so I rarely encounter more than 2 pkers at once. Last night I charged 4 level 110s, and they logged. Musta thought I was attacking. :/
  7. It's all oddfaery's fault. Let's all gang up and buy him at the next slave auction and make him do his emote 5,000,000 times. :)
  8. Then a clan of 20 level 126s comes and kills you and you lose your Ahrims and whatever else... and what are you doing on TIF at this time of day? A clan of level 126s can't kill PKers who are hunting the level 90s-100s at Abyss... And I'm at school, there's an assembly, so I'm in the library. This group is literally calling out everyone who hates abyss PKers (usually ranging from level 70 to 110) and bringing them to the abyss to protect RCers. If all these people aren't really out there to PK, but are actually out there just because they're idealistic, they're just going to be a nice drop party for real PKers. And the 126s won't be able to do a thing. Real PKers and RCers rarely die at the abyss, but people who don't know what they're doing are just going to be losing stuff.
  9. Errrr... apparently you've never seen me and Trojann argue whenever he tries to bring someone I don't know.
  10. Somehow this post seems kind of dumb. It's just my opinion... But basically, tons of idealistic people who don't necessarily know how to pk very well are going to hang around in ONE place, in ONE world. I'm not saying everyone who joined doesn't know how to PK, and I'm not really a good PKer myself, but I'm betting that at least a quarter of you aren't very good at it either. In other words, a small clan of PKers could just go there and take out all the weaker people and RCers alike because everyone is gathered. I don't know if this would really work. Yes, most abyss PKers are scared of a real fight. But this is going to attract PKers who are looking for weaker PKers to kill. I think the whole idea is dumb anyways. People go into the wilderness with a "Oh, if I bring nothing more than I have to bring they won't bother killing me, and even if they do I don't lose much." mentality. I'm no longer doing clue scrolls with 3 items now, I find going out fully outfitted for a fight is much more effective. It just doesn't make sense to go out in the wilderness, READY to die, unless that's what you really want.
  11. It's a generaly rule not to go with someone you wouldn't trust with 10M. Anyways, it's nice that you gave us a name, but the list of betrayers at the Kings is so long that it'd be impossible to ever complete >_<. I'm pretty sure ever DK'er has been backstabbed and lost a spear at least once, me not being excluded >_>. Well, I guess we could try listing people Tip.iters should never go with, to ensure at least a little more safety at the Kings :o . I've never lost one. :-w , yet... Me neither, probably due to a disease called paranoia. Well, could it be that you only go with ppl who you trust? :P And on topic: i agree with leesters, going with newbies is dangerous as we have seen. *cough cough* Since they have no experience on pulling rex out of the way when he lands on the team or they pull him the wrong way OR decide to melee him. The only way i'm going with a beginner is that he stands still and does not go after supreme untill he is sure he knows what to do. Some ppl have asked lee to repeat the DK for newbies thing. it would be good but also reduce our chances of finding an empty world :P Well when I go with beginner's, I make it very clear if they move around or do something wrong they'll die. And then they always get heart attacks when I run around and go after supreme when prime's alive. \ I don't do that when Trojann's around though. He gets mad. :P
  12. Same... the new armors look awesome! :XD: Too bad most of them are P2P. It's not blessed green d'hide. It's Guthix Blessed Dragonhide, which is coloured black d'hide. You're not going to convince Jagex to release trimmed black dragonhide on f2p.

  14. Says the person with "luring master" in his sig... You lurers are pathetic. Pk fairly, instead of trying to drag others into the wilderness with your sick, twisted lies. That's only one form of luring. Another form of luring is to attack people, then pretend to be attempting to escape while really running to multi. I don't think he's trying to advertise the fact that he scams, so he's probably talking about to luring-to-multi luring.
  15. Please don't tell me I'm wearing a helmet that helps me connect Saradomin. I'm Zamorakian, I hope my Verac's Helmet isn't helping me connecting Saradomin. :notalk: You're wearing the stolen armor of a Saradomin-following hero. Does that make you feel better?
  16. Hang on! Is it just me or does it appear taht the 3rd age plate has no ranged attack penalty and less mage attack penalty? If that is true, i can see it used in barrows. Mage attack wouldnt matter anyway if you are using slayer dart. For about the TEN MILLIONTH TIME, magic level and bonus DO affect slayer dart. The only reason so many people use slayer dart is: a) It's low level, and therefore more accurate B) It's cheaper than most decent spells because the power of the spell raises with your level. I'm going to hunt down and kill whoever started this rumor. The only reason people use this spell out of rune or Karil's or what not is because the monsters they use them against, meaning barrow brothers excluding Ahrim and Dagganoth Rex, is because those monsters have a penalty of about 50 in their magic defense.
  17. I'm not 100% sure anyone's going to believe me but... After our dagganoth king trip I finished the level 3 clue I got, opening up a Robin in level 35 wilderness. I didn't take pictures of this but it got me up to 32 million and I bought myself a dragon chain. The very next day, we did another dagganoth king trip. My brother picked up a clue, and opened the final casket in level 50 wilderness for another robin hat.
  18. I loved farming...
  19. Hey, you know what, you're right! Hell, I think I'll just go beat the cr*p outta some defenceless little children! That would be a fair, totally ethical fight, right? who said anything about being fair? it's the rcers problem if he doesn't want to bring weapons or food into wild :XD: That's where you're wrong. Yes, they DON'T bring weapons or food into the wild cus they AINT PKING, unlike the pkers who bring weapons and food into the wildi, cus they wanna fight. If they go into wilderness, they're fair game. It's not very nice, but unfortunately, Jagex WANTS pkers to kill abyss runecrafters. If I ever start PKing for real, I'd probably kill them just so that the Abyss stays as dangerous as Jagex wanted it. If you don't want to fight/run from PKers, then don't go into the wilderness. Don't do level 3 clues, don't use the abyss, kill blue instead of green dragons, etc. If you go into the wilderness and you get killed, the PKer who killed you is only doing the job Jagex intended him to do.
  20. There may be glitches...maybe Jagex forgot to make crumble work on the brothers. There's only one way to be sure, which is to wear the salve ammy. I don't believe you can crumble undead aberrant specters, but I absolutely 100% definitely do not hit 42s without the salve amulets effect using a whip.
  21. Errr trojan, that's an old clue. Moss giants in Varrrock Sewers.
  22. It's always worked. It only affects MELEE. It does NOT affect magic or range.
  23. Fire cape, so you don't get five hundred people asking you for emotes. But I still refuse to use a range weapon on Jad so I won't have one for a while. :(
  24. The whole thing with them being quest items and untradeable: Untradeable: Definitely possible. Especially since they compared it with another untradeable item. Quest items: EXTREMELY unlikely. Jagex referred to them as being rarer than a champion scroll, and I personally know many more people with quest capes than champion challenges. My bet would be on some ridiculously difficult monster to kill like dagganoth kings, where you have to carefully plan out a strategy after several suicidal runs into the lair. Which of course would make them EXTREMELY valuable for the first few days because all the level 60s and 70s are going to be gumming up the areas right away making it difficult to get any planning or organization done. Another equally likely possibility is the new dragon left half. An item that practically 90% of the monsters drop, that is EXTREMELY rare.
