Actually the new Varrock will be just like ardougne, but at a smallest scale. What I mean is that were gonna have 2 general areas. The north area behing the place where rich peoples leave. You can find great buildings like the museum, castle and church there. The south part will be more dark, will look "less good". It is full of ruins and populated by thieves and poverty can be seen everywhere. Edit : Actually its gonna be just like now, except there will be some graphical distinction between the 2 areas.

Where'd you hear this? my jagex mod mate..dunno if hes over estimating with this year tho. i doubt they will release this , it will ruin the dynamic of npc shops tbh the karamja update looks wicked , looking forward to varrok n KQ updates too :thumbsup: Well they did remove PoS from the do not suggest list. Just like they did to PoH before.

In my opinion : Say you have 2 lvl 3 p2p just starting the game. 1 focuss on getting a 99 skill the other focus on the quest cape. The first one could just wc hes way to 99, most skills should be easy (Except cons farming and slayer, which require alot of knowledge and abilities) The second one will have to learn basicly EVERYTHING in the game.. training techniques for all skills, go trough all of the often very puzzling quests, easilly getting 1300 + total before he gets the cape. When you start from scratch, and not from a well established main, quest cape is the hardest of them all.

Not as heavenly as falador but it's gonna look good. The south part, however, is populated with thieves, abandonned buildings and ruins. We can expect to see something way darker here. Pretty much exactly what I was going to say. I've found myself going to other sites (can I name them? Sal's is the main one) to find pictures of quest stuff quite often. I've also tended to get confused in paragraphs of instructions, to where I have to highlight the part I'm working on to be able to keep track. So, step format instructions, with MORE pictures than the old guides, would be my ideal. I totally agree on that. What you mostly want of a guide is some info to be prepared.. Like pictures of what you will be doing/facing.. Tips on doing it..

Ok you will have no problems at all (I am weaker and did it with great ease :XD: ) This is assuming you do have 40 prayer for protect from range (Since you did not listed it). First, read the tip.it quest guide about it. The first time, take nothing, just in case you die while learning your way around(Maybe some food). Just use a map of the area to navigate around the dungeon, disarming all traps and not going in front of any gold scarab on the walls. At the point where you go the second time and must fight just bring your best mage equipment, stand behind the body and activate protect from range. You can now procede to mage it to death. When he summons more minions to help him you could just stay there (they aint scary) or run next to the pond to the right of the entrance, where nothing will be able to hit you. For the fight you will only need : An ok number of runes, some food for traps you may fail. An anti-poison incase you get poisonned by the mages, and maybe a p-pot incase you perform poorly (happens to everybody) and need more time to kill the boss. Oh and sorry for the bad spelling/grammar :oops:

I heard that until you can do the summer garden (and pratice so you can do it in the minimum time) pyramide is faster

If using ancient magicks, a teleport so close to Varrock is a gift from heavens ( Or actually from Jagex)

Edit : If you (or someone else) did gather a good team of advised players you could possibly come out with a great and useful guide. Going in depth about the way you want to choose. And what skills you might want to do that. Like goal levels for a pure, a quester.. Or anybody wanting to make the best of their time Sorry but like you said you are guessing pretty much everywhere.... You would usually get a good rating for the effort :D But you obviously did no research... at all. :-s :( Here is a revised version. Take what you want Sometimes I just added comments in Italic. And I do realise I'm missing alot of important stuff too.

Nice guide :) Here are some things you might want to add : The bandit camp in the wilderness where you can buy pizza bases HAS a range for sure, and 1 click away from it (still in bandit camp) is a fishing spot where you can fish for ..... Anchovies! :D Also any p2p player that would want to make these pizzas (18 is still good training food. Even if they can make the pinnaple pizzas too) can buy the flour, tomatoes and pizza from the Recipe for Disaster chest in lumbridge castle's cellar.

Unless you own REALLY hard, you will have alot of trouble doing all the quests, and the final fight (with no prayer)

Thats what I did, but even with your agility you will fail the handholds a few (or more) times. And failing hurts.
