  1. It's all in your brain. Because of genetics, I have to have blood taken out at least twice a year, and I'm fairly "used" to needles of those kinds. It's not that bad unless you fear them because of a bad experience of some kind (it's never happened to me, maybe the doctors are better in my country), and the pain usually is over after a couple of minutes. Your enemy, and the cause of your fear, is you brain. It's when you are going to write an important exam and you get nervous: you know how feel, and you know it won't help, but you can't do anything about it. So, as a tip, try to do this: -Don't avoid the appointment, and don't delay it. The sooner you have it, the sooner it's over, and you won't be thinking too much much about it beforehand. -Try drinking some extra water the days before the appointment. -Don't stare at the needle. It won't help, and the needle won't go away. -Just before you are pierced, take a deep breath, and as soon as your skin has been penetrated, exhale. [hide] [/hide] And how do we achieve that? My arm veins are only visible sometimes, it changes randomly to be honest. :XD:

I've already seen a couple of eclipses before, so I just didn't find this one e̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâáinteresting enough to stay awake (or wake up) at around 3:00 am... I mean, is it that special? :-s
  3. You should visit this page. It's really useful, especially for TET's events. :
  4. 43 prayer is not really necessary, but it'd help you. About the agility level, it depends if you want to go on with the quest line. If you are, I'd recommend you get 56 before doing UP, that way UP will be a piece of cake, and you can immediately continue with Regicide. If you don't want to keep on with regicide, though, simply get it as high as possible. I'd say 40ish is good enough
  5. If you have access to the Ape Atoll course you might try it, although the wilderness course is faster exp. :-w
  6. So, the topic was reported... I wonder why? 1) Blue. 2) Cars ought to not have names. 3) The Bicentennial Man, can't think of the other at the moment 4) I like folk music, but no country for me. 6) Why would I? :-s 7) Nope. 8) 12:15 of the next day at the moment. 9) It depends on the chocolate and the cheese. 10) Not too much. 11) A website full of random videos and FMA AMV's. 12) Right now? Imagine. -John Lehnon 13) Can't touch this. 14) Of course!! 15) Nope. The people that rallied under it might have thought many different things, however. 16) "Dear Mr, President, you'd never take a walk with me, would you?" 17) Yes... Sorry if I offend anyone. 18) "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need" 19) Who would it be? uh.... Edward Elric? :XD: 20) A Rumanian song mad popular by a fat kiddo that danced and singed along and uploaded a video. It's by a Rumanian band.
  7. By the way, if a friend of yours asks you seriously if you are gay, don't feel disgusted, feel complimented. That means that your friend is so close to you that he feels comfortable enough to ask you that, and trusts you enough. Just something I've thought. (the other way around, though, me asking someone else if they are...)

Definitely use the wilderness arena. It's the best exp for that level.
  9. Nope. That means that if you want better exp when killing monsters with your dd, you should take the poison off with a cleaning cloth.
  10. Personally, I'm just too low leveled in order to get there. So what? Should I whine about the monsters being too strong? Nope, I should restrain from going there, or I should get my combat skills higher. However, not many people think like that in RS. If you have a high-leveled update, you'll get rants about it being too hard. If you have an update for the low/mid levels, you'll get rants about Jagex forgetting about the "loyal high leveled" players. If you have a Bits and Bites update, you'll get complaints about it being useless. If you have too click too much, you'll get rants about people getting CTS. If Jagex changes it so that you don't have to click that much, you'll get rants about the exp being much slower. It's a never-ending cycle. Do what you do, some people will always disagree with you (Jagex, in this case). Just ignore them.
  11. Maybe I'm just used to it, but I simply can't sleep more than 9 hours without feeling extremely tired after I wake up. I normally sleep around 7-8 hours when going to school, and around 9 on holidays, and I've never had problems like feeling sleepy in school or the like.
  12. They are tradeable, but it'd be faster cash if you went killing chaos druids hoping for dshield left halves. They were pretty valuable (around 100k+) when they first came out, but nowadays they're quite useless and valueless.

Most probably, you are nervous when talking to him, so the tone in your voice might suggest him some insubordination or the like... Write a letter, it'll give you much better results.
  14. Simple, nice and cool. 9.5/10

Barbarian Outpost is faster exp, but the Pyramid is less boring and gives a little money. Change to Brimhaven Arena at around level 40 (just don't even try with the dart obstacle, and try to avoid the spinning blades, and try to cash in as many tickets as possible). If you want/need to keep on training, go the Wildy Course as soon as you can, the exp there is much better.
  16. You are not disgusting, and you are not a freak. You'd be a freak if you had a third eye in your forehead, but not because you are somewhat effeminate. It's just the way you are. : Hey, it's not your fault they're so close-minded that they can't accept that anyone falls out from the "big, muscled, hairy dumb football player" {jock} stereotype, it's theirs. Don't try and force yourself to "fit in", that's not healthy, and as you said, it's not natural. You just need to gain some self-esteem, and feel more comfortable with yourself.
  17. Looks good. 9/10
  18. 190. And by the way, no pic no proof. :XD:
  19. I'd hide it. Most probably he has just committed a crime and wants to take advantage to my ignorance in order to transfer his guilt to me, then somehow recover the money. :uhh:
  20. You start with a=b, right? Going from step (a-B)(a+B)=b(a-B) to step a+b=b would require you to divide by zero, which is not defined. :P By the way, feathers are much cheaper than gold, so, I'd say a pound (̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã) of feathers is heavier.

[trapical's fault] Nope. Your fault. Trapical just named the comic, and the comment went on unnoticed, while the discussion about the hypothetical case of suffering from/being able to have a gender change continued normally. However, you commented on the comic, and praised it above almost everything else, and convinced us to read it and lose hours of our lives, and basically lead us all into commencing this "cult", as you call it. Your fault. It's not as if it was that bad though... I'll just keep reading the comic every Sunday, reading 5/700 pages at once is much better than just reading one daily.

Send a formal complaint letter to the Principal/Superintendent/Head of District/Local Newspaper/Federal Government/International Newspaper, in that order, until you get your problem solved. A calm rant letter with good arguments is the best thing you can do at the moment.
  23. The tool stores don't have inclusive effects when upgrading, because you need the TS1 to build the TS2, and the TS1 doesn't get deleted when you upgrade it. There are 5 different hotspots for tool stores, and you can only build the TS1 in the TS1 hotspot, the TS2 in the TS2 Hotspot after you've built the TS1 and so on. (I hope you understand this) With the beer barrels, it's not an "upgrade", because you might prefer to have an infinite supply of one specific ale instead of another (most ales have skill bonuses). There's only 1 hotspot, however, so you'll have to choose which ale you prefer.
  24. Lletya, the Piscatoris Fishing Colony, Sophanem, Nardah, Mos Le'Harmless, the Lunar Isle, Neitiznot, (maybe the southwesternmost Bank in the Gnome Stronghold too) are all quite empty. Feel free to use any of those for privacy.
  25. Dragon or Barrows gloves are simply much better than a combat bracelet, and seeing you want att and defence bonuses, a warrior ring would be the best.
