A friend of mine flies helicopters like a madman. He gets shouted at a lot - "It's got wings so it can go HIGH YOU IDIOT" hurr irony - it's terrifying being a passenger with him. More than once I've parachuted out (only to drown in the sea) because I thought he was going to crash into a watchtower, only to look at him on my deathcam flying seamlessly a metre above it. It's madness.

Those type of games, Archi, make me feel they're amazing for the first week or so I have them, then the novelty wears off and it feels rather samey afterwards. Not that I wouldn't be totally up for trying it though

To be perfectly honest, this resource system seems like a bit of a mistake, instead we should use a command system, which limits how much you can do based on how much you have. Like the current system, but not requiring quite so much maths :P

Yes, you need people to harvest the resource, and you need one colony module thingy per 25,000 people you transport to a different planet.

I, uh, made a mistake. The fault is with me. The raid bonus is only really there to give people who have missed out on the initial planet rush a bit of a boost. But kay.

Saw Lawrence Arms at Cardiff Barfly last thursday, was the first gig I've been to. It was absolutely awesome, and I think we got lucky with the crowds. A friend saw them at Bristol and said everyone was really static, but in Barfly the atmosphere was electric. The support bands were awesome as well, Evarise Galois (or something..) and Under Stars and Gutters (bought their t-shirt :D)

Of course he is, he's an S2 hero who hasn't been balanced yet. This happens everytime. Played a game last night where I was Chronos, with teammate as Chipper. (Bastard ninja picked it, leap->sphere->sawblades, is pretty cool synergy.

I've had SGS for a long, long time. The novelty of having a GS never wore off for me, and the spec has certainly been useful but I would have got by fine without it. And I am. I sold it a few days ago and bought some claws, the novelty of the special has not worn off yet. I still giggle everytime I do it. That outweighs any "mathematical" benefits you throw at me. It makes me laugh.

Suddenly, stimulus. After defeating a planets defences (Fleet, etc), a "raid " will trigger where you will be rewarded with 3 million of each resource for instant consumption. *If people don't want this then fine
