I was starting to feel unwanted when all of a sudden a friend of mine Pmed me on msn about this site news: http://www.wickedgifs.com/index.php?pag ... tion=login As i checked the displayed sig...and red the text above and below it...i couldn't belive my eyes...finaly some1 ripped meeee !!! (getting jelous of the 200 daily rips off MrX lol) This PAUL guy got reported on that site forums....and banned in a short short time... :P Just wanted to let him know what happened to him and why if he comes, as i think, from these boards....lol...BUSTED !!! :twisted:

Making more spam accounts woun't help. You'll just get reported at sight and banned again.

According to your spotlight (following your shading) i could say the first one is the right one. Technicaly the handle of the hammer is way 2 undersized... U have a huge head and such a thin wooden stick to swing it ? Will break as u try to lift it..... Plus it's not even centered in the head. I'd add something at the bottom of the handle to increase the grip 2 (an handhold or some strips...

What do you want in your sig ? I can't say if i'll be able to do this cause i have i scheduled sig already and i'm forced to stay away off pixels due to some baaaaaad cold air flow that hit my eyes... :cry: but i'd like to know it anyway.

I think it doesn't realy work in full version...can't say why but maybe due to the medium quality and detail i personaly don't like it as...the mini version (like the preview or as a sig). I think it's wonderful. realy. Gives me a strong flow of feelings. Very nice.

Back on topic i think it's pretty hard/unfair to decide who's better since there's a lot of different styles that can't be directly related one with the other...i mean...a PS abstract and a paint pixel are miles away from eachother...if u get what i mean. He refers to the kind of shading u used. When u shade by square shapes like u did (my english doesn't help here sorry) that is when you shade left to right but also up to down (and vice-versa) by vertical/orizontal lines , u can see that kind of diagonal line that actualy makes the shading look like there's a web botton or something like that more than a grass field.I personaly used that on my Oergg's sig to make the cannon side "bumpy", but that's the only way u could suggest you to use this tecnique. I strongly recomand not to "gradient" shade things like grass or bumped surfaces (like threes, water). Simply go on with some texture or fuzzy shading. The effect will be better.

I kinda missed the dino ripping...however i noticed this guy was using 2 usernames (both banned) to make some bad quality drawing spamposts like the already well known he made recently. GSW warned him not to spam, so he simply wanted and fully deserved that ban.

What's that image for isn't the point, he needed help and he got it... The real problem is that those stats don't have NOT FOR SALE well faded on them. It's mainly a security issue to edit your stat screen that way cause there's been problems with ppl selling accounts on e-bay or something similar using other guy's stats (getting them in trouble). About the images types allowed here Bitmaps are not. Most commonly used are: Jpegs for screenshots and abstract/landscape sigs gifs for low quality pixels or screeny (talking about color number as quality) pngs for high quality gifs and anything else at will. :D

Sig limits are 300x150x30k... I hope some1 will take your works however...some are nice, plus they'r free ! :)

what program are you using for it ? Cause it looks a bit 2 blurry to me... Might be an excessive AA but...is it realy worth that effort on such a sig ? I mean...there's no very complex elements here so...just wondering.

Mmm...looks like there's a bit of arguing here. I personaly think there's 1 thing that should close this problem: "this is (mainly) a free world". We are on media board and they'r posting their works. Bad or good doesn't matter, they still have all the rights to produce something and post it. If u don't like the quality just leave the right C&C or simply ignore that post. I know it's a bit of a pain to check some 5-mins made pixelworks whose post took away of 1st page something twice as good for your eyes but still that's what media board is supposed to be. I myself started to post on some of these bad attempts rating them for what they are (no pointless flames). If i have to suggest to try another art style i do...but i won't go around saying : Ehi you, how on earth could you post such a *somethingabusive* !?!? . And i agree with Crate, does it realy matter if it's your first or 200th ? Looks like there's a lot of ppl asking for mercy even before u can actualy check their works...It cracked me up when i saw a "9th pixel try"...ehi i lost count at 3rd :P

i'm more interested in the second part ot the title... what's it about ?
