That's what a Watchtower is for...? And if your worried about PvP save up your resources and train a massive army on the seventh day. Make it varied too. I would imagine if you got attacked it would be by a bunch of halbadiers (sorry can't spell), so make the type of troops that beat them (rangers, I think?).

As a few of you know I'm currently working on a War of legends guide. Included will be a day-by-day instruction on exactly what you should do to obtain maximum growth, and what you should do to prepare yourself for the real world (when you exit newbie protection, the 7 days). The guide will basically be set up like this: So if you want to post your own day-by-day steps here, I will credit you in the guide. You can include lots of information or just little tips.

There I said it. :mellow: EDIT: I'm wondering if any men out there find they need to occasionally shave their legs or arms? I find that mine get way too hairy and almost come to a point of disgusting, so I'm forced to shave my limbs. I mostly shave my arms because I think hairy legs are more acceptable than hairy arms.

Lol I rely on the enemies to stubbornly only use one setup... and most the time they do. I was curious to see if enemies/teammates were smarter in Hardcore matches, and BOY, they are all veterans in hardcore, no [cabbage] like you see in core TD every match. Enemies are ruthless, and I like that challenge. There are no nooby killcams, which was the number one thing that gave away my position. Plus all guns kill anyone in 3 bullets or less. Best of all, teammates aren't stupid! (well, most of the time). I'm playing hardcore a lot more now. Anyone play hardcore or do you just stick to core?

It really annoys me that the past 5 pages are filled with pointless rants. Why are you people ranting about 'overpowered' weapons and killstreaks? Don't you know how to adapt? That's how you get good ratios in games. If there is a guy with commando on knifing everyone around the map with lightweight on, use a gun with a heartbeat sensor. Then he can't sneak up on you. If you are getting killed by chopper gunner/AC130 the second you spawn then why don't you put on cold blooded. If someone is hunting you out with a heartbeat sensor, put ninja on. If someone is killing you with 'overpowered' shotguns then why don't you change to a sniper class. If your getting sniped then why don't you counter snipe. If you keep dying, then why don't you stop rushing into the battlefield, expecting to get a 10 killstreak. It almost never works. If your getting killed by a riot shield, quickly jump behind the guy and slice him in the back (or change to a class with noobtoob or plasma grenade) If you think you died in a knife fight because of your BS connection, it was probably just because you suck. There I said it. If the enemy team is aggressive, then find a good spot to camp and take them out. If the enemy team is defensive, then find a low profile way to infiltrate their spawn without being spotted. Stop complaining about the killstreak rewards. ALL killstreak rewards can be avoided with the exception of the nuke and EMPs (which, of course, happen very rarely). UAVs can't find you with cold blooded on. Counter-UAV may blind your map but you can still use a heartbeat sensor to find enemies. A sentry gun can't find you with cold blooded on. A predator missle can't find you with cold blooded on (provided you stay away from allies). A hind can't find you with cold blooded, neither can a chopper gunner, or an AC130, or a Pave low. Stop complaining about deathstreak rewards. All of them are ridiculously easy to avoid. Pain killer happens very rarely, and you can easily take out a guy with it if you hide and wait for him to pass you. Matyrdom is easy to avoid: just run away from the dumb body. Final stand is easy to avoid... surely you all are used to last stand by now, it isn't that much different, you just shoot the dumb guy when he's downed. I use all these methods and have a 2.5 KD ratio. Now stop complaining. The game isn't overpowered, there are just certain weapons that kick the crap out of others, you just need to find a weapon that beats the crap out of your enemy's weapon.

(Just wanted to repost this on a new page so people can see) GUYS, Don't make a new account. Jagex said there would be 'periodic resets,' so making a new account would mean you will go through the same exact thing you just did twice: work your [wagon] off for 2 days, then have it all deleted in an instant. My advise is DON'T MAKE AN ACCOUNT NOW, wait until the game is out of the beta stage and it is stable. SupaDavis- You have a point but I still don't see how that outweighs the fact that you lose everything. :( Your right though, you do gain experience.

Oh for gods sake there's no point in doing this. I could stand the first reset... and you would think Jagex would learn that resets are probably the LAST thing you want to do, considering many people get very angry. Oh well good luck guys I guess its back to Modern warfare 2 for me until it gets out of this damn beta stage. You guys do realise that making another account is pointless. They clearly said in the newspost that they WILL be resetting again.

Well the login screen is working perfectly fine, I just can't log in. I swear, if they do another rollback... Ugh and I have enough resources for that Logistics task (the one with the massive reward). WHY! WHYYY! EDIT: Mod Mat K says they try to avoid a reset.

Max number of players goes up each level, so you will eventually get in. We are extremely close to level 1 right now (we have the gold, but lack rep by a few thousand). At level 1 I think we can get 20 more members in. By the way, we've allied with the other 30 member alliance. Power ftw.

Whenever I get frustrated at MW2 I camp in hardcore TD and just snipe everyone, and they have no f'ing idea where I am because there are no nooby killcams! :twisted:

Oh god its so fun to do. I love making a class with commando, lightweight, and marathon pro with a magnum tac knife. The funniest thing in the world, even though you die a lot.

Was playing Hardcore TD on Scrapyard, I spawned near one of those big buildings and one of my teammate's goddam care packages fell on me. Sometimes hardcore is so unforgiving. :( Oh yea by the way has anyone gotten the Jugs emblem? When I put mine on I get so many questions about it haha.

I did 100 to get up legend, then guess what happend... :angry: You can't buy Jcredits atm, since its not working properly. ...You spent $100? Damn. no just 100Jcredits like £6. Yes that will happen lower your loyalty gets the lower you population will get. loyalty is (100-tax). Well that's stupidly expensive.

Lol well I'm going to take a little risk and put the tax at 60%. I heard from someone on the world chat that if you have 30 loyalty your legend abandons your city.

What is the disadvantage of having a high tax rate like 50%? Does your loyalty just lower faster? Also, what is stone primarily used for?
