  1. Yea but you risk being called a hacker by every little kid on the earth. Doesn't bother me in the slightest. I'd find it funny tbh. Well I suppose if you do good in games they'll think you're legit. That's how I tell 10th prestige hackers from real ones.... the real ones are always 1st or 2nd, the hackers are always last or 2nd to last. :P

  3. I've never played any of Bioware's RPGs, but I just ordered Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins Awakening on amazon. I've heard both games are awesome, and I'm really excited to try dragon age first.
  4. Lol youtubers are extremely creative. I've always respected them for that. As for me I'll be stopping at 8th prestige. Most hackers are 9/10 prestige, so I figure 8 is a good number since it is rather high and people won't call me a hacker.
  5. ^ Well what's cheap is grenade launcher kills count as kills toward that weapon. So basically you could get the golden emblem for a gun without even firing its main bullets. That's how I got my scar and acr silver emblems. Working on the other ARs now.
  6. Yummy. I like that you use the famas and tar. Those are my favorite ARs.
  7. Helping your team...? I... don't understand this concept...
  8. Wow the lady obviously doesn't play many games (or at least, has never touched an MMO). Games nowadays require work to win. The basic training system of the typical MMO nowadays is grind, grind, grind, preforming terribly boring, repetitive tasks that do not give you any feeling remotely close to an "epic win." Even in FPSs, the people who don't take a game seriously, the people who get way too emotional and excited, looking for that "epic win," are usually the ones who end up losing. All games require boring work; whether it be fletching tens of thousands of yew longbows in runescape or learning the map flow of Terminal on modern warfare 2. Oh yea lady, I love to find epic wins stringing virtual bows.
  9. Well the OP is right on one thing... rank doesn't mean anything. You would expect 10th prestigers to get MVP every other game, but of course the majority of them are only average players because they hacked their rank. You would expect a rank 70 no prestige to do worse than a rank 70 2nd prestige, but there are some players who hate to prestige and stay level 70 forever, and may be extremely experienced. Hell, you could be a 3 year old who just got his first Xbox from his rich-[wagon] parents and get 1 kill 30 deaths every game, do that for a year straight and get 10th prestige, but you'd still suck terribly. K/D, W/L, accuracy, etc. are all the real measures of skill, not rank. Ahem. So... favorite class? Well, I switch between six classes as the game/gametype calls for it. .50 cal with HBS PP2000 silenced Claymore Flash Scavenger pro Stopping Power pro Ninja pro .50 cal with HBS and silencer PP2000 silenced with extended mags Claymore Flash Bling pro Cold Blooded pro Ninja pro .50 cal with HBS Akimbo glocks Semtex Flash Marathon pro Lightweight pro Steady Aim pro UMP45 with red dot sight Magnum with tac knife Semtex Flash Marathon pro Lightweight pro Commando pro FAMAS with HBS and silencer AA12 with FMJ and red dot Claymore Flash Bling pro Cold Blooded pro Ninja pro Random AR with grenade launcher Claymore Flash OMA pro Danger close pro Ninja pro
  10. But is a counter really a counter if there is a counter for said counter? It really depends on what game mode you play. ANY gun will kill you with a few hits in hardcore. It doesn't matter the damage of the gun, whether you have SP, or FMJ. On normal games however, things are different. That extra bullet can change many things. It's just that people don't like to die, and when they do, they decide to maek excuses and get angry at something. That something just happens to be the gun, or their connection, or your mother, whatever. It's going to happen, it has happened, and always will happen. Just have to get used to it. when i die by 'normal' means (like i saw the guy first but my UMP isnt accurate enough at long range so he killed me with his SCAR-H or i was just sitting around and then some dude knifes me or a perfectly sauteed gernade falls right next to me and i dont have time to move), i dont care. but when i watch killcam and it's like some [bleep] whos too scared to run because his precious HBS wont be visible or an ACR [bleep] is sitting there ADS with stopping power on and unloads 2/3 of his clip to kill me when 1/3 will be sufficient - aka spray and pray, thats when i get pissed. kids who cant play the game use noob stuff to try and win. they end up failing most of the time, but that couple of times they dont can ruin killstreaks for others. btw, lvl 25 (1st prestige), good fight thermal [bleep]es. That may be your definition of cheap, but people have varying definitions. I've seen people call the ump overpowered for a SMG, I've seen people call semtexes cheap because they are 16.6% more powerful than frags, I've seen people call the scar overpowered because of its damage. I've heard so many complaints in lobbies about almost everything in the game (hell someone even insulted my famas once because I neck-shot them which is OHK), that I just ignore it. If you keep getting killed by HBS users then switch to a class with ninja and take the idiot out. Then if you kill him keep surviving and use ninja to your advantage. You have silent footsteps... you can easily sneak up on people. If you keep getting killed by an ACR well than slap on stopping power and unload your scar into the idiot. Or even sniping the guy would work. If you're getting sniped by a guy with HBS, well the easiest way to kill a sniper is to snipe him. Find a weak spot in the map where I have trouble seeing even zoomed in with my scope, and kill me there (for example the boxes around the bush near the A flag on Wasteland). I'm just saying, you shouldn't complain about things where there are obvious counters to them. Every class has a weakness, every class has a strength. Just use your strength to your full advantage and try to avoid confrontations with classes that can beat you.
  11. Anyone calls anything they get killed with cheap. To be honest I've stopped listening to those people who call my attachments, killstreaks, gun, ...whatever cheap. Fact is there is a counter to EVERYTHING in the game. People are just too stubborn to use counters. If its in the game, and it gives me the advantage, well hell I'm going to use it. You just aren't a very good gamer if you purposely ignore the good things in the game. And by the way I don't camp. I take a shot, and move positions. If I stayed in one place enemies would most certainly kill me because every time I fire there's a big red dot on all their maps. PS: Underpass is nice for thermal but snipers get flanked A LOT in that map, so I tend to avoid sniping in general on that map.
  12. Oh please don't use thermal. Thermal gives you a disadvantage. For one, you have to limit yourself to tunnel vision every time you want to use it, unlike non-thermal snipers where you can just spot enemies from your hip. This gives thermal users a disadvantage as they cannot cover the entire area, giving another sniper or even an AR user a chance to take them out. Real snipers spot the enemy first, then aim. Thermal users aim, then spot the enemy. Two: When aiming down your scope in thermal, it is harder to see cold blooded enemies. In non thermal scopes it would be easy to see any enemy, cold-blooded or not. And this is to all thermal users out there: Why do you need help aiming? Isn't it easy enough just to stay in one spot, look over the battlefield, and then zoom in when you see enemy movement? All thermal does is highlight the enemy, whereas in a normal sniper you can spot enemies plain as day, without any help of that white silhouette. If you're a first time sniper though, I would suggest thermal. It helps as a step toward normal scope. Once you get used to taking down enemies without missing then its time to take off that thermal. But for the love of god don't get addicted to that awful attachment. You want a useful attachment use an HBS. No one can sneak up on you. (except for those damn ninjas)
  13. I had a pretty epic kill today. So I was on terminal domination and was on the high platform area with the propane tank that overlooks the B and C flags. The enemy is rushing C like crazy, so I'm sniping them out, racking up some kills. Then all of a sudden this enemy manages to place himself in a corner, goes prone and starts shooting me. My screen turns red, and I'm about a quarter of a second away from death, when out of the blue one of my teammates who was on the platform with me jumps toward the guy shooting me, taking the bullets and saving my life. The bullets that were intended to kill me end up killing my teammate in mid-air. I blindfire shoot through my teammate's dead body while the corpse is still in mid air and get a headshot on the sucker in the corner. I can just imagine that enemy watching that killcam, and going WTF?? That made me laugh a little inside. I kind of feel sorry that my teammate sacrificed his life to save me. What a brave soldier. This post is dedicated to you, man!
  14. Wasteland is extremely fun. About 90% of my games there I get supernatural, especially on domination. You just have to snipe... avoid the bunker, its a killzone. Here are my setups: .50 cal with HBS Stopping power Ninja Scavenger Claymore .50 with HBS/silencer Cold blooded Bling Ninja Claymore I go silent when I start at the A flag area, and loud when I start at the C flag area. The trick is to take the house overlooking the B flag on the rim of the map. When you start at A its a little harder to take the B flag house since the enemy can get there quicker, that's why you want a silent sniper to make sure you can silently pick enemies off as you move up. When you start at C (the better spawn), you can easily take the B flag house and start sniping enemies coming from A. One you are in the B flag house, you can switch between the two houses to adapt to enemy movement. If they are coming from A, take the two room house; if they are coming from C, take the one room house.
  15. God I hope cod7 has nothing to do with russians. Cod4, 5, and 6 have all had russia as a major player in the storyline. I just hope they stick strictly to vietnam, killing them vietnamese. BONZAI !!!!
  16. Screw that product, I'm just using the spoon trick mentioned earlier in the video. Failed advertising. :P
  17. Willy on Wheels!
  18. God forgive me, I'm addicted to this class: Scar w/ grenade launcher OMA Danger Close Ninja :'(
  19. Wow lol the rs economy is extremely delicate. I never thought about that. One little announcement from jagex has the potential to heavily crash/inflate certain items. :o
  20. Naw there isnt. I have all the emblems and titles, and there is none. The Veterans get you the 500 kills and then 2500. The expert is 250 multikills then 1000 multikills. They're all titles. You bought/glitched all the titles and emblems? That's pathetic. Sad that a booster like you was the creator of this thread. Calm down bro. You should really only care if It affects you. If he did hack them or whatever and it makes him happy, all power to him. no, it's not a calm down bro matter. hackers/glitchers/cheaters in ANYGAME are [bleep]s. take our beloved r00nskep for example. botting is cheating. we ridicule botters, and we shun them, and we curse them. why? because they ruin the game for everone else. and how does this not apply to MW2? it does. any booster/hacker/glitcher/cheater is looked down on in ANY game, video or table or board. I never said they weren't. Runescape had botters and RWT's. That ruined the game for us because it affected us. If he even did glitch/hack those titles that doesn't ruin or affect your gameplay in any way at all. Infinity Ward will just develop software to combat these problems. In the end that only affects us in a positive way. I don't say I approve of it, and whenever I see a hacker I tell them their losers, but nothing more than that. Why? Because it doesn't affect my playing ability or restrict me from doing certain things. You aren't bothered by aimbotters? I'm pretty sure those are hackers too.
  21. No scope on my P90, silencer and rapid fire. The thing may as well be scoped in with the accuracy it has with Steady Aim. You underestimate steady aim. Try stopping power + steady aim with a gun with little recoil, such as the tar. You win EVERY close quarters fight. You just have to make sure you don't go down any long hallways. The setup is pretty beasty in Skidrow especially.
  22. Albel that's basically how I play all my matches, patrolling an area I'm good at defending. Its not exactly camping, its not exactly run-and-gunning, its sort of a mix in-between. I find it to be very effective, plus noobs don't yell at you for camping since you are technically moving around.
