The technology for that kind of stuff could be built underground with investments from rich entrepeneurs desiring said technologies (i.e., what rich guy wouldn'y cough up the money for the technology to mind swap, if it resulted in him being guarenteed immortality). Accually, that may be something you can't report for because there is a second screen. But if they turn weapon off or a piece of armor off (besides shield), you can't find out in the second screen, thats why I'm not sure about this. If you are on a trade, and the guy changes 100k to 1004gp/10k there's always the second trade screen, but it's still scamming. I'd say it is, as they are trying to get an unfair advantage in order to take your staked items/money.

The good points about slayer are that you train an extra skill (extra exp), you get variety, and most slayer monsters have good drops. However, if you just the old boring fast exp, kill giants or high leveled skeletons (with salve amulet).
