  1. Ha. That's sort of like me. I got my first KBD head on my 2nd ever kill. I was so excited I killed around 500 more but got neither a visage nor another KBD head (visage is probably rarer than 1/500 anyway). How many kills have you done so far?
  2. I tend to find everything funny. You name it: dry humor, anti-humor, stuff that nobody would even think about laughing about, racist rumor, extremely offensive things, sarcasm, internet humor (dear god). Sometimes I find myself trying to make things funny that really aren't supposed to be funny. And sometimes I find myself just joining a group of friends and laughing with them even though I didn't hear what they said. And yes I find ED, Urban Dictionary, Lolcats, internet memes, and /b/ absolutely hillarious. 90% of the things I read on there make me laugh. I just love the anonymity of the internet, its probably one of the best parts. Oh and here's another odd quirk about me. Perhaps the one thing that makes me the most angry in the world, to a point where I want to murder the person involved, is when people snore. Not just snoring: breathing, making funny noises with their breath, or anything that comes out of a human's mouth when they go to sleep drives me insane. For some reason, it just bothers me so much. I get overwhelmed with a huge hateful feeling when I hear just the slightest human breath. If I lay in bed and I let the anger build up, and I'm REALLY mad, I'll take a pillow and whack the snorer as hard as I can several times. God it feels good. Then they wake up and get angry at me, and then I go to bed again, and they go to sleep, and 5 minutes later they start [bLEEP]ING SNORING AGAIN. AUUGHHHHHHHH!!!!@@@@@
  3. Sorry I'm on ancients right now and I dropped my camulet ages ago. Can someone post a picture of one of the new surge spells?
  4. Lol we have a few things in common. For example when I had to turn in an English project that I hadn't even started, I secretly wished that my teacher would have just had a heart attack right then and there and died. I have a sick mind. I have nothing against black people but growing up in Texas I have a slight racism towards Hispanics. 90% of the bullies in our school are hispanic, so it kind of gives me a bad impression. I half hate my friends too. I, however, think the average person is actually quite intelligent. People just act dumb because they think its cool. That really seems to be drilled into young girl's minds especially. It really bothers me, and I always blame it on the media (which I personally believe is very corrupt and evil).
  5. You should have bought this diamond car, it can't break.
  6. 25 gallons of liquid water was spewed up from the surface. That's a ton of water, considering that much that able to not only be melted by the impact, but be flung into space. I've always supported NASA and love Astronomy.
  7. ^ Basically all mine. We're about half alike. <3:
  8. God I love this topic. Confession: I'm slowling reading every single post on this topic starting from page 1. I'm up to pg18 right now. It's amazing what some people will confess (and how similar they are to me).
  9. Wrong, you misspelled sophisticated. The Earth revolves around the Sun.
  10. Eh we just did dragons twice on this same page. Could you do something else? I already posted something that beats a dragon.
  11. Yes they do!
  12. A heart has a pulse. Doctors deal with hearts. Sometimes lawyers sue doctors. Lawyers help send people to jail. In jail you might get beat up. Bullies beat people up. Bullies are punished with a slap from a meter stick. Meter sticks are made of wood. Wood are on boats. But boats are also made of nails. Nails come in all sizes. People come in all sizes too. Some people are sailors. Sailors use boats. And boats are sometimes very large. Large boats sometimes have non-lethal weapons for protection. Weapons made people bleed. Red is the color of blood. A heart has blood. Doctors deal with hearts. Sometimes lawyers sue doctors. Lawyers help send people to jail. In jail you might get beat up. Bullies beat people up. Bullies are punished with a slap from a meter stick. Meter sticks are made of wood. Wood are on boats. BOATS HAVE TO DO WITH SAILING@@@@ Hamburgers.
  13. The lake area gave me the most trouble. I tried enlarging it and placing it back in there, but it looked awkward and way too big. The tree is actually the perfect size I'm looking for... its the reeds that surround it that should be smaller. I am just really tired from working over 60 hours on this, so I don't really feel like going back and editing that right now. But I'm glad you pointed that out.
  14. I don't how to really describe any methods I used. For the randomness (especially on the hills and plains), I chose about 10 green/brown colors and speckled them all about the page. As I approached the eight color, my strokes became less random and more short, curvy lines. When I reached the 10th color, I just used dots. Then I went back and choose some other colors to give it some shading, to make it look 3D. You wouldn't want grassy plains to be uniform would you? That's just not natural...
  15. First off: I really like your style. The figures and the shading are awesome. One glaring thing I noticed though: the projected image in the mirror doesn't match the real image of the monk. The mirror's monk's body should be perfectly horizontally aligned with the real monk's body. That will make the mirror look more realistic. Other than that, really great job (the skull is awesome btw, you're a good drawer)!
  16. I would say the quality of quests has dramatically been reduced during this year. Every quest that has come out in 2009 to me seems to either lack a strong storyline, be generally boring, or be ridiculously short. I don't like how they've dumbed down the quests too. Modern quests nowadays require maybe one or two items, whereas in older quests gathering the long list of required items was like a quest in itself. Some people would think gathering 20 items for each quest is boring, but it's really annoying to see during quests that NPC's magically have all the required items you need to complete the quest. It sort of like quests no longer depend on your general knowledge of runescape (in this case, knowing where to get a wide variety of items), but are just a "ugh, when will this be over" kind of thing. Oh well that's my only main complaint. The other updates of 2009 far outweigh quest updates. It's been a wonderful year so far. <3:
  17. What does 'soldier on champ' mean? Some sort of European term? Redplanet- You're right... I just realized its a bit too 'colorful.' I might try to go back and fix that later. But for now, I'm pretty tired. :P Soldier on; As in, keep on marching forward/keep doing what your doing. Ah, thank you. :-)
  18. As a youngin (AKA in my newb days), I always wondered what the stones meant whenever I did clue scrolls that lead to it. Very mysterious... perhaps they will have something to do with a future grandmaster quest. EDIT: Might have something to do with the White knight storyline (that would be awesome). [hide=Someone had to say it]Four stones... a compass has four points. A compass is used by sailors. Sailors use boats. Boats have to do with SAILING@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@[/hide]
  19. Well aren't you just one lucky son of a gun. <3:
