Please explain to me how it's a "stupid way to communicate". Just because you suck at it doesn't mean it's hard to do. That's like saying typing and using the internet is a terrible way to communicate, until you learn how. Cause I found it extremely hard to use the small keypad to go through and get the letters I wanted. Personally I found it really easy to learn how to use the computer keyboard, but this thing was just a little too over the top. Not to mention everyone I talked to didn't even spell their words fully, so some times I had to try and distinguish between all these short forms. Not to mention that if I want to say something, I mostly likely want a whole conversation, which makes texting a very slow way to communicate. Thus its better to just talk through the phone.

Back when i had a cell, i tried it a bit. I hate it, such a hard and stupid way to communicate. If you have a phone, actually call.

Sometimes to get the desired effect though, length wont matter. For instance, as long as Lord of the rings: Return of the king was, there was way more that should of been added, that wasnt. It would of ran on 6 hours though.... but i wouldn't care.

I know all this, but its just mind boggling for me. I cant understand why there are so many fans of FFVII, when FFIX is an equally good game, and same with FFVI.

Umm mostly me :/. Darkmage has a guy on here too in his 20's he pops on with, mostly people have been doing their own thing. If you want just roll horde on BB. Ya, Arkheart, Tauren Druid.

I fail to understand what is so amazing about FFVII...

FFVI For. The. Win. I do admit X was awesome. It was a truly nice story line that fit more into present time. But FFVI really is awesome due to the fact that it is: Classical, contains very funny yet deep characters, memorable scenes (Opening scene and the opera house), and has an excellent story line coupled with individual story's behind the characters. As much as people say X-2 is terrible, once you finish X, do play it. The story line may be a bit weird, but the battle system is my favorite of any final fantasy.

Ok after playing that hellish game (FFXI) I'm back ^.^. So, who all is on this server now?

Addiction to anything is a mental illness (not always bad to the extreme like some think). Video games do get addicting to some people, and to the point where they can become harmful. Addiction to video games should be labeled as a mental illness, but only to a certain level. If you come home from school and play games from the very second you enter the room to 4 am the next day, every day at that, then obviously there is a problem. But if you play for 3-5 hours, and still do stuff that is considered "normal" then you cannot be addicted and therefore, it shouldn't be a problem. Remember, everything in moderation.

I think this should be moved back to OT. It can do with a good discussion.

How can it weird or dumb? Its an accurate prediction at the way our world will become. Everything in that book is what is happening right now. People rather be happy then face the truth. That greed for happiness will eventually be our destruction. And if you haven't noticed, the use for books has become less and less, as people dislike reading them these days and much rather doing something interactive, and for the most part, don't pay attention to life lessons in the books. Basically, the book in whole means "Don't forget the past, face the truths, and learn to think individually and not as a collective."

It's possible to turn turn post count thing off in certain forums right? I would suggest doing this on a forum like this, just so people dont think of it as a free "Get my post count up". Also, if it was more laid back i could see it working good without adding to the post count cause this way if someone makes a double post or wants to post again and forgets to click the edit button, there wont be people saying "omgzor, dont double post, k?".

It is very mind boggling.... Even if the first part isnt true (The religion stuff) The rest is very interesting. I dont care much about 9/11 conspiracy theories, but the stuff about world domination from banks.... It actually could be a problem.

This october it is set for. Well, I think ill wait for a review before trying it :wink: :pray:

Love is a mutual feeling between two people that care a lot about each other. Is this totally impossible for teens to have? No. Is it unlikely? Yes. But even if it is unlikely, why does it matter? It is a feeling. It is something that two people decided together. Why should there be an expected age that at which anything before mean nothing, and the only thing between the two people is lust? Love is boundless. True love that is. If two people are 10 years old, and truly do love each other, then thats fine, it can happen. Is it likely, no. Just as I said before, it is boundless, and this includes age. And no one has to be in love or have felt true love to realize this all. It's just a matter of believing.

Here in Canada, we have had the exact same thing for about 5-6 years now. After the initial shock, people will get used to it, and not care anymore. It's such a nice law.

As long as its something you love, it can be perfect. My dream job is to be a teacher. I view it as such a critical position in today's society, therefore it is my dream to fulfill a very important job such as teaching.

Ray Bradbury. He does some sci-fi and fantasy. Actually he kinda makes his own genre cause the books he writes are so chalk full of life lessons, that it doesnt matter the genre, just the fact that your getting life lessons :D I recommend Fahrenheit 451 and Something wicked this way comes.

I dont have mine till next year, but i was just at my schools grad for about 30 minutes to play a few songs and play o'canada after everyone was there.

I support this. Although, I think that the mods wont be in favoure. Why, do you ask? Well such a board would be seen as a "spam" board as well, which they have already said no to. I personally like it.

I guess GTA... how can you compare the two when they are completely different genres?

Took me a total of about 32 hours (not including side quests) to beat the game. Just did it 15 minutes ago. Trust me, you will love it! (Or perhaps want to blow your brains out depending how hard you find the puzzles).
