Can anyone tell me how to find ZPS, the level 120+ Pest Control team? I can't seem to find them anywhere...

Is luring an acceptable practice?
About Dagganoth King lures... I hate them, but I will not call them scamming. They have every right to be there, and every right to disrupt your combat strategy in hopes of causing a death. Yes, it's pathetic. But no, it's not actually scamming.

Is luring an acceptable practice?
One of the J-Mods, (Mod Mark if memory serves me properly), stated VERY CLEARLY during the height of the Oziach lure, on RSOF, that pretending to trade someone while really luring them into the wilderness violates Runescape rule 2. This was confirmed 15 minutes later by Mod Andrew, who posted on the same thread. Since then, posts on RSOF have always been answered "Yes, it's item scamming." Player mods in game usually respond "no". Customer support has answered both ways. In my opinion, yes it's scamming. Just because someone is doing something stupid doesn't make it right to deceive them. Anyone who utilizes trade lures for money is a pathetic, cheating moron who can not make it himself. Note: This is only with regards to trade lures. I have nothing against PKing lures or the item drop lures. People who fall for these accept these risks as they WILLINGLY entered the wilderness, knowing that they accept the risk that they will be killed, unlike trade lures, which attempt to deceive the victim into thinking that the trade is occurring on the border of the wilderness, without actually being in the wilderness.

Updates That Never Came To Be...
A lot of updates don't make it all the way... For some of them, the game just isn't ready for them.

Should the tradeable items of the past be taken out off rs?
First scenario: Jagex deletes all rare items instantly. 99% of the people who own one quit rs. At least 50% of the people who were WORKING for one and already halfway to it quit. The other half spend it all on armour and stuff. This massive amount of money entering the market means next time you want to buy sharks, be ready to pay 3k each. Second scenario: Jagex compensates people for their rare items. Many now rich players will quit. Again, those that are left will spend it on various other items. That means, prices on EVERYTHING will go up. Feel like paying 20k for a super set anyone? 30m for a dragon chain? 800m for a set of third age?

Ever had a brain freeze in RS? *EDIT: added better story*
My turn! Well, I'm down in edgeville dungeon, scooping up some reddish looking dots (Jagex calls them eggs... but I'm not quite sure they fit that title...) I brought my 1/10 bow, intent on burning it out. Doesn't take very long and it "falls apart into a crystal seed". So I head to bank, grab my teleport crystal and some cash, and head down to Letya. Halfway through the forest, about thirteen failed traps later, I find the bloody elf. (Figure of speech, but if she keeps up this running once I find her, she might be bloody pretty soon...) Well, five clicks later she informs me, "You don't have a crystal seed on you." Back to bank I go... *sigh*...

Why is "safing" bad?
Exactly. You rather not die. So go fight the other people that are out there for loot. Some people are out there because they enjoy the risk, as well as the higher chance of rewards. Therefore, it's courtesy to fight people with an equal attitude towards the chances of dying. If you choose to safe, and whoever you're fighting would rather not waste their food and time, then they're at perfect liberty to run. Flaming IS an issue though. The way I see it, just telling the other person you don't want to fight is fine. Calling people safers doesn't make things better. The only reason anyone should flame for this is if you persist in trying to attack them even if they've made it clear they will not fight you.

what was the first thing u did when u became a member?
Killed a few druids... almost died. Then went over wolf mountain, running as fast as I can... Walked around until I found a strange place with a master fisher in front. Went in... saw the fishing spots... w00t. Then went down to trawler, lost, and tried to figure out where I landed.

Why is "safing" bad?
The people in f2p which he speaks of (the noob pures who have just been created after viewing a Mahatma PK video) only pk for loot. They get mad when they cannot kill you. They think that everyone they fight will die. On my f2p "rune pure" I eat once I hit 15-20hp. The pures my level hit 15s easily ... then they call me a safer from eating. If I didn't eat, I would have been killed on the next hit  True. A lot of wanna-be-pures just complain about safing because they want kills. The reason I posted above is for actual pures, and PKers who are out there for fun rather than loot. The original pures were just players who wanted to increase the excitement in fights on both ends. They have a much higher chance of dying, but in return they also have an extraordinarily high chance of actually killing their opponent. These days, the term "pure" refers to mostly scamming, rule breaking players who'd do anything to turn a profit and suffer from a major attitude problem.

My Experience With The Strung Rabbit Foot
 You know that if you have a greater chance of getting nests, that you're going to get more nests? don't use your "loooogic" on me! lol, like the ROW, it depends, it can do good, or it may not. Depends...on nothing really. But good info, but regardless, what other ammy are you going to wear? Why not wear it? People need to understand something about ROW's, the change is not going to be noticable. The reason is because it only effects dragon items. I believe this because of how the drop system was described by a mod once. There are 2 wheels spun, one has all of the common drops and the other has rare drops. There are several spots on the wheel (small ones) that will make it go to the rare drops. For some monsters (KQ) this spot is larger then for others. WHen it hits that thing and moves to the rare drop wheel it wheel it can hit a dragon item, this is where the ROW comes in, it will increase the size of landing on a dragon item in this spot. Therefore, since hte ROW only effects dragon items it will be an unnoticable change by any study, however the chance is still there. I don't consider the change to be good enough to substitute it for a DK ring since those let me hit harder. Actually, from what I've heard, it increases the chance of moving to the rare drops wheel from the first one. As in when you spin the first wheel, if you're wearing a ring of wealth, the chance of you spinning the second wheel is greater. The reason I interpreted it this way is that it affects more than dragon items. Actually, a RoW is VERY noticeable if you use it on chaos druids. Just count how many chaos druids you kill before you collect 20 UnIded herbs. Do like 500 trips (good herblore xp too), and then do it again without wealth. You'll see the change. The reason for that is chaos druids have a chance of dropping 2 herbs. However, I'm guessing that small chance is placed on the "rare" wheel as well. That means you have a higher chance of getting that if you have a ring of wealth on.

Why is "safing" bad?
Safing is bad because it takes the point out of PKing. People PK not for loot, but for the excitement. If both players safe, neither player has any chance of getting k0ed. Therefore, you're both wasting food, potions, and time. The fight is pathetically boring and therefore no one wants to fight you. It's called "professional courtesy". If you give them a fair chance of winning, they give you a fair chance of winning, both people enjoy the fight more. And if you're too scared to risk the items, then you shouldn't expect people who enjoy taking risks to fight you. They're better off fighting other people who are willing to take the risks.

Which item in your bank gathers the most dust?
they are untradable anyway my most unused item is well most of my bank, its all filled with crap really, except my armour i should clean my bank out but i never know what to keep. They're tradeable, my brother lent me his to finish MEP2 so I never did the dwarf scavenger hunt thingy.
-
Which item in your bank gathers the most dust?
Sadly, my Santa hats. I never wear them. I don't intend to sell them either... I bought them just for fun. Oh well they'll be fun to have one day when there are less than 50 left in the game... :\

Meanest thing you've ever done in RS?
Only if you're using it as a lure, or you're using the forums.

Meanest thing you've ever done in RS?
a) I dropped a string of rings of recoil leading from edgeville bank into the wilderness... some level 69 followed and got killed by a random pure and lost 800k of stuff. Kinda made me feel bad... B) Challenging someone to fight a blue dragon up close. He forgot his antifire shield, and I was looking at TIF. When I looked back, I saw a guy with zerk helm, rune plate and legs, obsidian shield and whip die from a 56. I think that was him. :\

Fighter Torso ruined pking?
Simple. If you die with fighter torso, it disappears. If someone killed you, that someone can collect a certain amount of money. Maybe release a PKers guild or something. And this could also apply to rune defender, maybe you get 20k for killing someone with a defender. Same could also be for skill capes. Give the killer 75k or so.

Quest Cape, Why Higher Levels disrepect those who are lower.
I have no idea what you mean by "no more dealing with niles, miles and giles...". Just an hour ago, Giles asked me to recognize a fish from a helmet.

Quest Cape, Why Higher Levels disrepect those who are lower.
I don't care about the cape. I just want a quest that's actually a challenge... I'd love a quest that requires 90 slayer. Will make me go get those last 5 levels. Or a quest that requires 124 combat so that I'd go get another few levels. Bottom line is, quests are too cushy. We need a quest that a level 126 has a moderate chance of dying, or with puzzles that guides can not be written for.

Granite Mining, Now Harder To Powermine?
