Ghostly Warriors after Spirit of Summer can be pretty good- my clan member intends to train there from 91-99 strength. His stats aren't quite as good as yours, and he gets 70kxp/hour - I think he'll make something like 8M's worth. Just speculation though!

One note - you don't actually have to complete part 2 to use the fairy rings, only start it.

10 Flax, 5 fish is guaranteed to make you profit. You can gamble with wood instead of fish as well, if you want. However, I think everything else makes you a loss. I cut teaks, because it gives monster favour.
