Yeah, i have been listening to Bloc Party for a while now, good band. Favorite songs have to be Helicopter and Banquet. Anyone that likes them should try listening to Elefant. -greg
  2. I might give this a try. I had the same sorta ideas as demoris :-? but i might try something else.
  3. 8.5/10 for bg but 5/10 for the text. You need to aa (anti-alias) the font and then pxl font needs to be smaller so it look good.
  4. Shame... I vote for firestorm, nice work both of you though.
  5. I wanted a Garden State background for my computer. If you are unfamiliar with the movie Garden State here is the website: http://www2.foxsearchlight.com/gardenstate/ I wanted the words Garden State is green letters at the top kinda like the logo on the website. I was thinking that maybe there could be a focal point in the middle and then individual pictures of the actors/actresses surrounding it. There is a photo album on the website which may provide some good pictures for this. There is no real color scheme I am just looking for creative pieces and try and use the pictures from the website. I am willing to pay from 300-500k depending on quality. Please make the size 1024*768 and 800*600. -Greg
  6. Very nice Azvy. I don't really want it but I like the concept. Keep up the good work.
  7. Very nice work Vlad. I really like the village but the text is now alittle hard to read although it is really in the only location it can go :-?. I too would be interested in buying if ever for sale :o. 9/10
  8. yeah i saw that earlier. looks really cool :D. Haven't figured everything out but i'll play around with it later :).
  9. Nice tut, the pictures aren't working for me right now but you can easily follow it from the text.
  10. Very nice :). I don't know too much about space bg's but the text looks a bit wierd. I don't like how the The is in white and the rest is in blue. Maybe fade lighter to darker blue :-?. EDIT: 9.5/10

    100k :).
  14. Why are you doing it if you don't know what it means ;-). Bumping is used to bring a post back up to the first page. Only bump posts that are not on the first page that may still have an interest, and don't bump really old posts because people tend to get pissed at that.
  15. I like them alot :). I like both of them though. The greener one is more realistic but the first one has more of a calming appeal to me. I also like how you made the signs float up from the text like bubbles.
  16. What happened to the quality :o! Would of been a pretty good sig if that haddened of happened :(. 7/10
  17. Just keep on playing around with photoshop and you will get it. Practice is what helps you get better.
