IF you still don't understand, just don't say anything...untill people do actually say that the only way to get the visage is to speak to him, in which case if you have talked to Mod Ash, and he has confirmed it is a false rumor, you may correct then, politely. On topic: Dragons scare me, so im gonna watch a video before I go down to check them out. I would probably stay for the first 200 kills then I would go due to me being a very impatient person. it was posted multiple times in multiple threads here and on the RSOF that that was a rumor and is not true. It's common sense. Why would jagex put an item in, say it's dropped by dragons, have a mod say exactly which dragons drop it, and then NOT mention that you have to talk to an NPC to get the drop. It's never been done before with drops, and it never will. People would rant and Jagex would have millions of complaint letters if that were to be true. Plus, people have gotten the visage without talking to oziach, there's the end of your rumor -.-

don't spread false rumors. Actually... I just went there, having the anti-dragon shield with me and he notices it. He then notes something about the dragonbreath being stored but wasted, he then continues mentioning an aritfact that could release these stored dragonbreaths. After he tells you this, you can reply saying: Me: I will look for this draconic visage! Oziach: Good luck wi' that. They're mighty rare, so yer quest will take some time. If any monsters have them, it'll be the dragons. So he can talk about the draconic visage and shield, but you have to carry it with you. um, that's truely wonderful. doesnt defeat the fact that you don't have to talk to him to get a drop -.-

new skill is pest control. half of rs has already leveled to 99 before the release.

don't spread false rumors. I bought a couple mil's worth of runes....and I didnt get a single drop over 50k. lost over 3 mil...not even counting the anti fires and ahrims repair costs

we're in the same boat Hmm...Please tell me how Mining is easier!? Last I heard you didnt have to drop ores in classic. But you might be right................IDK :shock: name one other skill that was easier in classic. OH and name any quest that was easier too. Um...every quest? and mining today has granite rocks, which I believe is the current fastest method. But mining is indeed the skill that was changed the least since rsc, In fact, since there's no longer auto drop, it isn't much easier. All there is are the granite rocks, and more close spots. I also remember when nobody had 99 prayer :shock: it used to be such a godly skill, but today, with gilded altars, and dragons so easy to kill, you just dump a ton of cash into it and that's all. do you seriously not think? There is not ONE quest that was made in rsc that was easier then than it is now. Not ONE.

all you people complaining about "only" getting 1 drag legs, or "only" 3 skirts should really stop whining. It's quite annoying for those who "only" get bones every other kill

35k chaos runes used on iron drags so far...with a few steels mixed in. No drag drops, more rune javs than I can count, some bloods, and enough rune limbs to build a person. Also meleed a couple hundred, but w/e, I've killed well over 1000 in total since the update

I am inclined to laugh at you, but shall refrain from doing so at the moment. Look at F2P Mage. Maximum damage, 16. Slowest attack speed. 200 - 300 coins per cast. Negligible armour. Barely any equipment boost to Magic. Pathetic holding spell. Now look at Rangers and Warriors in F2P, come back and tell me the F2P Combat Triangle is balanced. Yes it is balanced... most levels around 70-90 don't carry dragon hide with them while pking... at lets say only 59 mage (i got around 65 combat) It hits on rune a ton... Holding spell isn't that bad... the rune skimitars attack doesn't hit well even on mages and if they have say a rune kite it negates it a bit more... also prayer runs out FAST in f2p... if somone wants to keep prot from mage on it means sacrificing most of their offensive prayers... It is balanced... 100% you're 100% wrong. and it's spelled scimitar -.-
