Post/people saying things like this is why i have no faith in mankind anymore.. Yes ofcourse when we die we emmit an unkown form of eletrical energy that forms into orbs and we travel as orbs around the world in our next lifetime.. SRSLY, whatever you people are on that come up with [cabbage] like this, you need to come back to reality. Wow. You really have no idea what I am talking about. I said ELECTRICAL ENERGY. Not spiritual energy [cabbage], you [wagon]. Did I say anything about people floating around as orbs in another lifetime. HELL NO! Now read the damn post next time before flaming me. Wow. Someone needs to grow up. In fact, 2 people need to grow up. Nightsword, flaming him that bad was unnecessary. Kill_thomas9, that response was unnecessary. Both of you flipped out with no reason. Love being the parent type for once... I feel my response was totaly justified. I hate it when people read the first line of a response, and start flaming the person for it, when they have no idea what the original post, or their own post is about. If someone is going to be stupid and ignorant, they should keep their stupidity and ignorance to themselvs. If you flame me, do it with reason.

just because they are less harmful doesnt mean they arent harmful. thats like saying i'll have less of a chance of dieing a i poke an unexploded bomb with a stick then if i poke 2... DRUGS are still DRUGS soft or not No... It's like the difference betwen a gun and a bat...

I'd say it was electrical energy. When someone in a graveyard is dead, electrical energy is discrarged, and the energy has to go somewhere. I would say it gathers on particles in the air, and forms those orbs. As for the feild, it could be solar flares that send excess electrical energy into the atmosphere. Once there, it may gather on particles, which then float down. Of course I have no idea if this is true, because I am just taking information that I know, and making it into this abstract theory. :D

Yah, I'll try to stay on topic. Try. And now I'm caught up enough to watch FMA on tv.

Oh geez, it's not going to be 20 pages. At almost 50 lines per page all I need to do is make sure the lines cover an average of about 3-4 pages each. Might be forced to 5-6, especially if I add extra stuff in beyond just the plot, but it's not going to be that long  . Oh, and not all the chimeras are depressing, but they do have a tendency to die (and/or be evil) throughout the anime :( . Oh, and not really Lionheart^ :P . Thats right... You dont include pictures when you outline the comic. My bad. And I guess disturbing is a better word than depressing. Especially that evil guy who changed his daughter/dog into one. (I cant remember his name at the moment). I guess his voice also adds a layer of disturbingness to him.

Germans claim to have broken the speed of light.

Sorry... It's hard to explain what I'm saying... As I'm sure you know, this stuff is very complicated... I know, I can see why it'd be a difficult concept to get across, which is why I'm asking for the sources you have- so I can read them and try and understand what you're saying. And no, Futurama doesn't count :P . Lol, I remember that episode :P . And I dont have any sources. I saw it on a television show once a few months ago (and no it wasn't futurama). I guess it is possible that they were wrong though. I might as well just forget about it though. But I think it had something to do with the fact that the faster matter moves, the slower time goes for it. Edit: I might add that it is more than likely that is is complete crap. Saying it is "possible that they were wrong" is a bit of an understatment. -

No offense or anything, but I don't think that made much sense :-s . You can't "move the universe", just the matter in it, and moving the matter around you doesn't make you go any faster. Where are you getting all this moving-the-universe stuff from :-s ? Sorry... It's hard to explain what I'm saying... As I'm sure you know, this stuff is very complicated... -
I havn't finished any other anime series though. My must all good things end??? :( Geez.. from my perspective I have no idea how to read that, as I could easily see myself realistically making a post like that :XD: (seeing as how I already finished the comic, and I have in the past watched 10+ episodes of subbed Bleach in one day, and I love FMA even more than Bleach :-w ). It's kind of confusing because appearently the first 15 episodes span over 3 years. So you can imagine the shock of finding out the 3 years had passed in the 6 hours of watching the show. It's actually pretty interesting that you mention that- in the manga, it starts out with Fullmetal at 15, and they never have the half-a-dozen flashback series (ep. 3-9), so it's a much smaller period of time (there isn't any point in the manga where Ed isn't a state alchemist, unlike the anime). As for the anime, it's not really like "3 years passed" in 6 hours. The first two episodes are when he's 15 and a State Alchemist, then 3-9, as I said, are flashbacks that started with Alphonse trying to explain their history to Rose. At the end of the episode "Gun no Inu no Gindokei" ("Be Thou for the People"), there's a small scene with Ed and Al in a taxi going across the desert, and that's when the story comes full circle and they're back to being 15 and 14 again. So again, it's not like 3 years passed... it's more like a day or two passed, with a couple episodes of flashbacks :P . Okay, okay, I'm rambling.... ^_^'. Moving on... In episode 15 or so they say it had been 3 years since they left home after attempting the human transmutation on their mother. Wouldn't that mean 3 years had gone past? And I didn't really understand the entire flashback thing until I saw them driving in the taxi off into the desert. Edit: Chimeras are depressing in FMA. Exactly! I really want to outline it chronologically, but it's just physically impossible without making it look like a 30 page long outline full of more randomness than a clown convention. I really don't want to just split it up into character/similiar scene profiles, and I know I can't use the books (as the divisions between each book are often right in the middle of a story, making them useless for organization) but... ARRGH. How the hell can this be done... -.- . Seems like you might have to make the outline 20 pages long in order to make an outline at all. There's no way you can condense the entire plot line into 3 or 4 pages.
-
Wow, that's saying a lot... You really like Misfile, don't you? Have you been here the past week  ? Well the thing about FMA is that it's only 51 episodes long   . Misfile is 700+ and always growing. But I guess you could put Misfile, FMA, and The Deathly Hollows all in the "This cant be the end!" catagory.

One page they're sitting in Ash's room, and 3 pages later they're in the middle of a race, just to be back at school in another 2 pages. Very confusing...

-_-'. Of course disregarding the fact that it's impossible, both realistically and philosophically, to move the universe (as it's the universe for Christ's sake, you can't move it unless there's something outside of it), if everything but you were to be moving, it still wouldn't be able to pass the speed of light. It's matter too ya know. Oh, and you meant "light barrier", not sound barrier, right :P ? Uuh, yah. I meant the light barrier. Not the sound barrier. And it is "possible" to move the universe faster than the speed of light. I forgot where I read it though... It just its't possible for anything in the universe to move the universe; let alone move it faster than the speed of light. But it is possible with a large enough ammount of energy. I beleive it includes something like moving the universe while moving yourself at the same time. -

According to sources, sources, cosmic rays are slamming into the atmosphere at 99.99999999999999999999% the speed of light. If that isn't proof that you cant break the sound barrier using normal means (aka without moving the entire universe), I dont know what is. Oh wait. Yah I do. Math is proof :P . But this is physical evidence. -
Dang... I didn't read any of the comics today... I was watching the first 15 episodes of Full Metal Alchemist. Damn that show is addicting.

The same thing happens to me. Last year I had a mullet-like haircut for almost a few weeks because my hair grew too long. Now I get my hair cut short every time it almost reaches my eyebrows (that point at which I can really see it)

Would you people stop saying it is impossible to go faster than the speed of light?? IT IS TOO POSSIBLE!!! Theoretically all you need to do is move the entire universe around you faster than the speed of light. Wow, I never even thought about that. I understand what you said and yet I'm even more confused now. Because he's, to put it bluntly, wrong. I've got to go (and I'm pissed about having to retype the above response since I accidentally pasted over it when I meant to copy it), so I'll make this quick: You'd experience time slower as you approach the speed of light, so you'd never actually reach it, now matter how close to it you get. You can't pass the speed of light, because you'd lose so much from the time dimension as you closed in on the speed that you'd never reach it; you can get to 99.99...999% of the speed of light, but it's not possible to actually reach it, because you wouldn't experience time at all if you did. I repeat guys: you can't surpass the speed of light. And for the record, you don't need to pass it to experience time slowing down. Every movement you make slows down your movement through time, even if only a very unnoticable small amount. That what I just said. Only I explained it in more detail. And fuzzy hard to understand detail at that. -------------------------------------- Well, to be perfectly clear the odds of an object of our mass passing through through something like a brick wall ever having happened any time at any place in the entire history of our universe are pathetically slim, but if every single atom in your body were to properly tunnel through the molecules of the wall in the correct path, it is possible. So, yes, we "can", but trust me, it's never going to happen to you in your lifetime, nor in the history of the human race for that matter. There's as much of a chance now as in 10-million years. -
Until I personaly experience a spirit or demon, I wont believe in them. Ghosts on the other hand I know exist.
-
HELL [bleep]ING NO.
-
Well seeing as ghosts exist, people have to be more than just cells.

Woo! Everybody celebrate!!!

It said miles per second. So that would be 673,200,000 miles per hour. Thats mach 875,422, which in other words is 875,422 times the speed of sound. To give you a general idea of how fast that is, a 747 jet travels at 570mph. That means the speed of light is 1,181,052 times faster that a 747 jet. If you traveled at the speed of light, you could travel around the earth 7.5 times per second, OR 450.5 times per minute, OR 27,033 time per hour. So light travels at 673,200,000 mph. Not 187,000 mph. Jesus dude, the mph must of been a typo, you didn't had to do all this calculations. o_O I like math though :P . Couldn't resist :D . -
Down with the government!! I started reading this exactly 2 hours 20 minutes ago. Just finished the first vid.

Sounds interesting. And then we can launch all the nuclear waste into orbit around the planet! That way we wont have to worry about it for another 1000 years, by which time I'm sure it can be disposed of! Nuclear Power Ftw!

Oh, ok. Sorry about that then.

No it means that because their files got switched, they cant locate the souls of Ash and Emily, and so cant update their souls (which apearantly means their memory). Or is that what you just tried to say?
