Ok so am I a fool or not? (I was going to test it last night but I had a stupidly long slayer task and had to do some admin'ing). Back on the topic I believe z spear (with SGS as special) is the best combo. I think it was compfreak who did some tests and void was about the same as karils in kills per hour as you have to heal a lot more with void losing the time you gain from the quicker kills.

This thread is about building a PC for a similar price to a console with equal or better performance. When you buy a console it doesn't come with speakers. However I would like to mention the HD4670 has audio over HDMI (7.1 I believe) so if you was to attach it to a TV with HDMI input then you wouldn't need any other equipment to get audio. So that would/could cover the audio and visual side of things leaving the interface. A halfway decent keyboard and mouse will only set you back $30 at the most.

They mucked up there system when they starting adding event quests to the list. If you exclude them then we're on 149 (minus 2 for event quests and 1 for the starting quest) so I'm hoping like mad the true 150 is going to be amazing.

Summoning, Runecrafting or Agility. All the other skills can be brought or speed trained without much effort.

I'm in the process of making a calc and I'm having issues with the fish calculation so I can't help you on that. Flax is 80gp for 40gp so its a 200% profit. Coal is less, 176gp for 91.6 gp. So 10 fish 5 flax. Of course the gems from coal can throw the calculations out of the window.

They have 2 different attack animations. One hits with magic and one with range. If your saying one of the attacks is range based range and the other is magic based range just think about it. Range attacks are from a distance, magic attacks are from a distance. If someone far-casts there not using a magic based range attack, there simply using magic. Waterfiends primary use a range attack, but occasionally use a magic attack. Protect spells still work against range or magic based other attacks. For example protect from melee protects you from bloodveds even though they are magic based melee'ers.

They use to different attacks one range and one magic. They have different animations for both and is why you prayer range and wear magic defense. If it was one attack then you would never get hit if you were using the right protect prayer.

Natures and above are worth catching (but not pirates). Lesser ones are ok as you can alch or drop most of the loot, but there not worth the hassle IMO.

I take it as you keyed in the password and ensured your router isn't MAC address secured. Have you tried with any other wireless devices?

With magic shortbow you'll use more prayer pots reducing your profit. Emerald (e) have a little cloud of green gas raise up on the ground when the poison has hit, once there past half hp and are poisoned leave them then start attacking another. The poison, a pet (npc of bandos, zammy or sara) or a player will do the rest.

Hi, For some reason the quest calculator seems to think the 70 agility suggestion is a requirement for this quest (Scorpion Catcher). Will post a screen shot if you need confirmation.

These all look like ok builds to me. I would do the following to vesuvius27's build. Replace the CPU with this - better performance, unlocked and cheaper $64.99. Replace the DVD with this - SATA connection for only $2 more (trust me its a lot easier to work with). Replace the RAM with this - after rebates its $19.99 for 4gb of ram :shock: Replace the motherboard with this - $69.99 after rebates, but AM2+ socket (better for the CPU and great onboard). Replace the graphics card with this - $49.99 after rebates Vista Home premium 64 bit $99.99 - don't give me any rubbish about Vista. This allows the full 4gb to be usable as well as play DX10 games if you decide to upgrade. $426.93 pre rebates, $376.93 after. So add a case + psu and you've got a damn good build. Karils has better range and magic defense, waterfiends attack with range and magic. So why would black d'hide be better? Fury is far better then a stole, as you'll hit harder and get hit less with a fury then a stole. Use SGS as your special weapon to allow you to camp there longer. The rest is ok

They will get aggressive because i usually switch spots once in a while since they can get very packed sometimes. Thats the best method. As you can get about 3 or 4 attacking you at once its a lot easier to ensure you get a kill. PS. you best be using emerald bolts (e) as you'll get a fair bit more profit per hour.

use unholy as its got offensive bonuses, better prayer bonus and makes them easier to kill (they all auto attack you)

Don't think so as some black items don't work like black salamander and darklight.

Marigolds yes, tomatoes up to you but its always good to use supercompost.

Pick a colour stand near it then wait for either the beast to fire (move or bless accordingly) or the colour to move. I found the last one the easiest as its just a case of watching the colors and standing near them until the beast fires.

Use a rune axe and you'll be amazed how easy that part is. 4 super engerys 4 sara brews 1 click tele rest sharks IMO the first room is the hardest.

Biggest profit is marigolds, tomatoes and snapdragons.

Maybe have it work like this (bazzaminxer has a very similar idea); 65 - can use 2 protection prayers, but the damage reduction is 35% of both 85 - can use 2 protection prayers, but damage reduction is 35% For each 3 levels after the requirement you gain an extra 5% protection. So at 99 you can protect from you get 95% protection from 2 styles and 60% from 3 styles. This promotes leveling prayer for a reason other than prayer potions and super restores as well as ensuring its not overpowered. Maybe have a drain rate 1.8 for 2 and 2.5 for 3, of the normal protect prayer rate, as your not 100% protected and its a fair drain.

On the moss d'armless (think that's what its called) I've heard its possible to break the 800k per hour mark from ninjas and dragons. Not sure how reliable it is though.

I would get this. Up the ram to 4gb, get the 64 bit version of home premium and maybe upgrade the battery. Comes to less then 900 and should be amazing for most things. Gaming you should get away with medium settings on most games and high/max on 2 to 3 year old games.
