How the hell do you know any of that? It hasn't come out, and knowing Jagex (although they have improved drastically over the past few months), it could be another cool sounding, but utterly useless update. (shadow sword minigame, anyone?) How does he know? What part of ANNOUNCED did you miss? And how could the shadow-sword miniquest be cool-sounding if it WASN'T ANNOUNCED? Although if the price did drop 200k, that would be equal to a free barrows repair, or 1k cannon balls. But a weapon that varies in power depending on your att/str/def/hp ratio would be awesome. For example. Jagex makes a weapon intended for pkers. It would be great at 80att/90str/40def/80hp, but not so good if you have 85att/90str/90def/85hp. This weapon would also be good at 40att/45str/20def/40hp, since it is the same ratio. This would let people use a much wider variety of weapons, instead of the one with just the "best stats". Kill_Thomas, thats a brilliant idea. It would add much-needed complexity to the straightforward "whip owns everything" combat system we have now. Thanks. This really would own if it were put into the game. The "one weapon owns all" combat system is really runescape's downfall. In all other games there are several weapons that everybody wants, that all have the up and down sides. Runescape doesn't. I'd bet everything I have in runescape that that is complete [cabbage]. And since when is jagex trying to screw over the economy? You've probably been playing rs for less than a year. First off, those are my thoughts, you haven't been there, I haven't been there, noone knows. Second off, I've been playing on and off for 3 and a half years. Third, I didn't mean screw over in a bad way, by screw over I ment there trying to take money out of the economy. And Fourth, The time spent playing means nothing, I have a real life friend who spent weeks and weeks studying this game before playing it so he would know what it was like because he hates asking people for help. I hope you realize that making the menus collapsible does not mean there's less to load, because it's not like the rest will come out of thin air. As long as the amount of links does not change, the loading is the same. In fact, the loading should take longer because the collapse function takes time to load as well. I really dont see how 1 second will make a difference.

Incredible loot. Not bad loot. Not good loot. Not even great loot. But incredible loot. Last I checked, incredible loot didn't mean a crappy sword. I agree with you on all points but that one. Incredible loot could mean pretty much anything. If it were talking about the Godsword it probably would've said Incredible NEW WEAPON. It's probably just some good item drops that already exist in the game. I wasn't saying that the incredible loot had to be a great sword. I just meant that it could include it.

It's actually faster just to learn where they are. A long while ago, tip.it used to have colapseable menus. I liked them. (Although I dont like the way that (+) (-) thing looks on that picture. The (+) (-) thing is too big. Maybe you dont even need (+) (-) signs. Actually just a simple + - would do. You dont need the parenthises. Important The site map should be below the colapsable menus. That way people who are new to the site can find what they want easier.

My first point: God Sword. Not Gods Word. Notice they said "They still guard the Godsword". If it were a prayer, I would expect them to say "They still guard Godsword". On the german version, they said they still guard the "G̮̦̉̉tterschwert". That translates into "God Sword". In order for them to mean the "Gods Word", they would have to have written "Gotwort". "Gotwort" is much different than "G̮̦̉̉tterschwert". My second point: Best weapon Notice the parts in bold. It says he discovered a treasure beyond their wildest dreams; the Godsword. Wouldn't this lead you to believe the Godsword was a good weapon, and not some bad weapon like silverlight? The third age. If these monsters were from the third age, wouldn't that lead you to believe that their drops were from the third age too? And aren't third age items very powerful? Look at third age armour. Incredible loot. Not bad loot. Not good loot. Not even great loot. But incredible loot. Last I checked, incredible loot didn't mean a crappy sword. As my last point, I would like to say this: Doesn't the Godsword sound Godly, or mighty? How can a sword of the gods not be powerful? It has the word God in it's name. And for those of you saying the Abbysal Whip sounds better, Abyssal whips are dropped by Abyssal Demons. Dont gods vanquish demons? Abbysal Demon = evil. Gods [usualy] = good. Good always > evil in kiddy stories. And face it. Rs is turning into a kiddy game. Jagex even made an add for the freakin dungeon!

Alchohol: Negetive effects: Very easy to die from OD. Causes people to act irrationally. Addictive drug. Positive effects: Makes you feel good while using it(?) (sometimes??) Hash Negetive effects: Can damage lungs Positive effects: Makes you feel great. Heightened awareness. Different understanding of the world. Very very very hard to OD on. Not addictive.
