Depends what kind of a personality you have. My suggestion would be a little more blunt. But that's only because I like people to know where they sit with me without anything cryptic inbetween for them to second guess about. If it were me, I would say something along the lines of "Hey just being 100% honest with you here but I'm not looking for any type of commitment. I enjoy hanging out with you but I'm looking for something a bit more casual. I don't think this is what you're after so I'm only considering your feelings when I say this. Sorry about the late response, I was thinking of how to break this to you without hurting your feelings, so as you can see I'm not completely heartless"

Explore your habit. This can go for any habit... What are you usually doing when it occurs? Why haven't you been able to make a change? Why are you risisting change? Monitor your thoughts. Read over your thoughts, actions and feelings when said habit takes place.

QLD, Australia is a beautiful place to live, I'm close to god knows how many surf beaches. There are different levels of blindness. Someone may not be able to read letters but have enough sight to make out the sign. Also many blind people have been able to make out "shapes" with different shades of light. What about orientation day for blind people and they're told that they can make their way around the campus by reading the signs? Not everyone wants someone to hold their hand and aid them.
