If it's a coordinate clue, you might simply have to dig elsewhere in the wilderness. If not, send a query to Jagex.
  2. In order to appear in the highscores for a skill, you'll have to a) be level 30 or more in that skill and B) be in the top 1,000,000 For popular skills like strength or magic, you'll need a higher level (66 and 56) to be in the highscores, but other skills like farming have less than 350,000 players in the highscore, so you'll only need to reach level 30 to appear there.
  3. I'd choose A instantly. It can't be that bad, and I'd develop amazing artistic skills with an acoustic guitar and 20 years. I'd guess I could also ask for weight lifting equipment and updated books on it, to be able to stay in shape. I'd have enough time to figure out what to do.
  4. Well, that's been a year gone. Happy new 2008 to all Tif'ers!
  5. As far as I've understood, the trading unbalance limit is dependant on your Quest Points. Someone with 0 qp will have a max of 3k, while someone with a Quest Cape (249 qp at the moment) will have a 30k limit. This would mean that a f2p will have a limit between 3k and (random number here) 5k, whereas a member could increase it to 30k.
  6. Following the link in the thumbnail (smaller version of the pic) will lead you to a page with the pic in full size and some lines of coding below. Use the one that says "Direct link to image" between tags.
  7. The Legend of Zelda counts as a RPG? Mine would be: ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷ Chrono Trigger (of course!) ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷ Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷ The Secret of Mana And that'd be it. I haven't played many RPG's to be honest, not even Pokemon or any FF game.
  8. I have heard (no proves about this) that they'll still see you on, and will still be able to message you. However, you won't see them messaging you (as if you were -ignoring- them).
  9. Yes, your total magic defence is build up from your equipment, your magic level and your defence level. (Source) No, ranged levels or att/str levels won't increase your defence against these types of attacks, only your defence levels and your equipment will.
  10. I immediately got reminded of this: What can I say? As long as they're different enough from the Bunny Ears, but still noticeable enough, it can be a good idea.
  11. I've only seen you a couple of times here. 2.5/10
  12. Meh. Not that funny. 7/10
  13. There was a similar suggestion some while ago, but it had a similar approach. The poster said that there were too many Debates going on on OT, and thus a Subforum would be suitable. At the end, the concussion reached was that Debates were already a crucial point of OT, and that a Subforum would simply leave OT empty of worthy threads.

I'm completely sure the experience is split in two between magic and defence (1 magic xp and 1 defence xp per damage point), but you'll still get the same base exp in magic.
  15. There's only one thing I have in my mind that is similar to a new year resolution. It's more like a goal to aim to that I've had for quite a while. It's getting less than a 1,5 in my Abitur note. Oh, and probably going to (and staying in) the gym.
  16. I don't really like this one. I'm not an artist, so you'll get no c/c from me, just a subjective rating. 5/10
  17. I think that some of the information above is false. According to the KB, the amount of gain/loss you will be able to have is a max of 3k each 15 minutes, independent of whom you traded with. There is hope that Jagex might take rune-running into account after the Trade Update next year, but if there are no additional changes to those already announced, both crafters and runners will be limited to 1 or 2 trades (not sure on the numbers) every 15 minutes. I.e., law, nat, or air running will be pretty much dead.

The kisses we are talking about are mouth to mouth, you see. Or at least mouth-cheek. Mouth-ear is just weird. And it feels disgusting, at least on the receiving side.
  19. Mine pure ess and craft laws or nats out of them.
  20. Yes, just as with any other damaging spell you'll get 4/3 HP exp per damage point inflicted.

That's exactly what I was referring to, The_Sith. Neither did the Caption Contest nor the Haiku's have direct connection with RS, and thus they were great ideas. My point was that the Contest should not require the contestants to log into RS for some kind of game -(e.g. a 'find me' event). I'd find those unfair for retired people, even if I still play RS.
  22. I see... So this all was just a necroing, eh? Just in case it was real question, no, I really doubt Crumble Undead would work on him, seeing he's not undead. [hide]He killed me once and I had to tele the second time. I'd recommend you to use dds specs to poison him and then mage him. Beware of the carts, those are your most dangerous enemies, along with the cranes. Bring a ring of life and lots of good food (sharks, monkfish). I'd use either deaths or chaos with gauntlets to kill him. Good luck![/hide]

Are ducks lots of fun when diamonds fall from heaven?
  24. I get tired of all these memes. You still get a 7/10
