Project Euler
well, you could just check wikipedia it's a site where many math problems are given, and aimed towards mathematicians and programmers of varying skill levels. sounds great

Breaking vows
just because someone else is willing to do something doesn't mean you should. besides, the situations are incredibly different; they need food or they'll die, whereas our friend here will just get a stomach ache.

Granite supply ran out?!
it's also fairly easy to get granite. I mine a full load of the largest blocks, also filling up a terrorbird, and tele out. repeat until bird dies, and then get ready to chisel the hell out of those things. you get ten small blocks per one large one, so you more time chiseling than mining

Find Existing Device
there is a youtube video where a guy made one by using a piece of glass, and LEDs which emit infrared light on the sides, and a camera to detect where the total internal reflection was broken by a finger touching the screen... i'll try to find it hang on

Story line? in runescape? no way!
you think that farmer fred is going to reveal national secrets to an idiot looking to sheer some sheep? what you don't know is that he's actually a double agent, collaborating with the penguins to take over lumbridge castle and thus create an outpost for monitoring of human activities.

Hypercam
perhaps it's a quality setting, or hypercam doesn't like your monitor's settings. try changing the colors setting

Wow, phishers really do send out e-mails!
one out of two... just tag it as spam so that any future emails that look like that will be handled by the gmail filter better.

Maxing 200mil
larryr had law runners. in reality he is quite poor, most likely under 1bil. Yeah, Larry was a really generous person. He didn't really hoard money. you mean she. Larryr is the account given to her by her son. She developed a liking for rc and started an rc company (which I forgot the name of lol). ah, interesting. i had always thought it was just some guy with unusually high awesomity levels

Maxing 200mil
well some of the skills are actually profittable, so they might not be doing it purely for the xp. for instance, i think Larryr (guy in first place for runecrafting) did double nats also skills like magic can be 'secondary', in that the people get xp in them while doing something else... the guy who's currently in first place for summoning (weyoun i believe?) is ranked in the top few for magic, since he's maging rock lobsters for charms. other people training summoning via waterfiends or similar also accumulate a lot of xp in whatever attack type they use. i've gotten a lot of strength experience from waterfiends personally. @3hitm4g3u that's a fairly useless reply.

well i mean... it could be your computer is flipping out when it has to process the new models/attacks (sounds, graphics, etc) of those monsters... very strange that it happened like that.

Ohio Teen Killed Mom Over Video Game
They just took his game away, not the console. --- I can't wait for the "Another reason why guns in the house are bad" post. it said he took it when fleeing the scene. that means he left the house. and if not, it's even stranger that the guy stayed in the house with his dead parents and played halo

Ohio Teen Killed Mom Over Video Game
1) "close your eyes i have a surprise" 2) he left with the game... he can't even play it without the system, why bring it? very strange guy

about jagex debuging
what do you mean compatibility? it's not like web design, where different browsers handle the game differently. they're trying to see what the average computer can handle, in terms of how much of a load the game can put on the computer, etc. you say you're asking if anyone else is getting hit with "these bugs" but you fail to tell us exactly what is wrong. all you've said is that you can't load the title screen. if you can't even load the game, how could you know if there are bugs? the most likely problem is that your computer is having trouble reaching jagex's servers, or that something is wrong with your settings, stopping runescape from displaying

An epiphany that needs disproving
Irony at it's best Explain? You assumed infinite regression (edit due to possible misreading). My statement made no assumptions and was pretty much on the money. Also 'infinity' can occur in nature. Black holes have infinite density for example. Can you prove it? Prove what? The infinite density? It's just theoretical of course, but it's what happens when you divide by zero. A huge amount of mass compressed into zero volume singularity (black hole) equals infinite density. No, he can't prove it, because it isn't true. Black holes, including the event horizon, are pretty low density. A black hole the mass of earth would be larger then the earth; a black hole with the equivalent mass of the visible universe would be LARGER then the visible universe, meaning the black hole actually has a lower density. The black hole beyond the event horizon is trapping time, light, and space in a fixed point, so it can't really be measured. http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/badastronomy/2008/10/30/ten-things-you-dont-know-about-black-holes/ As for the OP, just because what you know now seems to indicate a pattern doesn't mean it holds true forever - assuming quarks weren't the smallest component, we can assume SOMETHING is. Matter isn't infinity divisible; for an example look at the string theory. As stated before, unless your a team of physicists arguing or wondering about it won't really result in anything meaningful. okay so, the schwarzschild volume is a volume dependent on the schwarzschild radius, and it is a volume at which a certain amount of matter will collapse into a gravitational singularity, IE a black hole however, the matter does not stop there, and continues to collapse into zero, or near zero (less than the volume of an atom) volume. so the density of the actual matter of the black hole, over the volume of that matter, is infinite but uh... can we get off of this black holes topic?

Weak Passwords Must Be Changed - 09-January-2009
actually, brute force attacks start with a dictionary of the most common passwords, so these kinds of accounts would probably be broken very quickly.

An epiphany that needs disproving
yeah, your... realization is incorrect because you asserted that everything is made up of something else just because everything you know of has some characteristic, doesn't mean that everything exhibits that characteristic. also, you sort of just killed your own argument. when that poster agreed that infinity can occur (and thus infinite regression, IE that it is possible everything is composed of smaller bits), you replied with "can you prove it?" he was acknowledging the fact that you could be right, and you responded by asking him to prove that you were right...

Nice skirt noob
shoe is funny as hell though, i'm sure tons of people would buy that also because it would catch people off guard. the real question is, if it makes you seem to be emulating someone of the opposite gender, will you buy it? that's the fear around men wearing skirts it seems. would you weild the pink godsword?

secondary items for phoenix?
how about they introduce a new phase to the bird meat + fire => cooked meat bird meat + fire + neglect => raw meat on fire and then you have a very limited time to use that all on obelisk before all you get back is a dead bird familiar
