Just to correct on my first post I have Windows Media Player 11, not 10 sorry.

I wish to play a DVD (legal, paid for.) on my Computer, but it opens in Windows Media player saying I'm missing MPEG 2 Decoder. And when I click Webhelp and follow through the instructions it leads to 3-4 different links to sites. All of them you have to pay for the software. Is there any MPEG 2 Decoders out there for free? I had films playing on my PC before and I didn't need one of these MPEG 2 Decoders. Windows XP Professional, All Windows Updates done, Windows Media Player 10, Need anymore stats lets me know and instructions how to get them. Error Message: Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card. That's after I tried a free MPEG 2 Decoder off the internet.

100% Agree. The answer is you can't get to DK's on your own Solo. Therefore you wouldn't have been able to get all the drops if you didn't have a team-mate/suicider to help you get in there. Notice no "higher powers" from GoF have posted yet defending their "policy", maybe they think it's stupid too but just can't admit it.

I'd guess so, you need 80 Smithing to attach the pieces together, so unless they added a NPC to smith for you then it'd be pointless for alot of players without 80+ Smithing.

And pay all their staff to work the night shift? Won't happen. (4pm EST is 9pm GMT, then they'd have to stay another few hours to make sure it's all running fine.)

Well I believe that willow logs from that shop cost 12 gp each. So jsut do the math, how many you need for 99 * 12. That's how many gp it'll cost. And it will take a long long time, personally I think you should do what I did and just wc the logs, then you'll have a high wc level aswell as a high firemaking level.
