  1. karamathulu gives ranged exp and also, does a ranged like attack, where it doesnt have to stand next to it. never really tried using it tho, like someone said. Maybe a scroll will help it to start the fight?
  2. Non tradeable logs which cant be used for fletching or firemaking?... :( at least dream logs look good.
  3. Umm, if you check the woodcutting guide you can chop a new tree with 82 Woodcutting. as far as i can tell, it does not show up in fletching/firemaking. So, what is the point of the log?
  4. never in my life have i seen such a waste of bandwidth. The old way of bank not adjust with withdraw was great, this is good to... but i liked the old style better honestly.
  5. hm, some people said things like book looks big or he is small. Honestly, its probably the size(not thick) as a phone book. Rather large honestly. Also, i am kind of curious what the story is behind the book, what warranted this book suddenly? we have yet to have ANY type of product so far that even remotely is as genuinely un-generic as a book. Mugs, T-shirts... please. i liked the idea that it might point out a quest or some type of plot of the game, hopefully its interesting. also, in during [cabbage] storm of internet tuff guys.
  6. i agree, but, we didnt have a whole lot of terrorist attacks pre-9/11. Sure they happened but, i think saying the lack is because these people are dead is NOT the reason. Now, i do believe its a contributing factor but, they arent the only terrorist's. Honestly, I assume its a scare tactic in one aspect. I dont believe any terrorist would attack now. Group or individual. We are geared and ready to stop people from doing repeat attacks or at least try to. If i was a terrorist I wouldnt want all america to be like, well that guy is worse, or whatever.
  7. i think you mean change but anyway, things like this do happen occasionally. TBH, i have no idea how they happen or how to fix them. Sometimes updating things like your java works, clear your cache. But apparently the restart worked for you... so yeah. Maybe this could serve the rest of us, try the restart if all else fails.
  8. never heard of the lumbridge diary then? good teleport to falador farming allotments 150% to run from revs with no terrorbird the extra runes arent that great well, i havent been super active, but i tend to notice good forum posters and well, alpha has been missing around here lately. So i would assume, he has lessened his play time also, he wont need run energy from revs. Revs arent even that bad. but thats here nor there.
  9. this thread... way too moral. I bolded this part because, well I agree pretty much. getting in Arab peoples face about their wife's face shroud doesnt seem to acceptable. Even some might claim they oppress their wives. But, sadly, we live in a culture where its not acceptable to step boundaries and claim such and such is wrong. Because if this was possible, wouldnt we ALL be labeled as misguided? TBH, topic if much to filled of underage moral BS. Not enough sympathy talk.
  10. i imagine the make over mage still does it.
  11. the game tells you the price of the item. It lists acceptable variances of price. it also, will sell the item when you get it as a drop and retain a portion on the price (-5% if i recall correctly) what is complicated? the fact that players decide to hoard items then not sell these items inthe thing we demanded? tbh, player to player trading removal would just be a laugh.
  12. yea rofl, thinking the same. ss is so baaad imo Garbage? Yeah, speed and stats of a whip, trains str, better spec. Ooo, its 2h. So you dont have your wimpy defender. Big deal. If you guys knew anything, you would see why its so expensive. Practically number one weapon to hunt waterfiends, one of the highest charm droppers in the game (that you can melee) leave them alone, its not like they will understand situational preference. try to avoid situations where an item will wipe you out. Just a tip. well i have 5m in items too  i used to play like that. I would be like i have this i have that. and no cash. TBH, its dumb. Just play and have fun, or attempt to have fun while you make $. I do trawler a few trips a day and end up with 500k profit and then my kingdom does a daily like. +75k profit. Its not bad for sitting around watching TV shows while trawlering.
  13. try to avoid situations where an item will wipe you out. Just a tip.
  14. You just took a bucnh of items that can be lended and coincidently are going down... What a proof. Top hat has been going down for like a few weeks now. Why didnt you put in BGS? Why didnt you put in Armadyl? why didnt you ... Tons of the items you listed were going down anyway. Stop making so easy assumptions. 1: he did put in the arma god sword. 2: idk why he did't put in bgs, maybe because it is going up :| 3: i watch the G.E price every day, and 80% of the items wasnt going down before the lending opdate. so i think there is a connection. but it may be temporaly. i think it will bounce back up :D You assume he speaks of the AGS, when he refers to BGS as its abbreviated form. So I assumed he meant Armadyl(armor) and it is missing. btw BGS +1.4m

yeah, i know how this place was, this is why i kept my disliking for certain types of people culturally and racially, private.
  16. jessy87 replied to jessy87's topic in Off-Topic
no i could see that, since its vague you leave it open for guesses of why, some might claim some of them(or their culture) oppress women and that might be why you dislike them.

You can't blame other people if you've written something misleadingly. Take responsibility for your posting. if by, misleading you mean neutral. Then yes, i said something which expressed no positive or negative opinion towards them. Thanks for continuing the off topicness.
  18. this is now 2 weeks old. Not to mention, the facebook page for Asia ferguson was raided by /b/ the weekend it happened. so many racist people flocked to this dead kids page, and claimed he was... well i wont go their. But anyway, anyone who claimed he was dumb was labeled a racist. Many people pointed out they would have laughed and said this kid was dumb if he was any race even white. [hide=raid included picture(s) such as this][/hide] that theme park/kids family would so be sued for that. Seriously i would be so angered at breaking my leg over some kid doing this

Who the hell are you to say they don't hire on quality. Do you know the physical strength of someone who has down syndrome? Or the learning capability of an Autistic person who loves their job? The memory capability of someone who has Aspergers? The creative genius and sometimes the associated 130+ IQ of being a bipolar person? There is a man down the street from me with 1 hand and 2 fingers, he can work the cash register faster than anyone I've ever seen. They have qualities that are better than you in many ways so don't even attempt to limit them. Perhaps whoever is doing the hiring knows a lot more than you apparently do. Especially if they came through hiring agencies who have experts in their fields. Don't believe everything your father/friends tell you because their opinions seem pretty ignorant. / rant hm, you get so angry about this, yet i never said these people were in capable of doing their jobs or doing them well. I merely stated what is true. perhaps, maybe you should take a look at it from a different angle instead of getting so bent out of shape. What if my claim was true? either way, you act as if i was dismissing them as being capable beings. When I did not. Some people need to stop over reacting. Also, it seems my original point(about walmart) goes missed by EVERYONE.

this post has nothing to do with race. But, walmart at least in my town does not hire on quality. They hire out of sympathy. alot of people are the kind of people who are mentally challenged or like have a learning disorder or who are physically different then most of society. Such as this one guy, i saw at walmart he had one arm. Just because he has one arm doesn't mean he's incapable of operating a till, for example. It doesn't remove his ability to conduct basic mathematical equations either. Second to that, how do you know there was a better candidate stood against him? You've just looked at the guy, and presumed he was hired through sympathy. For all you know, he could be a volunteer on work experience and didn't even go through the usual employment process. I am not saying he wasnt capable of the job, I sympathized with the guy. My friend andy worked at this walmart and his brother also works at the even larger walmart that has 4 times the employees of this one. My friend has told me of over half dozen times where he knew different potential employees and their background and such. And yet, the less capable received the job. anyway, not to mention things like this look good to companys. My dad worked for a company who would hire temp employees through an agency and then hire them on full time. Only one black and one mexican person worked at this place. And they were never allowed to become "full" employees. They would withhold nearly a 2 dollar raise from them insurance possibilities and things like union benefits. The reason they did this was because the company HAD to have at least one minoirity working for them. anyway this has gotten off topic. I would like to leave it at that.

That's hating the attitude though more then the race. I mean, I dislike the whole "emo" phase some kids go through -- yet I don't hate white people (seems most emo's are white). this is where i am, do I just hate the culture stuff? because i dont consider any race really inferior to me, I just think similarly of the black "thug". In my town their is no reason to act like that. also, the emo thing I dont like either. this post has nothing to do with race. But, walmart at least in my town does not hire on quality. They hire out of sympathy. alot of people are the kind of people who are mentally challenged or like have a learning disorder or who are physically different then most of society. hm, you seem to miss the entire point of this thread. And, yes I was trying to use the idea of "would" as past tense. eitherway, seems very off topic. But perhaps if you seem so opinionated on this, you could answer me the question i asked about woodcut's 2nd post.
  24. jessy87 replied to jessy87's topic in Off-Topic
You just labeled yourself as a racist person you don't seem upset to me. Im not trying to start a racist thread. I just am curious about things. and, if you had read all of that post you quoted. you would realize the past tense. on another thread here, a student(he was like 13) said we should teach our children everyone is equal. Infact if i recall, he implied FORCE of equality. Which, I do not believe is contradictory to things, "separate but equal". I dont think brainwashing people into believing the same thing about everyone is going to be a good thing

again, does that not embody prejudice? To think someones opinions are invalid just because of the opinions background them selves?
