Depends, some times I'll have a stock of item which I gained and use them other times I'll buy a top amount on the GE. Things like super attacks and prayer pots I make myself without I'm running low and have no supplies. Armours, some runes/arrows and food I buy as it takes too long to amaze the amounts I tend to burn through.

I'll try 85 attack with slayer and see how I hold up (I slayed a pretty much to 80 all melee so was a bit bored with the tasks). 8 hours for 70 agility seems a long time (I get bored fast) but I did meet someone last time who wanted to train with me so thats good.

Well granite lobsters give more exp. The downside is they use more shards, but the seconds are only 10% of the cost and you can take a 5kg block and simply trade back the pouches then chisel more 500g blocks and repeat. So yes there much better even if your running the plants yourself. EDIT looks like I'll be catching some swamp lizards for the next few days at over 50k per trip sounds like it should be good money and hunting exp

Granite lobsters are more exp and faster then stranger plants. You get 70% of the shards back. Not sure on the costs as it varies depending on your playing style.

Hi all, I've completed a few of my goals and now have some new ones. 1. 79 summoning If I used my current charms I can hit 74 which leaves me with around 2k of crimsons needed. If I do bork as well as penguins its about at about 1850 after this week. Waterfiends would be over 22 hours of camping there and rock lobsters would be over 9m. Any other more interesting methods of getting charms/summoning exp? 2. Full lumberjack Roughly how long does it take? In this time how many nail beast events would you expect to get? 3. 70 Agility - big one I know. Given that I need about 900 laps (after the circus) of the wildy course how long is it on average per lap (using a T bird)? On a side note how long would it take to obtain agility brawler gloves using the 26k trick? 4. 85 all melee stats AZ's vs slayer which would you pick? With slayer its going to add to the charm pot, but its going to take atleast twice as long. 5. 72 prayer Worth the extra cost? 7. Arma and Sara GWD What range level should I be aiming for? 8. Your opinion If you had about 2m (3m if needed) to play with and the above goals how would you go about it? This is my current plan. Slayer till 85 attack and 80 range (both are very close). Depending on the amount of charms I get and the total amount of cash at the time (should be in the region of 4/5m depending on how long it takes). Either get 85 defense (via slayer if the amount of gp or charms is low) then burst the remainder or vice versa.

Yea this works extremely well if you have the gear (I use void range to poison then void melee to finish) Use emerald bolts to poison the mole then switch to your main weapon. Its a fun thing to do. Not sure on the time per kill as it varies from player to player, but if you sell the claws/skin on the GE its about 15k per kill (3 is about the average) with them alone.

Nah the poison seems to be caused by a familiar of any sort it happened to be just after the PvP update for a while (only happened on chaos druids and didn't benefit me), but I thought it was fixed.

Just did some tests runs with my normal method with a slight twist and I would recommend the following tweaks. Replace the unholy book with spirit shield (blessed if you have it) its slightly lower bonus' on offensiveness, but a lot lot better on defensive stats, extremely cheap and no negatives. Swap one prayer pot with a super restore and 1 pineapple pizza with a sara brew. This removes any negatives ahrim may have given you, restores prayer, heals you and boosts your defense. Try replacing broad with diamond (e) and you'll notice a improvement. If you have one a GS is amazing for taking out ahrims and karils (manage a 3 hit kill on karils about 1 in 3) and cuts down the costs of the bolts.

70k is about right. Picking up most of the drops i get 70 to 73k per hour with void, salve and piety.

Yea, they use them for GWD and just drop them once there in the boss room.

Please retest it a few more times. 99% of people who have tested it have came to the opposite conclusion.

If your going to LS in the GWD arma and bandos are the best. Sara and Zammy both have 1 high value item and 1 low. Arma has 1 high, 2 mid and 1 low. Bandos has 3 mid and 1 low. You pretty much have twice the odds of getting a decent item from either. O out of those 3 I would do TD just as its more sustainable.

Arma helm/torags Fury/arma pendant zammy d'hide body torags legs <- might be worth trying sara d'hide legs snake skin boots Rune C'bow with broad or addy/mith bolts Granite shield Ava's acculator Inv 100 or so B2P tabs 5 to 7 ranging potions 100 or so nats fire staff 3 space savers (cheap food would be ideal) monk fish Should last a while.

I just use melee gear, rune defender and whip. A inventory of monks, bunyip and 3 super sets is normally enough for a task. There a decent task as long as your prepared. I've also seen a few 120+ people just piety in full prayer gear to speed up the task.

I believe PoH and Barrows are random free.

I would also recommend taking 1 sara brew and 1 super rest, use them just before you enter the room to heal, boost your hp/defense and top up your prayer, then super attack and strength. I will be trying this tonight.

Firemaking, cooking and fletching easily. Depending on your level range could be chinable to 99. Depends on you really though.

The freaking point is spears aren't supposed to be 2handed. :roll: Runescape is supposed to be based on historical evidence. Note I didn't say identical. I know its a game, at least there still should be some kind of logical reasoning behind the weaponry. So just because its a game, daggers can be 2handed, warhammers should weigh less than shortswords? Stop arguing about "its just a game". It is a game, but there still should and must be some logic behind it. Spears are light wooden sticks with a metal end on top. So is this as heavy as a 2handed sword or maul? NO. Wood is light. The small metal tip on the top isn't going to be heavy either. Spears ARE onehanded weapons, for god's sake. Jagex got it mixed up with PIKES. Pikes = long, twohanded spears, usually above 2m long. At that point the wood becomes too heavy to be used efficiently with one hand, so it becomes a 2handed weapon. Spears are long sticks (but below 2m or so) that are 1handed and used in conjunction with a shield. Worst post ever. Firefox, Opera and Chrome are all 3rd party and completely legal. SK is currently under debate, but is considered by 50% of Jagex employees as legal. A better way to phrase it would be, if you think it might be illegal then it probably is.

I love the g maul spec there too, its 2/3 really fast hit which normally do high damage. One of the most underated spec weapons for there. O and I doubt you'd did often with the ancient mace spec if at all.

O if your using that spot it will be fine. I normally rotate spots to make it less boring which involves going past the gorak and the vamp every now and then.

I believe the 35k/hour figure was using a kyatt and rings of duelling, but I can't be 100% sure.
