Busser at a restaurant. I make $6.65/hour + tips. Tips are done by the managers on a percentage of sold meals, so I wont ever get short changed by a server if they dont like me. Average wage when factoring in tips + hourly: around $13/hr Best averaged wage: $20.65 (I made $20.65 on a 5 hour shift with a $70 tip share) I made a lot of money over the summer... then i wrecked my car. Yay!

if you get a kill, you wont see the loot, you will get something based on a reward system on how difficult the kill was. or so they said in the update.

im sure the code writers will make an easy system to rack up the points. easiest way is to give armor a number rating, food a number rating, weapons a number rating, and just go from there. the difference between the two would be the difficulty for the lesser player, obviously if you are the better in the terms of the numbers, then you really didnt achieve much. as for one itemers, im not worried. if i do happen to be on a world and a one itemer is trying to KO me with an ags or something, i would hope that i had a tele with me. I think the key in this new type of combat world is always keeping some kind of teleport with you as well as food.

How have they killed it? Just means we don't have to drop all our 5kg and 2kg, instead we can just sell them/chisel them \ . its faster to get granite now, so its going to sell for cheaper. that's the theory any way.

I think it's just random. If you do it right, you have a 1/10 chance of getting an item, so your 14 run dry streak is where it should be, or possible too high. on 13 KC I have gotten 47 drops. 4 were spears, about 5 were V Helms, 4-6 were G Helms. I dont think KC has anything to do with it, other than runes. Just make sure you have killed all the brothers before you loot.

It used to be an addiction. I would spend hours hacking away at beasts that respawn on a predictable spot or on a tree to gain minimal experience, in hopes that one day I could achieve a level that would reward me in some way. As of today, RuneScape is merely a time filler when all of my other time fillers have been exhausted. This means if I have nothing to do with friends/family/school, I am bored with COD4, I am bored with CS:Zero, I am bored with CS:1.6, and I want to talk to my friends on ventrilo that still play the game, i will hop onto RuneScape and make a few potions. I find it weird that about 4 months ago I was staying up until 4-5 in the morning trying to get that elusive Saradomin hilt drop, or trying to get enough money for 70 herblore, 70 construction, and 70 Runecrafting. Now I spend a maximum of 2 hours on the game a week, and that is a generous statement.

The mmo stereotype isnt that big of a deal around where i live. Sure, not everyone thinks its 'cool' but even kids in my grade (senior year) who are very popular play WoW and RS. WoW isnt really looked down upon. everything else pretty much makes people ask "what is that?" Then I normally just say "well, its like WoW but the skills are different and so are the graphics" then they just go on to the next subject. not really a bad stereotype against any game.

because want to be mods arent bad enough, people with 9.9 blackmarks will make it worse.

Heck, I'm only on my summer vacation and I play less than 2 hours a week now. Once I go back to school, get more hours at work, have debate tournaments on the weekends, and do stuff around the house, I dont have any time left anyway. The few hours I manage to get on the computer a week are spent on facebook and counterstrike. Runescape just doesnt seem like a priority like it used to. Quitting runescape is pretty imaginable at the moment. I play a few hours a week total i guess. With everything going on in my life, where is the time to play? I dont know if I will ever out right quit, just because I will always hop on and say hi to my friends, But i think I am at the point where you can call me inactive.

you cant give items away anymore with the equal trade update.. they would have to buy them from you, or you would have to sell the items, but armor, and die in bounty hunter, which is looked down upon. so good luck.

Both have their advantages. CC is there without a download, something i'm sure jagex thought of when it was in the first steps of the creation of the CC. CC also has the fullscreen capability, which many prefer. However, IRC has the ability of modification, link sharing, no filters (or modded filters so you can talk about what you want to talk about), and has the ability to be in multiple servers AND channels at the same time. Talking in your clan IRC along with being in an IRC like TIP.IT, or other communities is a nice bonus. If I had to choose one of the two, it would be IRC. I don't use swiftkit, but IRC still has advantages outside of swiftkit, and plenty of them. --------------------------------- If I had the ability to choose any chat system, I would go with ventrilo. Ventrilo gives clans and friends voice access instead of typing. why type in a war when you can hold down your hotkey and talk? It is easy to define voices with a good Codex, so you don't have to look at who is talking. You also don't have to revert your attention to anywhere else, such as a chat box or another window like IRC to type. TeamSpeak is another option, but everyone just sounds like robots. I prefer Ventrilo above all others.
