Very nice design (even if the anatomy is kinda oddish...but whatever...minor issue)...Just i think the BG render shouldn't have those yellow tones but some other color coming from the pixi side...

No, don't call them! :lol: I can see you... 8) But i can't see the p-hat so...*sits down and waits* About Y0ur M0's sig that was a great payment for sure, but MrX got something more just some days ago :) However...it's all up to the buyers (the best ones eheh) to give those kind of extras to the set price. Y0ur M0's sig still has a special place in my heart, dunno why...probably the monkey ;) I don't think both me and MrX will enter this. 1 of us should waste a lot of time...so might be the good time for a colab :)

good drawing. you might want to clear it a bit and of course change the text that's realy realy hard to read (maybe get rid of the shadow-like effect?) Keep it up !!!

Nicy nicy so far. Only thing u should fix is the prespective of the troll owned platform. As u can see it's wrong compared with the point of view and water limit, plus it has 0 height. Other than that it's realy nice :) Glad to see you back to work. I think you'll hand on the 500k

Your works are nice, still the style shows some "beginner" problems. In my opinion you should start with lower prices cause, don't get me wrong, but the overall quality sets them to something around 200-250k. Charging 500k and now 400k and looking at the empty costumer list should confirm my opinion. I'd also say...try to make a bit more original subjects or to develop some style/tecnique that could be easily considered as something of your own propriety. That, together with the right pricing strategy will help you get a name and then a certainly better cash flow

I didn't flame mother at all I just said that looks funny. :roll: You weren't flamed either, I just said 250k was just a bit too much since it really isn't THAT great. With 250k, you can get one that's x10 better. not really .. . 250k for a pixel is not much at all .. . You're right, but his is 100k or less. His work is pretty neat. Fully worth the 270k prize, Y0ur M0ther's sig is nice aswell even if something in the anatomy looks a bit weird :wink: . Personaly they'r both nice but Axe's 1 is a bit better imo, maybe cause the lack of detail in your mom's bg makes it look a bit empty. You guy are realy biased on Axe...and don't try to put the prices down..:P

Well that's a very nice post coming from you :) About the new style i still work pixel by pixel...i don't use any special effects machine lol...it simply takes more work. I use graphics gale as i worked in paint, but using 300-450 colors in a sig (that i manualy select 1by1) is pretty of a task with paint. The permanent palette in GraphicsGale is a must for this kind of tecnique. Moreover i have to say i need to find some challanges in my work. Once i found out my old style wasn't my limit i had to try to improve myself. The result is different but i think that the subjects and the humor are the same. The colors are a bit softer but i use them to develop a sort of original cartoony style of my own. I think my style is pretty different from every1 else here and that was one of my goals. With this i don't say i don't love each of the old sigs...they took a great part in my "artistic" growth and i consider them as good as my current ones. Simply if i did another old style sig i would find that work not challanging/stimulating...if u get what i mean. However most of my work is based on the concept...sometimes i spend 1 day thinking about the best solution/setting, planning each detail keeping an eye on the final goal. The graphic is another part of the work but i'd say they are 50% - 50% , but that's just me. However i'll still try to evolve this style (as u can see the purchased items are a bit different from my recent standards, i'd say they are my next step...) and maybe i'll find myself a new standard. One day i'll start doing some serious AA on my works...still gotta train at that, a lot :) Thx again. I still have to draw avery pixel on my own...manualy changing the color every "step" (for a total of 300-450 colors each sig usualy). No "gradient tool" used at all, and Graphics Gale doesn't have something like that too. Thx for the post however :D

Eheh unfortunately the Druid that runs the herbalist store (as all the other druids do actualy) wears a totaly white robe, with a totaly white hair and beard...I made him darker than original already lol... Her clothes are the same as the pic she sent me... And that italian wasn't correct, yet easy to understand the meaning :)

Have you ever seen such huge pineapples ? They'r bags filled of kwarms ranns and so on... Plus all those spider eggs with the running prices are pretty expansive :) Back on topic to answer the guys above...drawing this compared to chompy one was at least twice as difficul(complicated). About adding something more to the sig...i don't realy think u can realy make something more fit unless u wanna make it crowded the bad way. Getting some action off an herblaw sig isn't the easiest task ever... :roll:

yep use .png for complex shading and stuff like that ,or .gif if the sig has less than 128 or 256 colors.

It's against the blood-gore rules.... You must remove it or a mod will. 2 bad cause it was pretty nice, even if saving a pixel in .jpg is outrageous...

First of all try to work on the design some more. Having nicely shaped figures helps a lot. For example the shape of the head of that poor guy is somehow weird. Could have taken 2 more mins to fix it...Getting greatly better results (same for eyes...nose etc..). Try to give some kind of simmetric look to the faces 2...not specular...just some kind of armony in it...else your figures will look deformed. Keep it up and try some better shading next :)

Just wondering, since the thread is huge... Excluding the first guy that got his gps...any1 else got his stuff bought ? If so who won ? Great stuff posted here however... Thx (^_^)
