got 12 snapdragons from 1 patch on that run too ^.^ Well, I'm a combat noob. I know that. It's all good. Yes, I know I have 52 construction, 51 runecrafting, and 50 hunter. I hate the skills. Simple as that. as for the other ones that are not so good, such as herblore and thieving, those should be going up pretty soon. Rate what I have now tho. I know it isn't the best, but I love it all the same. \ Oh, and 77k from my slayer level. :)

I don't know if they would go into such metaphors, but they might do the dragon just because it is a recognizable character from the game, as well as a bit of a step up from a guy with a spear or a skeleton with a brassy.

I'm not really following this logic. Sure, you COULD say that a pickaxe is going to make people love mining and want to mine a lot more now, but that is just completely false. Getting coal is so much easier from MTK. Why spend my time mining, when I could be doing slayer, farming, crafting, or fishing? Sure, you could get double done mining and doing MTK, but I STILL hate mining, even if there was an axe that increased my productivity by 5%. I'm not the majority of RS, but I think it would be safe to say that a lot of people would agree with me. more than likely the axe would be millions, and traded for godswords the first hours because people are idiots, it would fall to 5m, and then go down to 2.5 and gently move around that price. But, of course, this is all dependent on HOW you get the axe. If the axe is dropped like the woodcutting axe does, then the price will be a lot higher. If the axe is dropped by a new slayer monster at level 95, the price will be extremely high, but we don't know that is how it is going to be dropped. it might be gained after a quest. basically we need more information before jumping to conclusions.

Hmm, so true. I was in a clan for 2.5 years. Worked my way up the ranks, right below leader position. It stinks when at one point in time, you are cheering all for the same team, and then over time more and more people start giving up on the sport. At the same time, more and more new people are starting to cheer. Eventually, no one you know are at the games when you cheer, and you just feel out of place. :(

If you have the items in your bank already, and they are impossible to sell because of some abnormal training method (lets say 400k body runes or something that would take weeks to sell. or hey, maybe those 10M needles that some of you thought was a good idea to buy just because when the update came out with infinity of each item in general/NPC stores) then it would be worth it in my opinion. However, I dont see the point in training, summoning for example, and making scrolls instead of reusing the shards from the pouches because you want junk items. The money will still go back into the skill, but more than likely you wont get as much money from the junk trade than you would from the actual trade from the ogre. at any rate, if you screwed up a few months ago or your used an abnormal training method with a weird product, junk trading MIGHT be worth it. But to go out of your way to collect the items of worth, you arent getting any benefit. you wasted your time to buy the item over price, therefore you still bought the item for equal value. But i guess the topic needs to go towards the value of your time. In my case, I would rather just not junk trade if the item isnt buyable because my time on this game is valuable. I dont play much, so to get items to junk trade would be a waste.

It's cool. Instead of working from a render, would you work from a stock, or a picture with a background you could blend into making the sig?

i am definitely guilty of buying skills, but certain skills, in my opinion, are better for me to buy. Personally, I don't think I could kill 5k green dragons, bank the bones and hides, tan the hides, and craft them. I would go crazy. I would rather buy the hides pretanned and craft them myself. I love to craft, I enjoy it a lot. I just dont have the time or the willpower to grind away at green dragons to get the hides. But, I used to do farming just from the drops I would get. I don't much like farming, so I only go it up for a few quests. 1-63 smithing was all my own ore and bars that I mined myself in F2P. Once I hit P2P I mined 5k iron ore, bought 5k, mined gems to get 58 (i think) rubys to make the rings of forging. made the bars and then made those into knives. I didnt mine the other 5k because to be totally honest, it didnt seem worth it. I was already making 1.2m at the time. paying a little wasnt going to hurt me a bit. Flething I bought, but who wants to chop trees for days to get 1 fletching level? i dont :( Same goes for construction. I don't know. I guess I could be self sufficient if I wanted to. I can see both sides to it. It is much more rewarding to get everything yourself, but sometimes it is just hard to keep grinding away, and 5 days later you are only half way done. I would like to tell you I like being self sufficient, but I also like to enjoy the skill. not work endlessly at one skill to enjoy another.

With the new skin, the green and red is a bit assaulting on the eyes on the gray and blue-gray backgrounds. Definitely not my favorite color choices.

I don't think its possible to use 3.5m of recourses to kill 1 boss. I'm pretty sure your inventory doesnt have that many slots.

Spend some of the money you have on a DFS. You wont regret it. I have the same slayer setup as you but with a DFS and I have tried the defender. The defender might have better attack bonuses, but the defence bonuses of the DFS are amazing, especially wheny ou want to last on a slayer task. 10/10 definatly. amazing stats

That hybrid was right, the mage is the person who is supposed to time rex's death with prime's. they might have been on a fast world, or maybe he doesn't time it like that. Either way, if the new guy didn't liste to the instructions of the mage trying to time his kills so the hybrids didnt run out into a death trap, it really isn't the mages fault now, is it? anyway, nice drops. i've never soloed, but I really want to give it a shot. There are a lot of times I want to go and some people that i DK with are never on.

Problem: 1) You aren't the only doing this. Good luck finding a buyer any time soon in the GE with you, and everyone else doing the exact same thing. 2) Not everyone buys at the max price if they don't have to. 3) If you are buying a minimum price from GE, what makes you think others won't do the exact same thing? Obviously there is a supply of runes to suffice the merchanters, what makes you think someone wont do the exact same thing to buy runes for their personal use?

Oh! and last night I finished the Karamja Achievement Diary and got my gloves to teleport to shilo! This should make slayer move at a better pace. If anything, I feel more accomplished :)

Oh no, purely a collection. My friend game them to me before he semi-quit. He didn't know if he was going to play much in the future, so before the imbalanced trade update, he game me his collection and asked me to 'keep it alive'. So I added it to my collection, and I will be adding all my talisman drops to my collection. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the bones in my BOB are dagannoth if anyone is curious. Just a few I picked up in about a week of DKing

Believe it or not, my stats ARE this bad. Just got all 50+ today from doing the karamja quest diary, leveling up hunter and runecrafting with the lamps. I only needed 600 xp to get the hunter level, so i went to the desert. To date, this is the "Best of my bank", or BOB as the cool kids like to call it. The eggs are just the random ones i've gotten from nests, the axes and pickaxes are from drops ONLY (kind of a collection of mine, of many), seaweed and sand is being collected for 70 crafting. i think im like 1/4 of the way there. (by the way, the axes and pickaxes are rune, but the quality is horrible. sorry for that.) This next picture is the first line of my bank. Cash of course, and the rest are collections i keep. all of them are from drops and a few donations from friends. I am working on getting the addy spear collection up. those are from kq. addy javs from black dragons. the steel axes are from slayer ONLY. the talismans are a combination of my friends collction and mine. we used to go dking with each other, but he quit for school. he gave me his collection, so mine doubled. And finally, this is my outfit I use for slayer. (unless of course, its an odd task for a set up, like bloodvelds, spectres, etc.). Working for 85 slayer and 99 def. Well, rate if you wish. "Why have prices halved?" simple. everyone wants to sell their items fast. putting them at lowest possible price sells them fast. putting them at lowest possible price ALSO lowers the overall price of the item, thus the average price of the item. this will lower the prices in the GE.
