  1. Farming. I am just a poor farmer
  2. Personally I think it depends on what you are growing. I use Compost on Potato, Onion, Cabbage and Tomato and Super Compost on the rest whether I am getting the farmer to look after the crops or not. Super Compost will increase your harvest but not enormously. Use potato as an example, using Compost, you will get between 6-20 from one patch. Using Super Compost, you will get between 7-25. Since I don't have that many pineapples to make Super Compost, I just use Weeds :) The choice is yours.
  3. Most people use the abyss to rc laws or natures (some people use it to rc chaos and deaths too). If you can access it, you would have got the small pouch from the zammy monk and you only need the medium pouch (you can't use the others just yet). The abyss is a multi combat area, so do keep that in mind. Your thieving and agility levels are definitely not enough to use those entrance but your mining level could be ok (I never managed to find a guide that outline what levels are required to use the entrances). So you will need a pickaxe. Do watch out for the pkers though. Once you entered the abyss, you will be skulled and if they kill you, you lost everything.
  4. Prayer don't protect 100% in the wildy from pkers. Ring of Life doesn't work if there is a teleblock on as well. Personally, I think RC Pkers are scums. The last time I got pked, I spent 1 hour in the abyss getting back the pouches as well as 8 Prayer Pots (4 doses each). I am not a combat person, but if my combat level is high enough, I may just hang around there and attack other Abyss Pkers! Nowadays I only use the Abyss if I need my pouches repaired. Never use it when I am skulled.
  5. I cannot remember at this stage but I think the iron chainmail and bronze med will only get you into the fortress. If your combat level is less than 67, you will still get attacked.
  6. I think they are between 150-200 each. By the way, I also think this is the wrong forum for price check.
  7. Yes you can. Just talk to the king again in Tree Gnome Village.
  8. There are no dungeons in Seers to begin with (well, there is an elemental workshop but there are no dragons there). If you haven't done Watchtower, the best place is Hero's and Taverly Dungeon though they can be quite crowded at times.
  9. Knowing that you have helped someone is a reward in itself. I do acknowledge that there are some players in RS who lack proper manners and therefore it can be frustrating to help out those. But equally there are some new players who are very polite and will thank you appropriately after you have helped them. We shouldn't be put off from helping others because of a small number of immature players. When I started playing about 6 months ago, I was mining coals west of Seers and kept getting attacked by Giant Bats. The guy who "rescued" me in now one of my best mate in RS :)
  10. Nice guide there. I don't have a lot of cash to buy magic seeds, so I guess I just have to level up the slow and painful way :( I have a question: you said Coconuts can be sold for 2-3k each. I have been trying to sell mine for a long time (at 2k each) without much success. I think I have around 2k of them. Do you know where I can sell them? Another thing you can add to your guide: picking fruits. When a player have a number of fruit seeds, it is worth planting them from the lowest level (apple) to highest level (palm) and leave the palm tree till he/she gets more seeds. When he is doing the farming round, he can pick the fruits and calquat as well. This is worth about 1.4k xp per round. Assuming 3-4 rounds a day, that is 5k xp. I use the following routes, which can be implemented into your farming route: Farm in Catherby, then pick the fruits there Teleport to Ardougne, farm there Take a boat to Brimhaven, pick fruits and calquats and get some pineapples as well, back to Ardougne east bank Go south west from Ardougne east bank, pick the bushes there then to the fruits west of tree Gnome maze Talk to the gnome at the maze entrance to get there then spirit tree teleport to Gnome Stronghold for the fruits there It is an essential part of a poor man leveling up farming if he doesn't have millions to spend.
  11. Didn't realised that Jellies drop level 3 scrolls as well. I got an assignment to kill around 150 Turoths over the weekend and got 3 level 3 scrolls (my first 3 ever). So I presume they drop the scrolls regularly.
  12. RSN yptee Reason I have to be honest, I cannot think of a reason why I deserve it more than the others here. I spent all my time and money I earned leveling my non-combat skills that I don't even own a full rune while I am level 83. Any items, particularly armors, will help in speeding things up. You have obviously spent a lot of time and money on your accounts, it is always sad to see an established player quitting. I am not sure if you will change your mind but if you do, it will be an honour to add you on my friends list.
  13. You had it the other way round, it should be 2,136,581 divide by 3,910,201, i.e. 0.5461 or 54.61%.
  14. I think I have one of the lowest percentage around: Total = 16,578,175 Combat = 3,100,703 Percentage = 18.7% I am just not a combat person
