That looks really bad with initiate plate, however I bet it would look awsome with a d chain. Anyways, rarest non quest, or rare item I think is extra poisoned iron dagger. Think about it, since everyone would assume it would have to be bronze since that is the lowest grade of matal, they would poison one of those. However you wouldn't think of the metal one grade higher. Also, they would assume that since super poison is the highest that it would be the rarest, however plus poison is easy to forget. I know this an old post but i just have to reply to it. BRONZE IS A STRONGER METAL THEN IRON(untill jagex made the stupid mistake of thinking iron was stronger)

Yes poe is one of the best writers of all time he basically created mystery and horror genres and was one the best short story writers of all time so poe FTW!!! :D

fire capes will be less worn then before but they will have a higher value then skill capes simply because you dont just train a stat get the cape and buy another every time you lose it

I want the theiving cape not that many people have decent theiving (because they dont know how to train it hehe) plus 100 theiving would own higher succes rate =)

i dont knnow about that :? i think that its temp it just dosent make since i mean look at the desert its sand then BAM! ocean that dosent happen (i know beaches are sand but still do to the increased rain fall that would no longer be a desert)
